Worst kunafa ever! All their desserts are very bad, cakes too sugary, and oriental desserts are hard and not tasty at all!

Poor quality cakes. Ordered two slices and both tasted stale. Its not the first time this happened. The previous branch in jvc had way better quality cakes.

The cakes are okay but too sweet. The selection of cakes is the same and never changes. Its not expensive...to me its almost like supermarket cakes quality and not compared to Paul or 5 star hotel cakes. I advise them to upgrade their cakes even if they must close few branches or raise their prices. Their shop in jvc looks great and spacious and a lot can be done to make it more attractive.

Sale Sucre and talabat this is the disaster combination. My paid orders got canceled twice on a row within 1 hour without even a 1 call for an apology.Only when I stated that I would contact consumer rights in that moment I received a a phone call, a mobile phone call imagine a brand like Sale Sucre suffers lack of professionalism.Add on that not able to respect the customer. Worst service ever, I would never order from this place again

Due to it being opened in a quiet neighbourhood, not all items are always available or fresh. Though their konafah with Nutella and with mango individual portions were goods. Pics attached for their family size konafah with mango, and mixed konafah with mango and basbousa with hazelnuts

This is the worst patisserie experience i have had in my life.I’m a regular customer of Salé sucré both JVC and Al Barsha since 2 years, i get my morning coffee and millefeuille from there. Until today i decided to stop being your customer and i promise to share my experience with all.Today is my birthday, i called to book a Charlotte aux fruit, i asked gently to the lady if possible to do any extra (like decoration not sweets) as it is my birthday. Believe or not, she didn’t even wish me happy birthday, she answered me with an arrogant tone (like what ?! What you want) i answered kindly, up to you, amaze me. I felt she dont give a .... so i just let it go.Later i went there with my pregnant wife, and my wife asked her if they sell the mini gateaux separately as she want to taste the mini tarte au fruit. But the lady says no, we asked her for just 1 piece as courtesy and as my pregnant wife had a feeling for it. She answered rudely that pieces are counted and can’t give any piece for tasting. Unfortunately i couldn’t cancel the Charlotte coz i have guest coming. I have paid 45 aed for a small piece that you can buy from any other patisserie.I tried to join the manager but he wouldn’t answer my call.Im serving the Charlotte to my guests but i will not eat a piece of it. I never seen in my life such a customer service. I regret really all the recommendation i ve done for you.
