I used to go there a lot but after the pandemic i stopped. However, i went back to check it out again and boy the place has stepped up incredibly! I think they renovated and changed the interior. Also, the service now is top notch 5/5! I really recommend and it’s worth the visit !

The food is delicious and decently priced for the five star quality that you get, the atmosphere is cosy and vibrant, a place where you can go for a perfect date. Wow!! I’m so glad I found this amazing restaurant. High Quality food with High Quality service. My dining experience in Chateau Blanc is one I will remember for the rest of my life. From the entree, to the main meal, to the dessert, and to the coffee, to the entertainment, all was just SUPERB and was so enjoyable and all the foods were so delicious. I compliment the Owner, the Manager, the amazing Chefs, and last but not least the beautiful and friendly waitress Julie who did an amazing job looking after all our needs. Julie made my dining experience like heaven on earth. Thank you Chateau Blanc. Chateau Blanc is one of the best place in Dubai to enjoy a sumptuous breakfast. The staff we really kind and helpful. We tried the Croque Madame and French Toast with a side of Hash brown. Needless to say, it was delicious. Definitely a place to try out.

This review is about the restaurant and not the bakery side of the business.The place has potential. The employees are pleasant and attentive. Location is great and has nice views. Presentation of the food is great but the price point and taste are not up to par.One of the things that got me was the mismatch of the interior and actual furniture. Design is very chic, but the furniture is decrepit. Over all, nice place to go if you have a special buy 1 get 1 free, which we did have. Not sure if we will be back for a second time.

Chateau Blanc on Jumeirah Road, one of the nicest place I have been to. The best thing was the customer service, the guy named Carlos was great and pleasant. The food was really good and the quantity was appetizing. Sheesha is also available here and this place is opened until 3 a.m in the morning. Loved it.

Amazing cakes love visiting since they have opened

I learned this restaurant by ordered cake online, very nice passion fruit cake, delivered on time and no hassle of picking it up. I ate here couple times after, both visits were served by very friendly nice waiters and waitress. I love their masala omelette. The texture, the spice and taste are so perfect and tasty. their ginger, honey, lemon tea is also mixed very nicely, rich and strong with fresh ginger. I may not recommend their calamari, too much batter for me.

Great breakfasts. Available on zomato gold, the entertainer & Groupon. The seating is amazing because they can open up the roof for you and especially now (November) since the weather is really nice. The food tasted fresh and scrumptious and as you can see from the pictures, very well presented.We were served by Murad who was really pleasant and funny which added to the whole experience. They have great offers on food and shisha almost everyday. Also have a bakery with a huge selection of cakes, pastries and gifts. Added bonus : The place overlooks the kite beach.

Interesting place if you want a leisurely breakfast or brunch. Expect delay in device as they want to serve good food fresh. Nice options, good presentation. Good coffee too.

Amazing place. The most beautiful cake shop I have ever seen, with a range of other products perfect to gift or share with friends, or just to bring home as a treat. They have an absolutely gorgeous rooftop terrace as well, which also serves shisha from 1pm. We went for breakfast and was so blown away by everything.

Nothing beats my fave mixed-berries drink with Chateaus great head-bartender (Chems) who never fails to make it extra-ordinary as always. Chateaus always been the best place to hangout to satisfy my palates cravings in all seasons,,, may it be coffee, iced teas, cakes, nachos, steaks, shisha etc. great staffs as well/// indeed, Ive always have had superb visit everytime! A very bad experience, I was disappointed by the quality of the food , the tasteless quinoa salad and the dry milk cake. In fact only the shisha is worth mentioning, other than that the place is over rated and overpriced .

What a wonderful exterior and interior this place has, definitely impressive and had a lot of thought put into it. Free Valet parking available (although a bit slow), and some public parking slots in front.We were greeted at the door with a smile and ushered to the “terrace” upstairs where we were seated for breakfast. The service continued to be great, lots of smiles and courtesy.The terrace had ceilings that could be opened, and a pleasant sea view. We were informed at the start that we could only stay till 1pm with our child as Shisha starts at that time.We ordered the steak omelette & french toast, unfortunately they took a while to come, and when they finally arrived they were luke warm which was surprising as we were one of two tables there. Not sure where the gap was, but that was an unfortunate surprise. The food itself tasted ok, expected the omelette to be thicker and the steak as well. Perhaps they would’ve tasted better when hot.Must say I expected better, and certainly has the potential to be. Was left impressed with the atmosphere and design, yet the food fell short.Perhaps this place is to be tried as a Shisha hangout.

I’m a regular at this place just of the atmosphere, their food and beverages are average,However today I gave my new car to the valet parking after receiving it, it was driving funny. I checked the wheels and there was a dent on there right wheelNow I have to deal with fixing my car yay 🥳

I called up and inquired about a cake. I was informed that as long as I called up the night before the cake could be delivered the next day.So I placed an order for a Lotus cheesecake. They called me in the morning to say they did not have the enough ingredients to bake this for me (I should not have been able to order this if they were not capable of following through).Anyway, I chose another cake as I needed one. I was suppose to arrive by 12 and it did not get to me until 14.30 (after the event had begun!)For 2 hours I was calling and getting told I would be called back but no one did. I was ringing so many different people and being told it was close by or nearly there.When I rang another day to raise an compliant about this matter, they were REFUSING to do anything to rectify the the problem. I was both shocked and upset at this situation.

I always ordered before in Chateau Blanc, but their service is becoming worst.. I ordered birthday cake last month; to be collected the next day and I paid it already. We agreed to collect it @ 11AM.Then when the time to collect the cake, the store is still CLOSED... and they kept me waiting for 2 hours outside their store..I saw 2 staff went on the back side of the store, I followed them and I ask for the MAnager number so I can call. The manager looks like he just woke up and cannot assist me immediately .WHY THEY WILL MAKE COMMITMENT ABOUT THE TIME IF THEY CANNOT DO IT...I WILL NOT BUY CAKE THERE AGAIN.. YOU LOST ONE REGULAR CUSTOMER....And the cake looks old already that time... An expensive price for A VERY LOW QUALITY..

I come to this restaurant, the valet guy was missing to begin with. I enter the place, their was no one to check people’s temperature if they have corona or not. The first floor is empty which is the bakery so anything can be stolen easily. They only care what goes In the second floor which is the restaurant. They have poor management whatsoever, this place needs improvement.

Came here for the first time and wanted to try the French pastries. I ordered 2 pieces and I am still waiting for it to be packed since i want it for take away! Its more than 15 mins now and no one is available to give me a response. Basically I am the only one on the ground floor for more than 15 min!!!

I had to wait 15 mins before any body came to the counter in an empty bakery where there are no customers.They had a poster where it said they would prepare any cake in 2 hours. When i asked them if i coukd order carrot cake they said no and all the cakes that they had in display were already sold out.Should remove the document thats states if not capable of following through.

This was once an elegant pastry store with gourmet pastry, now they are just a shadow of themselves. And no, it has nothing to do with Corona, in the last 1,5 years they have been a little worse every time I ordered. The pastries I had ordered for today went right to the garbage bin. Old, slightly rotten, tasteless....

Unfortunately, couldn’t find any rating below1 to express Chateau Blanc poor service and the incompetence of the working staff.I wasted 1 full hour waiting for their stuff to prepare the cake to be picked up and I figured at the end that the cake was missed up in the box without telling. Needless to say about the very poor attention and communication level of their staff.Finally, I had to leave the cake for them and look for another professional pâtisserie shop to get another cake. Horrible experience and complete waste of time.

Very poor customer service and disgruntled management. The manager of the store was highly unprofessional and was extremely rude when dealing with the customer. Given the high standard of operating in the UAE, this team has not lived up to the customer expectation and rights. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone.

Took too long for the cakes to arrive.had finished our coffee by then. the guy who was serving us disappeared and then had to ask the manager if the cakes were ever going to come. Then ten minutes later the manager comes with the cakes and says its for free and said the printing machine downstairs didnt work. Later when we paid they didnt give the correct change then 5 min later another person comes and says they dont have change. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

In pages photos it’s look like a very luxury place but unfortunately when we arrived there faced a nice place but dirty furniture.up stairs was more awful,very hot with lots of stains and dirty bench ,tables and ....food was average and cold(we were there for breakfast).anyway i guess here needs a better managing .i really disappointed.i must rated 2 stars but because of my birthday i gave 3 stars🤪

My friend and I went to this branch to try the famous cakes we kept hearing about, just to be extremely disappointed of the lack of service.There wasnt anyone to greet us when we arrived and had to wait for the person to show up, after deciding what to have we moved to the upstairs area where we waited even longer for a waiter. Our bad experience wasnt over, after 30min of waiting for our order (2 cakes and 2 cupcakes) we were told that they dont have any!Definitely not coming back.

The food is great ambiance is good and I would like to mention the great drinks from their bartending team got a couple of good drinks from Head Bartender Mr. Chems great job. i highly recommend the restaurant you guys! Would surely visit again.

The phone no is not working, I visited 2 times at 830am and not a soul there and timing shows open at 8am.

The Place has excellent location, fine dining restaurant, food was really too good its was mouth watering and on top of that they have very cooperative staff They have very good collection of delicious cakes. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this place.

While in Dubai our daughter celebrated her birthday, I ordered a cake whilst in the UK and asked it to be delivered to our hotel. As requested the cake arrived promptly and looked absolutely fantastic, moreover it tasted delicious. I am a regular visitor at this Place. This place has the best ambiance. Recently attended a birthday party and the snacks served in the High Tea was amazing. Good place to organize small get together. Ground floor they have super cool collections of Yummmmy cakes, Macrons and French Pastry. They also serve shisha on the terrace which has excellent sea view. The food served was very delicious. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience!I ordered a birthday cake two days in advance, only for the day to come and nothing to arrive. I tried contacting them several times on phone, whatsapp and email. Nothing.The next day (After the birthday i had ordered the cake for) I get a reply on whatsapp saying sorry we tried to contact you but you didnt receive our calls. we dont deliver to your location.First, I 100% did not receive any calls through out the 3 days since I placed the order. Second, why accept an order, or have a location on your website if you dont deliver to it?. Third, you had 3 means of contact, phone, whatsapp, and email .. why not let me know in advance? I could have at least ordered a cake from somewhere else.Never going here or ordering again.

I ordered a 3D cake 4 days before the expected delivery, paid full amount through bank transfer and the day before at 6 pm chateau blanc cancelled the cake saying they had orders to close the shop for 3 days due to covid-19 cleaning checks. then was too late to order any 3D cake from any other shop, so the surprise i planned for days got spoilt and ended up with a normal cake. Asked for a refund the day after, been told i would receive it after 3 days. Passed 3 days i asked for update, only then asked me for my bank details and said the transfer was done. passed 7 days asked again, since money was not received and been told to contact the general manager. no reponse at all. Now 8 days passed, i called the shop and said I would personally go to take my money back, but the lady first response was i will call you back and after 1 hr still didnt receive any call. Definetely worst management ever. Zero customer service, will never order again and will not raccomend it at all.

They have very poor staff, because of that we end up having worst experience.Not recommending and will never visit ever.The waiter took the order without any written paper and eventually forgot what we ordered and brought half of the order.Here main dish will be served to you before the starter.It takes a lot of time to bring the food.I am sharing my experience about the case restaurant which is upstairs.

Worst customer service I ever seen. Waiters seems waiting you to leave the place as soon as you reach. Nothing really French apart the name. Pastries and cakes are just disgusting. I won’t recommend at all and would rather prefer to go to any Boulangerie chain which I’ll not mention here to do not advertise any than visiting this ugly place again..

Filthy chairs like you cant even sit on it, no large water, upstairs has A/C problems & of course manager doesn’t want to come down to talk to you. Not recommended at all especially advise to bring down the quality paragraph in entry level.

This was one of the worst breakfast experiences Ive had in Dubai. While breakfast might not be the places speciality, the experience was extremely disappointing, especially from a place reviewed so highly. The place was relatively empty, yet our food took over 45 minutes (and only a few dishes arrived). The eggs were nearly burnt, the meats cold and simply not edible. After a few complaints, the staff were very kind and apologetic taking responsibility, yet half of our group left the place without getting their food an hour later. This place might be good for coffee and cakes, but stay away from breakfast.

Tried to make a reservation on the phone I was told I would be called back, no one called me back. I called again the next day the person said they will check and hung up on me. I called back again asked to be put on hold, they finally said that I can have a reservation but have to spend minimum 100aed per person just for a Wednesday night Reservation?! I was told that if i don’t pay this it would be unfair to regular customers. Well me and my entire family are regular customers. And this is unacceptable service.I asked to speak to a supervisor, after insisting they only agreed to give me a number that I should call. I am the unhappy customer and I should be the one calling them back?Nonsense, very unprofessional staff and rude!!!

This place is located in a villa in jumeirah. To go up to the restaurant, u pass by a cute bakery and dessert section. Upstairs, Shisha is great and service is epic! The waiters including a Cuban and Philippino waiter were so helpful and attentive. Salads and burgers are good. Drinks are creative. Don’t order the macaroons, they are not always fresh... during the day, it is very warm because the ac is weak and the windows bring in that intense Dubai sun. During the night, the vibe is different with dim lighting and loud music...
