I would unfortunately not recommend this place as I had the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had in Dubai on 9th June. I originally booked at Nstyle for a gel manicure, a pedicure and a Brazilian wax the day before, however upon arrival at the salon I was informed the couldn’t do the wax as they didn’t have the product in stock. It would have been nice to know the wax wasn’t possible when I booked it but that was only a small issue.The lady at reception was very pleasant and helped me picked a normal pedicure colour to match my chosen gel manicure colour. It turned out the colour the receptionist picked actually cost 20 AED more due to it being a ‘long lasting’ colour therefore it would have been nice to have been informed of this rather then it being added to my bill.The lady that did my pedicure was very thorough and did a good job. The lady that did my gel manicure was very incompetent. Firstly when removing my cuticles she cut my nail bed and it started to bleed. She chose to ignore this assuming that the bleeding would stop, which is understandable, but then when I pointed out that it was bleeding and about to drip on to my clothes all she said was “your skin grows a lot on your nail”. I appreciate she made a small mistake with the cuticles but it would have been professional to just apologise for the error, given I regularly have my nails done and my cuticles have never bled before. She also proceeded to put the gel polish on thick and wonky, especially at the cuticles, so much so that I had to ask her to redo my thumb as the cuticle was very uneven. Generally there was very little care and attention paid to the nails and I felt uncomfortable asking her to redo every nail given they were all finished to a low standard so I just left, paid and did not rebook an appointment even though they had a discount offer on. The very next day one of the nails had started to peel and within 3 days one had peeled completely and there was a few chips. I have attached photos so you can see the poor quality finish to the cuticles and how it has already peeled within 3 days so I had them removed and done elsewhere. I would not recommend that anyone should get a gel manicure from Nstyle at DIFC. I gave two stars only because the pedicure lady and the receptionist seemed nice.

I visited them yesterday for hair colour and cut and I must say the service I received from Mahmoud was exceptional. He is an extremely polite person who knows his job really well. His recommendation on the colour I should use was bang on. I am very happy with the end result and will surely be requesting for him again for my hair. Rubina did my threading and she was equally polite, professional and good at her job. Thank you guys :)

I received a call from DIFC branch offering 50% discount on all services. I asked if this discount applies to all NStyle branches and I was told that yes. When I asked for a booking in Mall of the Emirates suddenly the girl calling told me it is only for DIFC ??!! She said if I want to ask for same discount in MOE I should call their main operator. Fine. I called the main operator and I have explained the situation and asked If it is possible to get 50% discount in MOE not DIFC. The operator told me I need to call DIFC branch and ask them if they can transfer the discount. I explained to her AGAIN that I ALREADY spoke to DIFC branch and they told me to call operator. Eventually the operator said she will look into it and call me back.As you can imagine I never received a call back.Extremely incompetent staff, no idea of customer service, no one wants to take responsibility. Joke not a company.I send them email as they requested after they commented on my review but I still havent received a call from them :D what a joke....

Mahmmoud was very professional, respectful and kind - suggested practical color and treatment for my hair. Tamara was attentive and nice. Garima was also helpful. The salon is very clean and overall, the service I received was wonderful!

After a long time i visited your DIFC branch , due to the 50% offer on one item that i availed today the gals Gerlita (Pedicure )and Manilyn (Manicure) very good , was happy overall. however seeing the place empty most of the times, i would suggest such offers are given to get your old clientele back :), often. I went there since its convenient but otherwise i would go to another salon like i have been doing for a while now. thanks Gals, even the ladies at the reception were cheerful :)

I cant stress enough how bad the service is and how rude and unprofessional the staff is (Spervisor Aksan- if she gave her real name).This is the first Google review Im doing, I guess that says enough of the horrible experience I had! I asked for the gel removal from my natural nails that were long and gel polish to be applied. The technician cut my right hand nails without confirming with me how short I would like them to be, and then the left one so much shorter, that they are so sensitive now and you could see my nail bed! She even admitted herself that she made a mistake by cutting them too much!After the torture was done, I showed the result to the supervisor and she argued with me insisting me to pay for all of it, claiming that all they can do for me is cut the other hand so short to the flesh! Obviously I declined that, and she said she will do 50% off.But the nightmare wasnt over! Instead of charging me 75dh as she promised, she charged me the full price of 183dh at the end taking advantage of the state I was in, and distracting me so I wouldnt see the number she typed before swiping my card, lying that she never offered me any discount!You can see for yourself the difference on thr pictures between the nails on my left and right hand!

I am so happy to give my detailed review for this place. This branch is absolutely the best. I have been to other branches but this one had the best energy, the best service and the greatest staff. Jenny did an awesome job with my manicure & I’ll be coming back for a full set of acrylics with her. She seems very experienced. If you’re going for a massage, definitely ask for Patrica, she’s fantastic and has a super fun vibe! For my pedicure and foot massage, I got Robina. We had an quick conversation & she’s adorable! She didn’t stop until she got all the corners during my pedicure. Excellent cleaning and application. Thanks N Style DIFC. I was pleasantly surprised & impressed. Finally, special thank you to Ella and Nicole - supervising everything. The staff seem genuinely comfortable and happy. Thanks ladies! See you next time.

I have to say I am very disappointed with style DIFC. They were absolutely top notch the best of the network and I have been going there for the best part of 10 years always faithful despite the few hiccups here and there. But lately this has been going downhill with a clear disregard for the customer. Today I booked a waxing and simple wash and blow dry they know me very well. The waxing was done very well thank Roubina then again made to wait 25 min for my blow dry even if I had an appointment. Another lady was in there with no mask and wanting to be respectful I was ok to wait on the side some 10 min or so but it lasted with no end in sight. The hair dresser has an attitude and did not even look at me i. The eye or apologized. The reception was apologetic and offered an discount on the waxing which I did not want as the waxing was done well. I ended up leaving without my hair done. Why give an appointment if they cannot honor it. Poor organization and empty excuses all the time. This is not the first time they have issues on hair style appointment or ability to just follow the hair style requested. I stopped tipping and eventually will stop going all together. They used to open at 8am which makes sense as ladies would want to do their hair before going up in the office now even at 9:15 the shop is closed sometimes. The prices are outrageous and the offers gets discontinued all the time. They have proven to me time and again that they do not care about me as a customer even as loyal as me and it is time I learn my lesson instead of keep coming back there. This time I am really fed up

I’m sorry to say but this was the worst place I’ve ever been for eyelash extensions. They used very cheap eyelashes and two totally different lengths with super long at the end which looked odd and really awful. The women working there were lovely and did try to rectify the problem but I wouldn’t go back.

Though i was with many hair dressers in dubai but no one is like him in understanding what you want and what really suits u and he combines both to give you the best outlook.Mahmoud has lots of experinece in working with top hairstylists as well so he is updated with the latest trends alwaysI highly recommend him!

Im happy I gave this establishment a try. They have all the services needed for a serious day of pampering. Hands down the best massage by their Indonesian masseuse.I feel refreshed after a hydrating facial and I could get threading done as well as an eyebrow tint.The nail technicians were very skilled and friendly. A great selection of colors and good products.Just give yourself enough time to find the location as its a little difficult to navigate yourself in the ever growing and changing DIFC for the first time.Looking forward to visiting with a friend next time.

I went to Bassim with damaged and badly done hair, he is a MIRACLE WORKER! He’s holds very good conversation, I was not bored over my 4+ hours treatment, he took his time and made sure he understood exactly what I wanted! I put nail extensions, after three days the nails came off (all of them). I regularly put nails and this is the first time this happens to me. I called and they said the policy covers only 24 hours.This is not the worst part, the work done was awful (very thick nails) but that was my fault as I didnt complain immediately after it was done.

I havebeen to this branch a couple of times and every visit is an excellent one. All staff were really nice, smiling and you can feel the positiveness of them all. I keep coming to them because aside from good service they always make you feel important.

What a great place for waxing, massage, blow dry and nails. The team are special and give you the utmost attention and service. I prefer the ambiance and team at the difc branch.You must visit! Had I written this review after I left the salon it would have been better and the girls (Jenna-Rose & Gelita) did a great job. However, unfortunately, my overall experience was poor. During my first visit I had to wait 40 minutes before they got started and so I ended up being in the salon for 2 hours for a simple gelish manicure. Second appointment for toes was fine - no complaints. Within 1 week the gelish started to lift and peel off my hands like kids nail varnish. I’ve had my nails done for years and never has this happened. So, after everything, I’ll be returning to my regular salon.

I’m not sure why this salon has a 4.9 rating. I was highly disappointed with the service. You’d think for the amount you’re paying your nails would look great, feel great and last long. I usually get acrylics done and they chip off within a week. The finishing is not great either. I usually go to tips and toes but because I work in the DIFC, it was easier to go to the DIFC branch. I complained the first time and thought I’d get better. Gave them a second try..... same thing. I wouldn’t recommend this salon especially if you’re very pedantic with your nails. The two stars is for the fact that the acrylics lasted me a week at least.
