My hair was so dry and Kim’s salon did a Keratin Smoothing Treatment for me and now my hair feels amazing and soft at all times. It also made it easier to blow-dry and take care of.I highly recommend Kim Beauty Salon.

I used to go there but last Friday was disaster. I ask for full body waxing and threading. I got cut skin on ny eyebrows and still brows so dirty, still alot of hairs. Legs also still alot of hair. Gelish flake the next day. I didnt check before i leave the salon that time because i trust them. I didnt use Groupon because i thought i will pay thesame amount everytime i visit, but i paid more, and i was shock. I didnt reaxt because uts my birthday, i told myself my gift to them. But this time . But broke my trust bigtime.

I purchased a Groupon for full body plus lower body where in the Groupon it is written that Brazilian is included. When I called to make an appointment, they said Brazilian was not included and that itll be an extra AED 50The lady told me Groupon has made a mistake yet they wont honour the voucher.Very disappointed with their customer service.

I come to this salon regularly and Im really impressed with how they take care of me. I have had several mani and pedi here and the nail technician is just perfect! The products that they use are superb! Im very satisfied with the Keratin Rebond I had with them recently. Highly recommended!

The staffs are very professional, I am very pleased with their service. I had my hair color and highlights and I am so impressed with the hairdresser. She is very professional and definitely knows her job. I want to take her home with me haha! I simultaneously had my nails done and even more impressed with the work of the 2 nail technicians. Surprisingly, this salon is very affordable considering the prices in Dubai. This will be my favorite salon from now on. Kudos ladies!!!

This is the worst salon I have even seen they use the hair product very cheap from day to day specially hair colour they used to say and they used to show matrix and lorial but actually they use cheap product very disappointing theyre totally fake highly not recommend to choose this salon

I am very happy and satisfied with the service offered by the friendly and professional staff of this salon.

I went for roots colour,the technician was not sure which colour she needs to use for my hair instead she was convincing me to make a full hair colour as i have a hundreds shades of colour on my hair(which is not true of course)The result was terrible and the staff kept convincing me that it is the colour i asked for and since my hair is still wet the colour shoes lighter.All the staff was there watching including (the lady who book me the appointment and who kept insuring to me that this new indian staff is expert on hair colour),however none of them offers to re-colour my hair in order to correct the result.Instead the staff carry on by drying my hair(i have a curly hair)and once my hair was all over my face and i barely managed to tight it up she told me that she is done.😡I start losing my temper when she offered to blow dry it as the offer i book for.Happily they got the money for the poor service they did without apologies or a single offer to correct the mess they did on my hair.The best part when the indian staff was asking her philippina colleague to get her a new towel as the one i was having is titally wet after my hair wash.The staff was passing to get the towel and whispering that this will cost them another 2dhs for Landry.I answered her on the spot that I will ensure to come with my own towel on my next visit,and she was Akting innocent claiming that she is not understanding what Im saying.Obviously Im not deaf,and this wanderful mix of a non professional and a rude staff will insure that I would never visit your salon in the future
