I visited Cocoon Salon to try out their new hair salon. I had a lovely lady called Fatima greet me with a warm welcome which made me feel at ease. I was having a wash and blow dry as I was going out for the evening with my friends. Fatima asked what I would like done in detail and I must say she did a fantastic job. My hair was better than I imagined. She gave me the volume and waves that I wanted. She really is a gifted hairdresser and I will be recommending her to all my friends.This salon really is the full package. I’ve had my nails done on a regular basis and even a spray tan which again was very very good.Everyone that works in this salon is amazing and I wanted to write a review to thank everyone that I see every time I visit for their kindness and skills of making me look and feel beautiful.Thank youJo x

This salon used to be good. Now the service has dropped significantly . They lost all the good girls and they have very bad customer service. Today I did pedicure and I didn’t like the color . When I asked to change it I was asked to pay extra. If you like a good service with a place that respect it’s customer this place is not for you . Next to it is Ted Morgan they are amazing and Chi nail is just down the road and they are excellent in nail. Last time to visit and would certainly not advise any one to go there. If there is a zero I would’ve give it. Disappointed

The Nail Spa is super calm and relaxing and the ambience and staff are great! Been to a LOT of Nail Spas/Salons in Dubai and none of them has any comparison to the great service I get on Cocoon A massive thank you to Janine and Thidar for taking great care of my nails! Thidar is the greatest nail artist I’ve ever been with making my nails look amazing and Janine does wonders in my feet every single time! Also got a great experience with my waxing with Shaylo! Was always changing my nail spas but Thidar and Janine made me want to come back! Will definitely keep on visiting!

Alaways amazing! pricey, but worth every penny! they really do amazing job and do not rush until the manicure and pedicure are properly done. they offer other seevices like messages etc. but have not tried yet.

Cocoon is a real sanctuary; a very unique and relaxing experience indeed. The ambience is great, staff are very professional and the service is always impeccable. The range and quality of products/colours is far superior to other places in Dubai. Cocoon also has one of the tastiest Cappuccinos in town. Excellent service! Jenn the Nail Therapist is very knowledgeable about the products and nail care in general. Today was my first visit and I know I will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommended & looking forward to trying their other services. I can also say that the waxing service is INCREDIBLE too! Had the Lycon full Brazilian and was utterly amazed. Shaylo took the time to explain the difference in pricing and the product. She identified that I had sensitive skin and that Lycon was the best for me. I have already recommended this place to many of my friends. So excited to have found this GREAT salon, they definitely have a repeat customer in me!

Every time I call to make an appointment they ask me what time I want to come and then say that time is not available and in fact nothing is available until usually after 5pm. Why ask what time I want to come? Why not just tell me what you have open? Haha Anyway, if you are looking for a nail salon that does just as good of a job and can almost always get you in try out Tips and Toes in Arabian Ranches. They are also a little cheaper there as well.👍

This is by far my favourite salon in Dubai, from the amazing, kind-hearted staff to the lovely ambience within the salon. I would like to mention ‘Erica’ in particular as she is my #no.1 go to lady for my treatment (acrylics/nail extensions). She is a true perfectionist when it comes to nails and nothing is ever too much for her. I leave the salon beaming from ear to ear because I love my nails that much. Erica is 100% the best around for extensions!! Thank you to all the ladies at the salon for yet again another 5 start experience. It truly is the most perfect place to relax and rewind. Thank you!

I have been visiting Cocoon for twice a month now for just over a year and I have not once been disappointed by the service. I always have my nail treatments with Thidar who is simply fantastic!! She is a perfectionist and always ensures to give the best possible care. She shares her homecare advice and no matter how many hours she has been working is always smiling and attentive. All of the staff from reception to nail therapists to back room staff are brilliant. The salon is relaxing and impeccably clean. I love cocoon! After 8 years in dubai I’m happy to have finally found a salon I love! Highly recommend!!!

The prices are ridiculously overpriced. 90 aed for callus removal. And...asked if I wanted something to drink and then charged me 12 aed for it!! I never would have gotten a drink. With all the competition, I won’t be back.
