Charging 50 dhs to literally change a nail color is insanely expensive (60 is the standard price for a full manicure service in uae and color is always included! )i honestly would never come back for another service.

The staffs in Dial a nail in Al Ghurair branch are rude and unprofessional. I had a lash lift appointment, they informed me in WhatsApp that it cost 180 but when I got there it changed to 280. I was disappointed by the result of the lash lift so I informed them, and they didnt apologize for the inconvenience that they caused me, and they had a bad temper when I asked them to redo my lashes. I dont recommend the salon because of how their staffs respond to negative feedback and the poor result for the lash lift, the picture is the result from the lash lift

I finally found the right place to do my nails in dubai. Impeccable work and relatively fast! And the girls are very sweet!

Wouldnt recommend it. Threading etc is fine, but did a pretty botchy job of my nails. They dont even have necessary products to do fancy nail art.

The technician was not well groomed herself, the area was not clean.

The worst branch. Only 2 ladies there are friendly and nice. The first and the last time here.
