Your hair dresser really needs to learn manners she was rude from the start I clearly told her in the beginning that I wanted my daughters bleach which was on the lower quarter of her hair cut.I showed her the price and said the 60 dhiram cut(just cut not a new hair style)just get rid of the bleached hair.Well she did not and my daughter still has bleached hair when I asked can she cut more so the bleach goes she said I will charge 80.And in a very rude manner extremely dissatisfied .My two stars are for your other staff who where much more respectful and well spoken.P.S the owner Ms.Sandhya called and was kind enough to offer an apology and a free haircut for my daughter to rectify the situation.I am happy she listened patiently and was open to advise and criticism. Thanks Sandhya.

Went there for deep conditioning treatment, hair cut and blow dry and I am very happy with the output. Very good prices and promotions. It is not a luxurious place, but anyway, it wasnt what I was looking for, so I am very satisfied with the place. Definitely will come back for some hair treatments!

I received a hair botox treatment from Novina to help manage my frizzy hair. A new treatment was used which was better than previous one Ive had. It has no smell and is completed within one salon visit. I love the result! I now have smooth straight hair without having to blow dry or use straightening iron. Happy with the results and friendly professional service!

Am so sorry for this late comment. Before 3 weeks I have cut my hair, did waxing.Actually my hair is slight curly, sometimes tangled and I know sometimes its hard to work on it. I am happy for their work becos I dint feel someone pulling or working on my hair as I felt so sleepy with their hair massage.lol.usually I feel headache after someone works on my hair. But this was quiet soft and I was so happy.Waxing was so smooth and usually I never focus on underarms in beauty saloon becs of the painBut lizel has done it in a good way and am happy for their dedication. I am really happy with the beautiful and fine henna design done on both my hands few days back. The Henna Artist is very professional and experienced. The saloon itself is well maintained, neat and clean. It is quite close to Zahra Hospital Barsha. Went in for a simple U-shape hair cut. Just the ends to be trimmed. Unfortunately the stylist couldnt meet expectations as the cut was mostly straight at the back. Uneven shape also.

My very first experience at a Salon in Dubai as I was staying in Ibis Hotel Al Barsha, must say am glad I found them.Professional and warm staff, good service, interesting packages and complete value for money. Moved out of Ibis but I still drive down to get my monthly pampering done. Guess that says it all. Highly recommended!!

The moment I walk into Sandhya’s salon, I feel welcomed! I’ve been a long time customer at her Al Warqa branch and now I can confirm that her Al Barsha branch is nothing short of the best. Joy has and is always such a true joy to be around and an impeccable receptionist at that. As usual I had a hair emergency and Emma, my hairdresser is a GENIUS.. well experienced and was happy to give me tips and tricks to maintain thick, voluminous hair. Dorin my eyebrow aesthetician was pleasant and precise which is why I felt so comfortable with her. I’m very particular about my eyebrows and I’ve always trusted only the women at Sandhya’s, with them. Sandhya’s has an amazing staff and always creates a great experience. I have been a regular client with Sandhyas salon in Al Barsha over a year now. I took an appointment for hair botox and hair colouring. The service was rendered professionally by Maricel who briefed me on the treatment and made me feel at ease. The hair colour was also exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with their services.
