First time here. My daughter and I had our haircut and head, neck and shoulder massage done. The haircut was on point and appreciate the hair tips given. Loyda our hair stylist was understanding and friendly.Camille did our massage. We had a good relief from the tensions with her massage.Thank you Camille and Loyda for the warm treatment. My daughter and I truly appreciative for the good work done. 👍🏼❤️

The nails r not the same length, didn’t let me dry my nails ( left the salon with wet nails) didn’t listen when i said it was too short, the shape is completely off what i asked for

I always do my nails at Nbar in the Mall In al wall road. I do manicure pedicure on monthly basis with head and shoulder massage. This service is terrific there. But the last time I visited they persuaded me to do eyebrows lifting and eyelash tinting. It was the worst experience ever. My lashes are dry and falling. And my eyebrows are lifted in the wrong direction. My bill was around 900 AED and I just felt awful with the results. Dont do there anything other than nails and massage. The staff is not trained to do more than nails.

Im a regular here, and the nail specialists are all well trained and polite. The threading and waxing is good too. My only complaint is the foot massage, its not great. And the chairs are not the most comfy. But Im still a regular!

The salon is very clean and hygienic. They used brand new tools before doing the manicure which was great. They also got us in without an appointment which is always appreciated and offer beverages during the services.However, the staff were not that friendly and the actual manicure was a bit rushed, resulting in a mediocre job. Not sure if I would come back, but it does the job if in a hurry.

I came everything was nice, I choose the color and before put it they told me that it cost additional 20 aed( they should tell it before ) after they charge 40 for feet and handsI understood that it would be 20.I came and pay additional 40 just for polish. The price of the polish is around 40, not a nice feeling...

Great salon with skilled staff, the salon is clean and the ladies are friendly. Booking an appointment is easy, and Ive always been able to find availability on the day requested.

Not impressed with hair services or business practice here; the staff was polite but they tried to unfairly overcharge me for a shampoo/blow dry for long hairwhen it was obvious I have medium length hair and I was quoted a lower price when I initially asked; also the service itself was nothing special and not worth the hefty fee and the room/area for hair services is abysmally small and dirty. Unless I was extremely desperate, I wouldn’t use this branch’s services again. The only convenient thing about it is its location.

My review is for the Ibn Battuta branch. The quality of service was quite pathetic for the buck that is commanded by this so called salon. Please understand that - when you provide a service to an individual it ought to make a lady feel at ease and relaxed. To the contrary, I was met with a hurried staff who seemed like she was competing in the tv show under a minute. I was in for a pedicure but you wonderfully painted my mood to match my nail varnish - black!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.This place used to be my favorite before new management joined. I recently had the most horrible manicure in my life. The manager Jodie was most unhelpful, I would even say rude and instead of trying to solve my issue was trying to defeat Poor work of Philippinos. I do not recommend this place, they will ruin your nails and not even apologize for it.to continue the story another manager by name Hailey got involved and was attempting to resolve the situation by the phone. I made another appointment to fix nails having full impression after the phone call that salon will offer me free manicure. ... Well not only they refused to offer me complimentary service to fix their own mistakes, Hailey on the phone basically told me that she believes her staff not me, that I can go ahead and post negative reviews about them and there is Nothing she can do for me!!!! Incredible. Unacceptable.I am a client of 6 years spending 300 - 600dhs weekly and THAT is the service I received. I wonder if OWNER of N Bar is aware of how her staff treats loyal clients ! I AM NEVER GOING BACK. 2 of my girlfriends also regulars are leaving salon as well. Big loss especially with so much competition in Dubai. If you do make it there, stay away from Ruby, Gigi, Astrid.Ps. Attached is pictures of how my nails looked 2d day after manicure. Horrible cuticle job, horrible filing, edges not finished, nail polish all chipped.

Sometimes they are slow in giving you an appointment but their job is quite good
