Worst customer service came to branch and cashier was in washroom waited 7 minutes and there was other staff just doing nothing instead helping to customer

Worst experience ever as one of the staffs was very rude and does not understand what exactly customer service is ,its all about etiquette which was lacking in her .It was very disappointing as she was talking in her language with her colleague when the customer was asking her something which offended the customer and its a disrespect to such a esteemed organization...As Redha al ansari exchange is well reputed organization which offers good rates and I m sorry if my review offended anyone.Customers deserve respect as they wait for whole month to get salary and they are so curious when they are sending their hard earned money back to family as it might go to wrong person/place.Hamriya market branch kindly look into it please.

Super slow.. and very unprofessional.. they couldnt get my money through WU even i have my transaction copy.. next minute i went to other branch and i got my money..🤬
