Waiting for almost 10mins because the staff are too slow. And when i ask them if i can use my renewed EID through ICA then suddenly they rejected. Why?!!! I called them their Customer Service saying that i can use my ICA EID renewed, but unfortunately it was a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No coordination or what?!!!!!!

Their service is so bad and slow if they say they will get back to you dont believe it no one will call back I always transfer a big amount of money due to my business and first time with they and it will be my last

The ATM machine doesnt work most of the times. It always shows out of cash message. When asked at the counter they say itll give money after an hour. Al Fuad Exchange doesnt have a branch near my place and I have to travel 45mins to get to the branch. Very bad experience.

Ive been to their shop on last month of aug to apply for my atm acc mber for the Philippine bank, and as far as I remember I mentioned 10 times I think to the Filipina cashier and I ask her that this account is for my dollar account that I will apply, and she confirmed it also, and filled in all my details completely because I was so busy to go to their shop just to forget any single details, after a month I called the agent of the BDO bank he told me my atm will be delayed due to the bank need my details, and I have to wait it again after one more Month, after a month they said I have to wait for it again until it become 3 months already of waiting, when I have my account and got home I was shock that the account they open for me is not a dollar account instead its a kabahan savings account, Grabe! Really, this is the very first time I encountered ng mga kabayan na wala sa ayos ang services, Hindi ko alam saan ako nagkamali or kung sinabi ko bang hindi dollar account, worst thing pa kailangan ko pa mag open ng new account and I have to pay again for 100aed for new opening again. No way! Its okay, I will not recommend you guys for this kind of service. Hindi ko deserve eto. (Al Rigga Branch)

Very bad experience in counter 2 & 5, specially to their Branch manager, it took my money transfer for 7 days. Unhelpful Egyptian staff and very rude and mean!!! (sorry to mentioned the nationality) and funny thing branch manager denying he is the branch manager maybe he us unable to handle issues and when I call the office they confirmed he is the branch manager. Thanks to the management team who help me (forgot his name), after a month again it happened. Usually i am sending and takes only 2-3 hrs to hit my account in GCC and PH, since this 2 incident I never send again even I used Al Fuad for almost 2 yrs...Day Exchange and Al Ghurair Exchange Im currently used and the service is Dhs16.Asian people are more efficient when it comes to customer service but not egyptian (racist/rude/arrogant) people.

Worst service ever, applied for a transfer and canceled it within 20 minutes, still didnt get the reversal, even when the staff and the accountant confirmed that the transfer will get cancelled within the same day.It has been 11 days already and yet no reversal!!!- staff have zero product knowledge.- staff dont know how and how long the processes are going to take.- staff promsied for a callback more than 7 times and received none.- very slow service.- empty promises.- very bad time management.- no strategic problem solving actions.- they dont care about customer relationships.- they still havent done the reversal and probably stole the money.

The place looks very neat and well maintained but the customer service is non existent. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not expect any assistance what so ever and be prepared to feel as though they are doing you a favour though you are paying!Make sure you dont expect much and your first trip could be in vain.

Very poor customer service mostly the manager ( who is Egyptian) is very rude and hes not professional he said he doesnt care and thats not his problem after my transaction was canceled due to no reason and he couldnt give me back my money nor reverse the transaction yet i had an emergency he has very bad attitude and he doesnt know how to talk to the custmers in a rightful way its so a shaming

Your employee RMONTERO351 [1231] is very rude to the client she shout a client and also her colleague shout together they say that they are complying to the rules and regulation then again the client answered that he got already been assist an well serve by other employee , Also before that happen i want to change the name of the receiver because she is the one who is responsible for the wrong surname because she keeps on talking to the other guy , then she answered me that she told us to check before its done but the truth is she just say to sign the receipt . Bad to you i dont complain you personally but the guy who you answered told you that you dont have brain and your not using it.

I want to file a complaint al-Fouad for exchange the top of the delay. Lack of respect for the customer. I gave me a card, but it was damaged from 10/7 until today’s date 10/19/2020. Every day I did not get the card every day, it will arrive, it will arrive until the doubt began and I want to call the police. Disrespect The customer, I gave them zero in dealing, zero speed, and zero in following up on actions

Very bad service, especially WhatsApp service. You are not answered until after an hour. Please develop and amend the matter and be quick service and the response is done as quickly as possible and not in hours. Before you look at your job in exchange, see the conditions of people abroad waiting for them. The transfer reaches them, especially countries such as Yemen or Syria and other countries, where is the quality of work, and we are in a country that develops and progresses. Please look into this regard and thank you
