Worst experience ever. If you can skip this service, do it. They are overcharging and say it at the very end

The experience was very bad!!! I send money last March 26 (Thursday) to 2 different bank account in BDO and until now we didn’t receive the money, take note it’s 5 days and they want us to comeback tomorrow which is unreasonable because I came back 3 times and waited for 4hours for nothing!! I ask them to cancel the transaction and return my money but they don’t want. And just to tell you guys I feel like my money was stolen!!!very bad service!!! In addition to that they are promising to call us but they don’t. Within that 5 days no one call us.

Sorry I have bad experience more than one hour standing there. May be other branch are good but this one in main hub so need more work and know about the wps.

Visited on 10-May-2020 evening time, Poor service, Zero Customer service, Rude attitude, ignoring customers by using Phone ( Phone talk & chats). Not recommended any one to go here in Deira City centre Sharaf Exchange.
