I was sending money with Western union. I had to leave them my mobile number in order to send money. It is very annoying. It is my personal number, I really dont understand why is it mandatory to give it to them. I understand that I have to leave my ID or passport, but not my number. They just keep sending you messages and sharing your number without your permission. The lady told me that if I dont want to leave my number I cannot send the money. I was sending it so many times from the other countries and no one ever asked me for my number.

Had to wait for 30 minutes for my turn... they dont have enough staff and the staff is too slow taking too long..

The staff was so rude and she doesnt care about her customer the staff in counter number 3 keep talking to her colleague when she is assisting a customer. The last week i received an amount from an international transaction and i forgot my emirates ID there , then not body from the staff call back to take it.

Worst rate on currency conversion, counter staff seems more arrogant than friendly. UAE exchange call center gave a better rate but when i went there i was given a worse conversion rate. Will never visit them again.

10:40 pm, Sunday 23rd of Feb, New UAE Exchange, MOE,I went to receive WU and the lady was not able to assist on the third window from the right hand side, she asked the lady beside her (blond short hair philipina) she was loud and rude to me while, am not even her customer, the rest were laughing, until I met the manager and he finally came out after I request that, its like jail conversation, it was just horrible, honestly this is my first issue there, I always go there for sending and receiving, This time unfortunately made me come home and write this and already will be last time to ho there.

Just been to the MOE uae exchange to buy 1000 Egiptian Pounds. The guy at counter number 8 gave me 3 prices which were well over what I usual pay. Basically he saw I was blonde and probably assumed I was stupid. I asked for my money back and went upstairs to Sharaf Exchange which quoted me what I expected 243 AED for 1000 AED and bought from them. Very quick and no stress. Never again will do business with UAE exchange. Twisters. Not to say that this is my second time when it happens and the first time I paid because I was in a rush and was leaving to Cairo next day. Stay away from them if you’re smart.

Horrible slow service, had to stay too long just to deposit money in Go cash account, no control over the crowd, I do not recommend at all!
