From 2016 i was sending from this branch and i dont have choice because near to meI never ever has nice customer serviceThe staff unprofessionalBad communication with guestThey are very roughI dont know if the owner and management never see the comments until now no update in this branchVery slow service they are not sure what they are doingI hope someone do something for this branch because the staff present the company

This place and its staff feel that providing false or incomplete information over the telephone is absolutely ok.I have had multiple instances where I have called to understand the requirements for certain transaction, and each time the staff assure that it is hassle free and I need to bring just the basic documents etc, but upon visiting the branch now they need letters passport copy, approved affidavits, the name of the village headmans cow etc.If they need all these information and paperwork why cant they just tell it over the telephone when I call and ask. Do the staff think customers have free time to stand at their windows, feel frustrated, enjoy raised blood pressure of a customer, get the customer to raise their voice for everybodys enjoyment.This is a very unprofessional and would ask anyone to think twice before using their services.

Very worst customer service. Dont know how to speak properly.Look like people came to borrowing money from your staff.

Kindly train your staff well. Dont let them promise to customer if they cannot do it.

If only I could take the one star, very bad,unskilled and rude employees. I will take my business elsewhere.
