Bad experience. Bad customer service. Slow service. I reached @ 1:50 pm on 06/12/2020 for claiming my money . Most of the counters closed. Even the staff who was working puts a closed stand. Slow moving queue. I waited around till @2:05 pm and asked the staff will it take more time ? as only same 2 customers were taking all my 20 mins in both the counters. In reply after waiting for 20 mins the staff replied “ Sir you can use other exchange also !!!” I was shocked and angry at the same time. I left the branch.
