One of the worst customer service. Everyone shows such attitude that we have done some crime by receiving money or sending money. First you have to wait for long then they come up with lot of things and then being rude is icing on the cake. I have never seen such a behavior in service industry. How even they are surviving with this kind of behavior I am failed to understand. From guard, employee to manager all have been trained in talking rudely with clients. And when you get agitated and revert them they refuse to make payment and if you start writing a review the employee says my name is Ziad Zahid hope you don’t forget to mention for worst service and behavior. How are they even surviving and working, like if they don’t need customers or they have already lot of customers. Whereas if you go through the reviews you can see maximum for worst service. Management is sleeping by not reverting to clients issue as I raised a complaint also in their website on web form. I think management also tells them to behave like this. Poor satisfaction and horrible experience.

It use to one among the best exchanges. In recent time rates and staff both are rude. Staff aren’t accepting the rates showing on Rustamani app

So so soooo much bad Money Gramm operator’s work there. Doing so slow, it’s taking always 1 hours to collect money from IBN Battuta Chinese cort Money Gram agency. 1HOURS IN COUNER 🤣🤣🤣🤣 How much professional service???Don’t know what needs to do which need documentation, they watching right documents but says it’s wrong and need other one.They don’t know how much possible to send or resive maximum and says just 3 thousand aloud.I really disappointed with service.They not qualified enough for service.And management just jumped from one side to other and not support to the customer.Not organization from manager and like thim will be employees.Better use Western Union then this Office for moneygramm.Can I put minus - 10 stars to this agency please. Very bad rates they are offering. Today just wanted to exchange some money, and the rate they offered was absolutely a joke!!!! Online rate was 0.48 and their offer 0.10 !!! Seriously

Im born and living in UAE and still i was told tjay my money transaction is on hold because of my nationality or whats happening in my country !!! Actually the employee himself was nice and straightforward to advise me to use another company because of the difficulties

My favorite branch, neat professional staff always willing to assist even the security guard. Feels like home.

Nice place.. easy to negotiate good rates... Offers currency exchange and international funds transfers at really great really great rates... But there are also like 3 other money exchangers inside the mall so I would suggest checking with all of them to get the best rates, and inform them that youll be checking with the others and going with the one that offers the best rates... That tends to shorten the negotiation considerably... :)
