My first time here and would definitely recommend for the food. Although it was quite empty in the evening, the outdoor seating was really breezy and nice to hang around with friends.

Not bad food, excellent workers ,, not suitable for non-smoking people, there is an issue with air conditioning.

Visited few days ago, the place is less lively than few years back. The food is still very good and tasty like how it used to be. My only concern is with COVID hygiene precautions, some of the waiters were wearing the mask but its put below their mouths, which makes no sense from the first place. The service on the other end is ok-ish, it used to be better. Last but not least Sarouja isnt cheap, so you would expect better service and hygiene precautions.

Place to visit for people who kile Chicha and Narguile and syrian food. Live event some times, you can also play tawla (backgamon) so dont hesitate and go there. I liked.

Amazing oriental cuisine and hospitality. Love the taste of the food. The music and the engagement of the owners. Being there everyday makes the music with the inner fountain like a true classical movie

Great Lebanese food! And some English dishes, also a good kids menu. This place is full of locals, which is always a good sign, very friendly staff good service and a small kids area to play while you eat. Not to on the expensive side, well worth a visit

Quick disclaimer: we aren’t smokers. People are very nice, food was good, not excellent. Restaurant location is below average to a poor, hard to park and we realized after fact that it has a valet service.If you are a first timer be aware that you can valet but just don’t miss the side turn.We tried almost everything Shawrma was good, mashawee were excellent, mtabal was excellent, tabouleh was poor and not fresh at all.I’m sure this place could be a 5 for smokers as they have better area environment/seating and more of a crowd there.In short if you aren’t a smoker just simply don’t go!

Bad service ... they refused to give us zomato Pro discount despite they are on the list of zomato Pro.. zomato assured that this restaurant on the list of its discount ! I will not recommend this place since they are not trustable !

They serve delicious Syrian food. Great service & awesome ambiance. Had traditional Syrian breakfast with hookah & tea... Customers here are free to play card & board games. I Highly recommend you visit this establishment.

Authentic Arabic food, they have great daily dishes, parking used to be free now its aed10 per visit.

The food is excellent. Although I order for delivery most of the time. But I prefer the Pavilion-Jumeirah Park branch more than Marina because it is more open and has a better non smoking area.

Various food selection, Arabic, western and indian...4. food price is a bit expensive, 50 AED for only dish of the day, shisha is for 20 AED. drink is almost the same, water is for 18 AED.5. The staff there are just OK.i would appreciate if they can leave more space between tables.

Shisha- double apple and lemon mint were AMAZING. The food was delicious and the staff was so friendly. I have lived next to this place for a year now and never tried it. Not its going to be my spot :)

Food and Service is good.Staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome.Every time i have guests visiting from Europe, i take them to Sarouja to try proper Middle Eastern food.Only downside is the loud Music.

WORST SYRIAN FOOD EVER ! Stay away.The food quality is below average ( except for fattoush , which was good). The meat was tasteless and dry , the grilled kibbe was bland with no pomegranate molasses !! Plus the place was dirty and smelly ( flies every where). Also , The furniture is old and worn out, and some chairs are broken.Worst part i got upset stomach then diarrhea !!

In general very bad and very much over rate in all means, food has no taste, as a simple and basic example Chef Salad has no taste at all i guess because they forgot to use dressing.The atmosphere is so noisy, lauded TV and also lauded Arabic Music from speakers.If you have to go, then use just the basic stuff, coffee, tea and shisha

This restaurant used to be good.Im not sure what happened to them but for the past five months or so they have gone down the hill.I used to have breakfast there almost weekly and invite visitors especially my corporate staff from overseas.I definitely could feel the change in quality, the rudeness of their staff, the poor service and the cheating in the food and over charging in the bill if you dont check it.I dont recommend this restaurant anymore, and if you do have to go because all restaurants in Dubai are closed, prepare yourself for terrible quality of food, long waiting time, unhelpful and rude staff, and most definitely examine your bill item by item.

Wonderful, warm and welcoming as per usual. Particularly enjoyed the 241 shisha offer (as long as with a lady), for around 3 nights a week. Food is really good as well.

The music was diversed (4 different stars sang). The vibe was great. For the food, not as good as was expectin. Taboule missing salt (and i dont eat salty usualy) and the meat wasnt the best flavour. I prefered Al Sherfe.

The best Syrian food

We were looking for an arabic food experience for our first time in Dubai on New Year Eve 2019. I looked for a lot of options and most of them were so expensive. When finally I found this place. I contacted them and they were very kind and the most impressive thing was their service. The price was more than fair for what we received. We flew to Dubai but before our trip they always stayed in touch with us thru WhatsApp. Mwafak was the manager who always was very friendly, helpful and kind with all of our needs. The experience for New Year Eve was incredible and this exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed the food , the great live arabic music, the great staff and the restaurants environment . Highly recommend for everyone who wants to have a great Arabic experience.
