A small Palestinian eatery serving very fresh and delicious Manaesh with brown bread options. Their Nabulssiah cheese and olives are also delicious. However, their other items like Shakshuka is not as good. Service is poor. Staff seemed confused on what the order was, forgot items NAS brought wrong orders.

I had high expectations of this place given the reviews on many platforms but was sorely disappointed with their offering. The staffWasn’t so friendly, having their own congregation on one of the tables outside and the sojouk and egg dish didn’t taste fresh and was cooked inCorn oil. The staff said the pomegranate juice was freshly squeezed every morning but it tasted like it was from a bottle with a lot of sugar added into it. The dough of the bread was very nice though, probably because of the organic flour used. The meat stuffing didn’t taste so fresh either. And the Karak tea was made with tinned milk, no alternatives allowed as it was made and kept and then they just serve. The kunafa rolls were the saving grace as it tasted fresh.

Consistently great food but inconsistent service. I was rejected a table for one at 2pm because there’s supposedly a waiting list for the table that cleared up, but no one was seated there until my order was done and collected and I’ve left with a takeaway order.

This FAKE Middle Eastern, much less Palestinian. The only reason we went is to verify some feedback from several friends about the authenticity of the food. Unfortunately, its NOT only overestimated but also incredibly cheated. We had Cheese with Zaatar. It was so oily and cheap quality Zaatar, the rest us just as Worse. Never again

Really awesome little spot tucked away in Business Bay. The food is excellent and they have some of the best karak. Also, bonus points for offering filtered water and paper cups.

Amazing place.Flavours are super, the food is great and the service is even more impressive.Staff are friendly and great you with a smile.For the food part well i cant say much as i cant describe the pleasure i got with all the flavours.One minor issue the eggs should not come in the pan. As it will be hot and the eggs will keep cooking. By the time you eat it they will become very dry.Please try the zaatar manaesh and the zaatar with cheese lovellllyyyyyyy.Ruth was the staff who took care of us today i would also rate her 5 stars.

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing. The food taste authentic and delicious. Their prices are really fair in Dubai and they have great principles making this place a lovely welcome place for all. The staff also are very welcome and the service is fast and professional.

Where do I even begin to review this little gem. One morning me and my fiance decided we needed to have a proper Palestinian breakfast. We looked online and found a place close to hoke and we decided to try it out.When we got to mamaesh we noticed it was a small restaurant with a BIG heart. The place was packed and we had to wait to be seated. Once we sat down we couldnt help but feel at home thanks to the comfortable aumbiance and the amazing staff.Now on to the food. We ordered so much food because we were so hungry and it was all AMAZING!!! From the labaneh to the hummous with meat and all the way to the macdous and olives, everything was absolutely delicious. I would have breakfast here every single day if I could! Keep up the great work guys and thank you for the phenomenal service!

Overall an enjoyable experience. The mosakhan was done well and karkade (iced hibiscus tea) was refreshing.The fattoush was slightly disappointing. It feels like it wasnt prepared fresh when ordered. It may have been prepared earlier in the day. It was heavy on the mint leaves too.I would also suggest some Arabic/Palestinian music in the background for a better vibe.

Food is excellent and good value. For 3 people we ordered;1. Fresh lemon mint juice.2. Palestian Hummus.3. Oven baked Nabuulsi Cheese.4. Halloumi and Zaatar and Vegetables Fatayer.5. Mashed Potato and Minced Meat Pan.Ingredients used were fresh and good quality, youll be surprised by the excellent taste.

I love the muskhan rolls and mozkawi fatayer is yummy as well but it would be better if they add a little bit salt

Mamaesh always good food in all of their venues. Staff very friendly here although one extra would have helped speed things up, managers mobile number is even there if he is not, which is a nice touch. Only reason this location got four stars was the location, wasnt as enjoyable as it felt a little to concrete.... not much they can do about it.

Good food and staff. The only issue is the food delivery is too slow as they freshly prepared their bread. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Its a small place in business bay but there was a large crowd already when we visited for lunch. Ive heard good things about the place from more than one person which drove me to try the place. We ordered the Chilli Mince meat and cheese(5/5) fatayer, kofta and cheese(4/5) fatayer, halloumi manakeesh(4/5), lebanese sujuk wrap(4/5) and the sage tea(4/5) which was very refreshing. Overall im glad we visited and its quite affordable as compared to other similar chains.

The best pie & manaesh in Dubai. Delicious egg & halloumi pie. Small shop with limited seats. Park you car in building parking & there is an entrance from the parking to the khour side. I liked the tea refill they offer.

Excellent place if you are looking to have a variety of Lebanese food options. Was really amazed with the crowd that had come for breakfast! Very tasty and reasonably priced. My favorite Mana’eesh place in town. Very cozy with friendly customer service staff. Located at the bay of the Dubai Canal. The food is good and the presentation is like no other.

Let me start by saying Amazing. Beautiful place, great location, tasty and fresh food, fantastic view and a lot more. Every item in the menu is worth tasting. The presentation brings a simple on your face and eating your tummy smiles. The entire staff is always very helpful with the smile. Sit outside as thats the best place for having your good especially in winter with the creek view behind. Try out their Meat and cheese fatayer and my personal favorite is Muhammrah Fatayer. Its very easy to reach the location by either public transport or your own vehicle. The rta parking is around 200 meters away from the restaurant but the food makes the walk worth.P. S They give free tea refill and water.A must visit as its one of the best Arabic food joint in Dubai.

Veryyyy delicious

I went there for Ramadan Iftar, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and ready all the time. The food was tasty and the iftar meal was great (Soup, salad, small vegetables plate, dates, hommos, fatayer, drink, water, dessert and main course) and their prices were affordable.I just had two problems, I reserved an outdoor table and the weather was very hot and they dont have outdoor fans so I couldnt continue my iftar and requested the rest of my food for takeaway, will have to make sure to reserve an indoor table in summers. The second problem is the parking, I parked in the restaurants building parking space but it turned out they stamp parking tickets for parking in another building. So for your next visit make sure to ask them where to park exactly to get your ticket stamped.Overall, I had a very positive experience and will be visiting mamaesh again for sure. I hope they keep the mansaf and musakhan in their menu after ramadan 🙏🏻
