The quality of food was good.Staff were courteous!Non Ramadan time they offer food throughout the day... they offer sheesha as well.I was in absolute love with kunefa with cheese and cream...They have gorgeous decor... great place to take some instagram pics...Have fun at this place!!!

My favourite cafe, thier staff are super professional and welcoming, strongly recommended***I WAS rating chello 4 stars , but after todays visit , unfortunately i will rate it 2 stars , we ordered Alfredo fittucini and ( صفيحة شامية ) ،kebab, tea, hot chocolate, but nothing of todays dishes were tasty, i eat half my dish although i was very hungry , i dont know what happened today but it was very bad experience today , but the staff were amazing as usual specially Sameer, he was friendly and very welcoming person.

Out of the few I tried in the neighborhood this is the best in many ways. Service is great with an absolutely best atmosphere. Reasonable priced food and beverage of high quality.

We loved the ambiance. Pleasant to eat and chill. Regal interior designs, the price is a bit pricy but considering the place, the aura that it gives you, both excitement and happiness which makes you comfortable is reasonable enough to justify the price. There is this one crew that keep on checking on us from far away that makes us uncomfortable . It’s just weird, like give us some time, we are enjoying the place. It’s not crowded when we visited it like around 11am. It is safe during these times. But they are observing the distancing anyway, no need to worry about it. Overall it was one fine day with my family. Hoping to visit soon. Cheers to the team and for the instagramable and amazingly beautiful dining. Bless up!

Cello is near my work place and we had a lunch couple of days ago. It is a good restaurent with very good food menu and shisha.Their shisha is good and i must rate it 4/5I tried grapemint whic was good.Food wqs deliciousWe orderedMixed grillAvcado HummusChicken white souce pastaKibdahFood was fresh and delicious.Over all i rate this place 4/5 prices are also reasonable good place for business lunch they have daily dish deals for lunch time so u have to be their before 4pm to avail the offer.

The ambience is nice. Its more of a sheesh centric place rather than food. The sheesha is really well prepared. Staff is very courteous and helpful. If you are a vegetarian, you only have two things to eat.. fries and falafel. Its a good place to hang around with friends. Have sheesha and enjoy the evening. Would rate the sheesha 5/5 and food 3/5.

The best place for food and shisha in Town ❤

Entering into a fairytale décor, fountain and garden like setup in a huge lounge with glass-topped tables. A row of large windows facing the Sheikh Zayed Road on one side, and beautiful Chandelier lightnings in the evenings plays well off with the wooden flooring and the gas fireplace with live cooking at the far end of the room. Pretty mesmerizing ambiance!Starting of with famous and irresistible lebanese starters Fried Kebbeh, Yalangi , hummus and the delicious Ras Asfor something that i tried for the first time and fell in love with it... fried lamb meat in garlic and pomegranate sauce sweet, tangy and delicious. Just couldn’t stop eating this one.For the main dishes i went for the authentic Lebanese Mix Grill platter, Juicy and tender meat , all items were carefully cooked and seasoned, and it comes with a nice side of grilled and raw baby onions.It included the the lamb chop, chicken kebab and kufta kebab, ground lamb and beef mixed with fresh parsley and garlic sauce all of that which make up Cello finger licking Mashawi dish.Perhaps the best entree we tried, though, was the intensely flavored and quite eye catching while they prepare the dish right at your table in a clay pot and serve sizzling hot, was the sheep meat stew with special Rice this one was a complete a knockout! 😍The meat was so meltingly soft and broth so thick and creamy with onion carrots and potatoes all of which came together in a cozy harmony.Nevertheless whichever way you go at cello, you might think about ordering a cup of rich Arabic coffee and soaking up the ambience a bit longer. You could easily find yourself dreaming of old Beirut. It’s that transporting.The staff is friendly and helpful... price range is a bit high but the location, quality of food and ambiance demands it.

Worst service ever we ordered 4 mix grill meals and after 1 hour and 15 minute they served only 1 plate and we had to wait for another 45 minutes to receive the rest of the order and whenever we asked the waitress the will confirm that within 1 minute it will be served so we waited for 2 hours to get our food , i don’t recommend the place as the service is one of the worst to all other restaurants in dubai ... dont waste your time and money to try this place

As far as buffet breakfasts go, it was pretty good from appetizer, main course down to dessert and price is pretty affordable . Food was replenished as it ran low, the staff were friendly and helpful, all that you’d hope for. As already mentioned, it can get pretty crowded and busy at times, so you need to keep that in mind! One thing that amazed me was their On-the-spot Omelet being prepared by a real chef in front of you at your own choice of vegetables and flavors. You could order Barista coffee/ drinks as part of the offer. well done guys! i would love to recommend your restaurant to my friends.

Very relaxing atmosphere with an attentive wait staff. I had the double apple shishah which was smooth and almost minty with the way they use ice to cool the top of the chamber as the smoke is drawn down from the tobacco bowl. A team of wait staff tends to the coals while a separate team tends to food and beverage services.For lunch I enjoyed the lamb chops with fries. The flavor of lamb was mild and savory with a nice light seasoning that preserves the unique characteristic flavors of lamb here in Dubai.My seat was next to the water feature in the restaurant which made the experience even more relaxing. Before I realized it an hour had passed and thats quite a long lunch eating by myself. Great place to eat, well ventilated so the smoke doesnt linger, and the service is excellent.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Main Road, un front of Trade tower, this restaurant is excellent for it is open air design, foods are great! Service is good and the staff are amazing.Grilled dishes sre absolutely recommended.Same for lemon juice and Lebanese appetizers salads.A Turkish coffee and a Shisha are options not to miss.Coming back again!

They changed big time after corona, unfortunately to the worse!! .. now all what matters is how much youll pay during your stay.Youre not welcome over there unless you order lunch + drink + shisha, one guy from the staff even told me that they have a minimum charge, and when i told back that im calling the Ministry of tourism hotline to report that and enquire more, he just changed his mind and brought me what i need.Im still in love with the place, however, im really disappointed with how low-rated the service level has dropped.

Very much liked the vibe of this place. Every second table is smoking shisha although there is a non-smoking section in the back. This however lacks atmosphere so if you don’t like the smell of Shisha you may not like this place. Service is very good and food creatively presented.

Contrary to my expectations of this beautiful place ,well decorated and located ,my experience was greatly dissatisfactory. Unluckily ,the service was very slow ,and the main meal of chicken gave me the worst taste I had ever tried.We informed the manager to check his kitchen ,he was polite and promised to inspect the quality of chicken.We paid for the appetizers a good sum of money and went to another place to complete our meal.

Well, we came by as ratings were favorable, but to be honest Food is below average. Not very fresh (tabouleh) and overcooked (salmon chewy and tastes like chicken) service very attentive but that does not make up for disappointing food.

I was there with my friend, it was 30 mins to off restaurant. We had ordered coffee, you people had served us in paper cups and attitude was not good. We felt awkward. Hope you will be careful next time.

Chello Cafe and restaurant is on an Amazing location and they’ve got really great food. One of my favorite things there is that they have the live singer and cellist who plays amazing songs and covers of other songs but in different beats (slower or faster) every night. Shisha is amazing too and great menu and service. Definitely one of my spots to chill in Dubai at night. Very hospitable waiters and waitresses. I hope the service level remains the same as I heard there was a change in the management :)

It’s not only about the fantastic food we had in here , best service ever I received in Dubai by the fantastic waiter Samer but by the end off this visit we order kenafah and I was really taste bland, we requested to cancel it we have been pushed and force for replacement we insist that we don’t want itBy forcing and not listening to our wishes they bring another one we said we do NOT wanted no one listen they were thinking to add it to our bill not Wht the customer wishes. Very disappointed .
