Earlier it was called “Goodies”. Not just a restaurant but an institution in dubai. Most frequented by VVIPs. The fresh fruits & vegetables are flown from Lebanon. Menu has good variety. Mezze section has great choices, so are the desserts. Freshly made baklava. Only drawback is sparkling water is more expensive than a cocktail juice! But thats common in dubai, where bottled water costs more than a starter or a dessert! 🤷🏻‍♂️

This Saturday I had a dinner in this restaurant. The weather is still beautiful so we were sitting outside in the wafi gourmet garden which has changed a lot since I’ve visited two years ago. The service is still great like it was from my last visit, and the portions are large and tasty enough to match the prices in the menu. The restaurant also has a scan QR to access menu feature which is really good. The food and experience were worth the price we paid 👍

I used to be a regular customer a couple of years ago.. and the food used to he amazing. I visited the restaurant however on August 29th and was surprised by how over priced the place has become especially compared to how bad the quality of the food was!Portions were tiny not even enough for a kid.Meat was dry and flavorless.So sad to see how this place deteriorated...

Best lebanese food.surely Hummus is famous but all Lebanese mese are perfect at Wafi.Try to have a wude selection of cold and hot mese ( appetisers) and maybe there is no need for a main course .Two main branches in Dubai with same central kitchen taste1) Wafibmall2) Dubai mall

We have tried the breakfast a month ago and it was good not superb but good.Today we had lunch it was averageThe fish wasn’t fresh the chicken nuggets tested weird the chocolate fondant wasn’t good .The price was also very expensive compared to other Arabic food restaurants. Overall it was disappointing .

I didnt like it at all.. Very expensive.. setting not comfortable. I feel they took added on bill meals I didnt order it but because I invited my friends I felt shy to argue with them just I paid but I was not happy. Never I will go their again.

The atmosphere is very nice and the food is good. I love the fact that they have different daily dishes of Lebanese food.

The food was much better at this branch compared to the one at Dubai Mall. Dubai Mall branch used to be fantastic 3 years ago but dont know what has happened since. The mixed grill order in Dubai Mall branch was very dry where as the one ordered in the Wafi Mall branch was delicious. We also ordered the mezze platter (4 items) to share along with a plate of mixed olives. Overall great food and service at this branch but it was very empty. So if you are looking for ambience go to Dubai Mall branch. If you are looking for quality of food then go to Wafi Mall branch.

I have been visiting this quite often..always loved it.

The food is expensive and not that good in comparison to the price. Its lacks the welcoming atmosphere for other expats than locals and arabs. If ur not one of them pls dont go.

We were 2 persons dining , Waiter offered us a set menu which was 1 platter of 4 skewers. He did not offer to show the menu.In bill I was charged for 2 platters.I clarified with the waiter, he said it was 2 platters , of 4 skewers, served together on 1 plate.I did not want to argue, I just paid and walked away.This is a way of cheating customers by giving wrong information.As a Dubai resident who has dined at several Arabic/Lebanese restaurants, I find the price is ridiculously high for the quantity served.AED 190 for 4 skewers is ridiculously high.Rice was not of good wual, no complimentary salad served.Purely targeted at tourists, overly priced to pay off shop rent.I have informed my friends to stay away from this restaurant.

Newly designed outdoor seating area with a One of kind award winning cooling system never seen before. I was sitting outdoors in the shade in 40C but It felt like 20C & my feet were chilly. - Never seen that before.

Wow what a selection of gourmet and specialty foods. Its like a combination of a food specialty shop and a restaurant. Its an absolute must to visit and try it. Wether you sit down and eat in, do take aways or just shop the wide selection , you wont be disappointed

I like the grilled chicken and the zucchini with yogurt. The rest of our meal is a big meh. Service is slow and sometimes they will forget what you ask, maybe they have few staff when we went there and I noticed that they have only 3 staff doing everything. The atmosphere is another meh, and the construction on the side of the building didnt help at all.

I’ve known awadi Gourmet since it opened many years ago.The place has grown to serve very low quality food with a ridiculous price. At least in the past, food used to be good.In case you are a visitor, you can get 3x better quality food for 1/4-1/3 the price with a much nice view and ambiance in dubai.Total Avoid... it was a mistake going back to awadi Gourmet after many years thinking I’d be getting a treat like the good old days.

Good food and big plate, a little pricey

The outdoor seating is quite good; food was ok. Service was very slow even though the restaurant not being busy (went on weekday for lunch), even for the cheque had to wait almost 15 minutes after requesting it repeatedly. On top that the person who brought the cheque was quite rude to us, maybe he was not having a good day. We left the restaurant determined never to go back there.

We had hummus and chicken shawarma platter.Hummus is not value for money...we dnt like it at all.Chicken shawarma plate -taste is good but it was just dumped on the table..The service staff is not good at all..service is very poor..the bread they just dumping on table and no one even wants to change the bread because its hard to chew...I dnt recommend this place for food..Only if u want to have shisha than the terrace is beautiful..Unhappy experience..

A bit pricy for everything they server there, If you are in the Wafi Mall and looking for fresh Kunafa and other Lebanese sweets and coffee this is the place to go. They also have isolated back seating area which gets a bit crowded mostly with locals zoning with their electronic gadgets. Overall, nice place for a quick bite and coffee.

This is the second time I visit. Service is still not good. Pricey and food is not that wow and the positions are small. Boneless chicken comes with bones.

Food is average but they have the best Baklawa in the country.. must try!
