Arz Lebanon @Uptown Mirdif, Tried their Zaatar And Cheese Pie and it was not upto the mark. Was not crispy and zaatar flavour was missing. Also, the Turkish coffee was quite strong and coffee powder was floating in the cup. Had to leave half way as couldn’t drink it.Service is quite slow.

Im still waiting for my order. Im pregnant and gave the order at least one n half hours back. The time of food arrival was 9:03 pm and they have still nt delivered it. Very very disappointed with their time management. Gotta see in what state the food shall be if this is the case and then post another review. They told they will deliver in a few minutes when i contacted them sometime back. Horrible service

I do not recommend ordering from them online or for delivery at all.. i waited patiently my ordrr thru talabat and after 70 minutes i discovered they cancelled my order with out notification or call. Talabat also did not do anything about it. What a disrespectful and bad service from the restaurant and Talabat.

Tried their Shawerma sandwiches, they were good but I have had better, friendly cashier and service was ok.

Lebanese cousin good for take away.Quality and food taste is excellent.Price is far expensive compered to the other.

Their services are poor and substandard, especially for external requests, the wait is almost more than two hours, and when you call the restaurant, the response was in a classy manner and their excuse is crowded !!!The question is why do you accept requests beyond your capacity ???
