It is one of the eldest Lebanese restaurants in diyafa that is still operational till today’s date . The service of the team was good and they have inside as well outside seatings. Their prices are moderate . If you want to try cheese manakish , I would recommend mashrouha cheese . The taste is good . However I did not like the shish tawook sandwich.
I love their freshly baked cheese bread 😍
Love the ambiance of their cafe...They also have good araboc food selections, only comment on their cheese and mushroom pastry as firstly the mushroom is raw from the can and there were no much of cheese as it should be.There shouldnt be also raw onion on your shawarma because its not a good bite
Lot of nostalgic value this place holds, nice food as well, but could be better. Not very expensive as well but a little bit of face lift/new furniture would work wonders for the place.
This place is awesome! We found it by chance and decided to have an early dinner here. The food was amazing, lots of extras included for free as well. The kids, who are fussy, also loved the place and the ice cream shakes are amazing. Its now a priority stop on our next visit in May. Highly recommended for good prices, quality food and big portion sizes making in excellent value :)
Located in the heart of 2nd December street (previously known as the famous Diyafah Street). This place never disapoints, whichever branch you might try, you know exactly what to expect and you get what you want. If you are a Garlic and cheese lover (just like me), their Cheese Garlic Manakeesh is a MUST TRY ! Another hot selling item in their menu is their Beiruti Hummus which is served with khaboos and raw crunchy veggies. Their Filfafils are nice and crunchy enough to suit your taste buds served with their famous Tahini. However if you accompany your filafil order with Garlic paste you will thank me for the suggestion :) And yes, your meal is incomplete if you do not try their famous cocktail Al Mallah special. So do go and have a try !
Great traditional Arabic food. Amazing and consistent taste. Great service. All our family members and friends love to do outdoor dining here regularly
Good old authentic place... though they were better back in the days..... guess covid is taking a hit on everyone...
Good Lebanese restaurant which is very famous, price and food is well worth it..I had shshi tawook and bread with chicken shwaama meat..must try in dubai
Ordered online from the branch, the online app they have is amazing with great discounts. Order was received hot and fresh with all SOPz intact. The laham Shawarma was yummiest as ever with cocktail juice . The grilled chicken and all the salads and sauces platter was also good. Overall food for 3 people just in 56 AED . Too good .
This would be my last meal on earth, and Ive been coming here for the last 15 years. I recommend the chicken schwarma and/or the cheese (I just say cheese and they know what I mean), with pickles on the side and fresh orange juice. The falafel is also fresh and amazing!
A big disappointment. We were going there from the Palm to try their felafel. I believed they are experts in this place. And…((( The felafel sandwiches were dry and tasteless . The parsley inside was cooked. Weird:((
I truly believe restaurants don’t need to be fancy or expensive to serve delicious food. This proved to be true when I bit into one of Al Mallah Dhiyafah’s chicken shawarma (AED9). My eyes momentarily closed so I could really savor the delicious chewy pita filled with moist lightly-spiced chicken. The soft pita was thin enough that the filling’s flavours really came through: nutty tahini with pickles and lettuce for a bit of texture. I immediately started thinking about ordering another one after that first bite… but, thankfully stopped myself as after getting through all the sides was thoroughly stuffed.Did I regret having the fattoush salad (AED17), when I could have saved room for another meaty log? Not a chance, as the salad was a great way to balance out the otherwise carb and meat heavy meal. Having had fattoush a handful of times, Al Mallah’s is the best with small pieces of chopped lettuce and cucumbers tossed with herbs and really crispy thin fried pita. It was refreshingly citrusy.I might have skipped the hommos (AED18), which while tasty, was really just well-pureed chickpeas with oil drizzled over top. There wasn’t any other ingredients – tahini, lemon, or even much salt – just a bowl of thick and earthy hummus. There was also a sense of guilt when having another pita as each one was wrapped in a plastic bag – hygienic, but not very environmentally friendly. If that weren’t enough, there’s even a complimentary plate of pickled vegetables and chilies. They are really salty, so not necessarily the greatest to have plain, but tucked into some pita with the neutral hummus was pretty good.
If you’re looking for a quick bite then the shawarma wraps were very good and inexpensive. The do have other plates on the menu but we did not have the opportunity to go back a second time to try.
Great falafel and go for the large shawirma sandwich because they use a nicer bread for those.
It was good for mix grill...but for the taste and services....price comparatively higher...
Very tasty and affordable food, highly recommended
The place has really good food. I have been enjoying this place every now and then since more than 8 years now. The Shawerma is good, the regular sandwiches are really tasty, especially if like them full and juicy. The cheese manaqeesh is one of the best, spectacular. I also like the falafel they serve. As for the Hummus, I think it is less than average. The overall experience is always good and the food is great.
Tasty food.. well presented.... Peaceful place👌really enjoyed 🙂
The best cheese pie (Manakeesh) in the whole UAE! One thing to be noted is that they take relatively longer time to prepare. But once prepared, I promise you will enjoy every single finger licking piece of it!
I was with my tiny family, 3 shawarma, 3manaqeesh, One French Fries, one falafil plate,One water,,, they give me big bardon of 95/- Dirham,, it is extremely EXPENSIVE this 1 issue, I recommend not to visit again, one more issue is un clean hand wash area and guests toilet.
One of the oldest Lebanese food joints on 2nd December Street or once known as Al Diyafah Road. Their falafels are top notch, combine that with their selection of manakeesh in cheese or a zaatar combo. Their juices and shawarmas are also on their to try list.
Great quick bites for a great price. Nothing fancy
One of the best place to have authentic lebenese Shewarma and Manakeesh. The food is mouth watering here and the service is quick. They have outside seating that is convenient for a quick bite. They also have really good juices. The best one is Al Mallah special. This is a must visit place in Dubai!
Simple street style food, expansive menu, fresh juices and freshly baked bread dishes to die for. Nice to sit out at the street side tables as well if the weather permits and if you enjoy watching the exotic cars drive by.
Food is good. Seating arrangement is not. Also its over priced
The perfect affordable Lebanese food place to eat
Great place and tasty food, the staff behaviour should improve a bit.
Yummiest grilled chicken and Lebanese food. Highly recommend.
Nice milkshakes. Shawarma is decent
I came for Nostalgia chicken shawarma still tastes good Nostalgia lifted myself from depression.Bread with Cheese and Zaatar is a Classic Taste❤️✌️ it still holds up very well from 90s
Usually they serve good shwarma, but today it was not up to mark
Very good comparing to prices. Nice staff and very helpful
My favourite outlet for Al Mallah Special
Nice falafel sandwich available here
Very good taste, but need to change interior and outside lights and cleaning, luckily you have good area but uses less
One uf the oldest place in 2nd December street.. Hidden Gem of eateries.. Love lya wonderful food and awesome staff.. One of the most affordable Lebanese delicious food in dubai..
One of the best places to eat affordable traditional food. Excellent taste, good serving.
Friendly and welcoming cafe lounge serving arabic dishes with indoor sports tv, shisha and good coffee. Nice covered outside seating area and efficient service. Traditional ambience that’s always got guests seated inside and outdoors. The waiters are keen to serve and it’s not an expensive place to stop off for a quick bite and to relax in front of their TVs 👍👍
They said it’s the best shawarma in the town. It’s good but couldn’t take the best one.Trying after Ramadan inshallah, hope it’s better.
Prices are little more than normal. Taste wise nothing special...
Good restaurant since almost 1999Good place for low budget customers.Chairs are very noisy
The restaurant is at good place but the food did not meet my expectation.
Some of the best shawarmas in Dubai. Always rated amongst some of the best in Dubai (of not the world). Their massive shawarma is marinated overnight and then cooked during the day. Always flavourful and tender with an amazing garlic sauce. The place has ample seating and a great outdoor area for anyone who wants to people watch and see the sights and sounds of Old Dubai. Highly recommended!
Mallah is always good. You can have some good taste sandwiches just like liver Sandwiches and tongue Sandwich. It is very good and worthy to give a try.
Nice food and budget friendly.I like eating there outside during winter time so muchService is good, just wish they serve soft drinks and hot drinks, I would really enjoy a cola with the food or a cup of tea after food but for sorry they didnt serve this
Best chicken shawarma and cheese Manakesh in Dubai. Falafel is great too
Growing up eat this every other day. Taste 10/10 , however need water after you eat. Or you will keep waking up when you sleep out of thirst.
Very nice restaurant for Grill items
Al Mallah Special! - My favorite fruit salad topped with cream and almonds. Love it, any time of the day, week or year!Sometime during Ramadan 2021, when I visited the Satwa branch, I had an interesting conversation with the Finance Manager of Al Mallah, talking about arabic dish and Labanese sweets, especially Kunaffa! To my surprise, he had instructed the kitchen staff to prepare one for me without my knowledge. I have had Kunaffa before, but nothing tasted like this one from Al Mallah. A must visit food joint for the Dubai Tourists!
It was the bad experience I had in my life they surved Mix grid already used from someone else before the tomato 🍅 and onion 🧅 roasted and cold like coming from the fridge. Not recommended at all .
Good shawarma and zatar bread!
Love the foodExcellent quality and tasteReasonable price
Its a good place for smoking and entertainment
Popular place for everyone. Food is tasty, and prices are ok.
Al Mallah never disapoints, whichever branch you might try, you know exactly what to expect which is awesome. When iut comes to authentic Arabic food, look no further than Al Mallah. Its light on the wallet too. Went for our usual order which is Hummous, Sheesh Tawook Sandwich, Cheese garlic Manakeesh all of which satiated our hunger pang quite well!-- A drop of ink may make a million think.Pawan Manghnani
For more detailed reviews please visit my Insta Page @ sykobloggerWhen we say Shawarma, there are a few names which come to your mind, and Al Mallah is one of them. This place is always busy and packed with customers and this is a good sign to tell someone how awesome the food will be here. The must try here would be the Shawarma, and after this would be the mixed grill.
One of the best and shawarmas in Dubai. Dripping with flavor, especially thanks to the juicy meat. This place is a must visit for anyone who likes and enjoys street food on a budget. While price wise, their shawarma is slightly high at 9 AED, (many places charge between 6 to 8 AED for a basic shawarma), however since this is an Al fresco style place, I guess the slightly higher price is to compensate for the space and the additional servicing cost. I wouldve loved a 7 AED price point however since this place is already very famous, its always buzzing at this higher price point too. My only gripe was the pickled salad. It did not feel fresh and crispy when I tried it. Ive had much better than this at lower priced places. It looked fresh, but it was slightly soft. Despite all of this, its a must visit for a great shawarma.
Its been around since decades now. Nothing extraordinary but always dependable. Outdoor seating is great when the weather is good.
Yummy manakesh, shawarna, fresh juice and ofcourse watching soccer games.A good combination of all. Grills and salad are amazing too. Also without forgetting the charcoal ice cream in their new next door outlet is also one of its kind with budget price.
Love their shawarmas...
Nice falafel .. close at 3 AM.
Al mallah dhiyafah is in a nice location...tho i was not able to take photos, its in the corner..easy access, fast order, table set up was fine tho a bit crowded, but ok.We love the food, i love the kebab. I love the avocado.. was it a smoothie...tastes good...servers were fast...they served all together even we gave instruction that the main meal to be served after the vegies salads....the desserts to be served after main meal...but they served everything as its available from kitchen.😀...we will go back there.
Tasty kebab shuarma, cheese zapper.Tasty but now expensive
Best Chicken shawerma and fruit cocktail
Great quality food, I especially enjoy their falafel, moutabal, hummus and their fresh juices. Good and friendly service.
Service is commendable. Food is very tasty. Enjoyable place and ambiance with family and friends. Price is reasonable.
I don’t really like to give a zero or a 1 star to anyone who does any effort in trying to making good food! But this is by far the worst shawerma and cocktail juices i have ever had. Low quality food, high prices and not clean
Their falooda no vermicelli......food not like before staff doesnt understand indians mch
The garlic sauce is strong. Make sure you ask for hot sauce in the saj wrap
Amazing street food experience when you dont mind sitting in the street on the plastic chair. Has a nice vibe and tasty food and friendly staff. Especially the winter days it is great, unfortunately we were so hungry and it smells so nice the food I didnt take pictures. We had complimentary ice cream which was in cotton sugar I have never had it before nice and fruity ice cream with the cotton sugar had a nice sweet balance 😋 😊 Thank you and I will return with my visitors for an arabica experience
The mixed Grill platter is yummy. Nice place to sit and relax
A go to place for arabic food....no frills...
Very delicious manaesh and beef shawerma....they do not deliver early in the morning if you want to order via entertainer
We have been visiting and enjoying the delightful juices and cocktails along with Al Mallah famous Shawarmas and other savory pastries like Zaatar bread and Cheese breads. Whether dining Alfresco or just drive by pick up , the food offerings and service has always been consistently of a high standary
