Low quality food didnt like anything thing at all, i was late for 10 min after iftar time and some items were finished, got an insect bite from their curtains what a waste of money very disappointed

Makan is one of our favorite buffet restaurants in Dubai. We come here 3-4 times weekly for the International Lunch Buffet.The food selection and presentation is perfect, you will find a plethora of salads, vegetarian options, a variety of grilled meat, biriyani, pasta and amazing desserts including fresh fruits. Soft drinks, juices and coffee/tea is included in the price as well.The best part is the personalized customer service from the staff. Paddy and Romar are always doing their absolute best to deliver excellent customer service. Rajan, the sous chef always visits our table to check if everything is ok and he is happy to make any special requests.Coming to Makan is like coming home.Tasty food, great service and its never too crowded.

Lovely restaurant inside the Roda bustan Hotel. This was not our first time here, but the place used to be named something else before. We opted for the buffet. I was hesitant as I am a vegetarian and a buffet can be a disappointment sometimes for vegetarians. But to my surprise they had plenty of veg options from Thai to Indian curries even. Priced at 149 aed and kids under 3 eat free. The staff was helpful and they even provided ice cream to my fussy/demanding 2 yr old even thou they had a huge collection of other items in dessert bar.The salad bar was huge and provided variety of options.Overall a lovely and pleasant experience.

We try a lot of restaurants but this one have no comment at all from staff that welcome you at the door and the staff who deserve food and the food is so perfect. I will repeat my experience here.

Like food. Especially food at Roda Al Bustan.What’s the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of an Arabic theme night? Whatever you thought of will not even come close to describing the Mashawi Nights that take place every Sunday evening at Makan Restaurant in Roda Al Bustan.Priced at AED 160 per person including soft drinks, Mashawi night promise an evening filled with nothing less than delicious food. They offer an incredible variety of made to order grills – both in meat and seafood options – alongside continental favorites, different cuts of meat, endless salads and a sweet selection of international and local desserts.The grills and seafood options are all displayed uncooked, and you can simply pile up your plate with your favorites and ask the chefs to fire it up for you.All this coupled with live music and warm hospitality makes this one of the best ways to start the week.After a delayed flight and a sleepless night, I was almost going to cancel my dinner at this place. But I’m so so glad I didn’t. What I initally thought would be a run of the mill buffet turned out to be a true stunner. And at such an affordable price!

I was here last night for an International buffet, the food variety was so little, the food quality was so bad. The Hamour fish filet tasted bitter and stale.I have been invited to this restaurant several times, the food quality used to be much better. I definitely do not recommend it.

One of the few sheesha places in La mer Dubai.Ambience.Lovely place, very elite and classy. Has an outdoor rooftop seating which is great in winters.We ordered shisha over here and french fries to snack on.The sheesha was nice and smooth a bit on the expensive side.French fries were good.Overall a good spot to chill on weekends.
