Hands down the best Mandi place in town. I tried the Spicy Chicken Mazbi and the portion was so good, chicken was so flavourful and the prices they used was Basmati. So I loved it overall. I am sure this is going to be a constant for me in my life as I really enjoyed my meal and could be a bi-weekly visit for me as a loyal customer.

Bait Al Mandi doesn’t need any approval. This is indeed Dubai’s the best Mutton Mandi.But many of you wouldn’t know that they have awesome BBQ also. Specially that Mutton Boti . This is one of the best place to enjoy meat either Chicken or Mutton.Great experience.

The mandi is good. Best is their mutton madfoon, spicy chicken mazbi, and bbq fish fillet mandi .But they have reduced their quantity. Best to go in the afternoon to enjoy a good flavorful dish.

Bait Al Mandi had an authentic Arabic taste. I visited this place for mandi.I ordered:✅Chicken MandiThe taste was really good and the chicken was bbq which had an amazing arabic flavor.✅Spicy Chicken MazbiThe chicken was not spicy but overall the taste was good for both chicken and rice.✅Grilled Hamour Fish MandiThe fish was well cooked and tasted great but thr quantity was a bit less.🌟The service the really good and the atmosphere was vert clean. I was only less happy with the quantity of rice.🌟They served Soup as a starter which was really very delicious. They also served tomato sauce, Arabic salad and yogurt.🌟If you love Arabic rice, you should try out this restaurant.

Felt like the resturant with worst customer service in dubai. We reserved the seat and once we have reached, they were not able to provide the same. Again we had to wait for 1 more hour… The staffs were so careless and rude. Shop management please take care of this..

There was no chicken Mandi at that time I oder it than instead of chicken Mandi i oder chicken Zurbian, there were no potatoes in the dish. Just mandi rice along with chicken. The taste was average not soo awesome.

Following the google map reviews I also visited the restaurant but unfortunately couldnt find it upto the mark. Rice were not good at all, soup was somewhat having artificial flavour. I would recommend Bait Al Karm in discovery Gardens which is much better.

😍🥳 This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is amazing! I’ve eaten here several times and never been disappointed. I love their fish mostly with accompanying salad, hummus, freshly baked bread (not out of a packet). The service is fast and efficient, you can nibble on your salad 🥗 whilst you wait for your mains, they don’t leave you hungry. Oh don’t forget to order one of their fresh juices! The bill will astonish you by the way. No credit cards, cash only.

I would say its an oldest mandi restaurant in dubai. No doubt the real taste of Yemeni mandi you will have it here only. 10 out of 10

One of the best restaurant for Yemeni cuisine in Dubai.serves the best chicken and mutton mazbi and madhfoon. They have one of the best Kunafa. This branch is maintained really well as compared to other branches.

The soup was awful.. but the rest of the food was fine.. but what I really wanted is original Yemeni soup.. instead they gave me a horrible soup. And the salad is very weird.

I expected more from their service. They served the dish that lacked some ingredients according to the picture. Though, the guy brought it on a separate place once I asked, still they werent of a fresh nature. The food looked like its been serviced a second time. The portions of rice are so big so that creates an impression that they arent supposed to be eaten by a single person. Thats why I think thay reuse the food.

Been a regular customer of this place for over 3years now, where our favourites are chicken and meat meat madfoon topped with creamy kunaffa.Portions are enough for two people if you order two dishes together with more than enough quantity of rice, served along with not so good soup, yogurt and salads.12 dhs kunaffa is my favourite part of the whole story.

Very bad..I ordered via phone and i asked for lemon & onion with extra hot sauce,They charged me for extra sauce 3 aed for 1 pcLemon & inion didnt received,Even normal vegetables they didnt include like other mandi restaurant,Rice was so dry,Chicken is too small comparing with other restaurants.,Soup was tasteless,I will never order again.

I loved the letin soup, but i wasnt impressed on how the juice maker yelled at his colluege infront of all his customers, i really felt sorry for the waiter. Thats guy should be taught how to handle situation

Went to the barsha branch for lunch today. There was no ac working. Pathetic customer care and they have cut down on portions as well. How can you not have AC working when you have such high prices??? That too in June in Dubai???????Never going back there now.

Nice mandi restaurant, located in Barsha behind MOE, you can find RTA parking here.And the Yemeni food is amazing here.Chicken and meat.Fresh, and staff are nice.

Its does not matter if they provide good or bad food but most important thing is how they treat their customer, we visited them on an Eid , we called reserved a table ahead before arriving and once we arrived there was no table available. And after waiting 20minz when we tried to order they said there are no special items available.The malayaali staff is very rude he doesnt know how to talk to a customer , there is a way how to treat a customer.

Best Mandi i can say i have ever tried

This place serves amazing mandi and is one of the best which i have visited, had visited here couple of times and was satisfied with service and food, I tried chicken madbhi and was satisfied, there is enough seating space and it shouldn’t be an issue to find a place to sit.The only issue with this place will be parking, there is RTA paid parking space available nearby and around the restaurant but will be mostly occupied and will be difficult to find a spot during noon and other peak times, if you don’t mind a little walk park your car in nearby Mall Of Emirates for free have a small walk, cross the signal and enjoy the food peacefully.

Absolutely brilliant. Awesome staff. I was not feeling well so they even delivered to hotel nearby. Authentic Madhbi and Mandhi. Great Madfoon as well. Dont forget to try their Pistachio Kunafa. 5 Stars

Visited on 25th mayHonestly , visited this place cause my friends suggested kunafa is damn tasty here. But it didnt match up to my expectations. The cheese wasnt spread entirely and was present only at the centre. So the corners had no cheese! Will try other dishes before giving a complete review. But for now will stick to the current rating.

Best Chicken Madbi in all UAE

The fish and lamb was very bland, everything else was mediocre. Very little flavour in the food. But what is more concerning is the fact the not one staff member was wearing a mask properly, all of them, including the waiters and chefs. This was very disappointing, considering that covid cases are increasing exponentially. If you want to eat this kind of food, there are better places pout there.

The rice was so dry and it didn’t taste good. The delivery took almost an hour even tho we live 5 minutes Away from the restaurant.The madhbi was good (the chicken not the rice).

I don’t believe it , the stamp green color on the meat was still there .. far from Mandi taste and look.. and looks like that the meat is from a day earlier.

Favourite spot for Mandi. The mutton mandi is top on the list. Chicken char coal is pretty decent too. Tried alot off their branches and food has been consistent everywhere. Favored rice with juicey and tender meat is love do try them out. They have private Cabins for family and large groups. Friendly staff. Service was great...

We been a group of 5 they ordered the normal mandi things I ordered somthing different, they bring the food for them but not me when I ask later where is my food they bring me a mandi chicken which makes me angry as its not what I order, he forgot about my order and why he not write the orders nof just try to remember it!!
