Delivery review:As usual, food was fantastic. The consistency in the taste of food from Automatic is top notch.I ordered half kg mix grill and it was delivered on time my Zomato rider, it was hot and perfectly packed. Few meat tikkas were not upto mark and thats why I am giving 4 stars. The amount of garlic sauce was in good quantity but there was no Humus

Good lebanese food.Mixed grill is very good and tasty. Hammus was fresh and good.Salad was also fresh. Seating is very nice. Can see Jumeirah road from the glass.

First time for me eating Libanese food, got the Shawarma Fiesta, absolutely delicious! We couldnt finish the whole meal as 2 big, tall German guys, so value-for-cost is excellent aswell.

One of my favourite oldest lebanese restaurant.Been eating there since my school days....25 years!Good for Seafood grill,Shish tawook and arabic salads.It wasnt very crowded and tables are kept at quite a distance.All rules in place!

Good food as in any automatic franchises. Cause of COVID not a single other guest at restaurant at lunch time and may be partially because of Eid holidays. But service was good and prompt.

Nice restaurant that prepare lebanese food , like shawarma , grilled chicken, mix grill, will be nice if u want to eat lebanese food quickly simple and fast, is not the best but still u will enjoy their food.They have many branches all over Dubai.

Phone attendant told us that the last order is at 11:30 and restaurant closes at 12.When I arrived at restaurant at 11:15, the staff didn’t want to serve food as dine in and offered only take away. Phone customer service and actual staff are not aligned with the info. Wasted my drive time.

Nice food and affordable. Walking distance to La Mer

Lamb chops and smoothies were the only highlight. Had a nice grill taste and was not overcooked. However, experience was soured by poor customer service. Had to ask for cutlery. Had to ask 2-3 different waiters for a garlic sauce. Waitress never came back to check on us at ALL. Either way, bad vibes for tourists. We went because of the review of the lamb chops..... but visit at your own discretion. Would not recommend.

Great middle eastern food, with good prices and fast service.

This restaurant is almost an institution in Dubai. We are here because we wanted a Lebanese meal and it was conveniently located. The food was good though the hummus wasnt remarkable. It was peak time on a Thursday night, and not busy. Good for my tiny group to be able to have a good new year catch up. No time to take a picture though!

I wonder howcome such old establishment and reputable restaurant loses the quality all of a sudden. Automatic was one of the best Lebanese restaurants in Dubai 20 years ago. Now it is one of the worst.

This is a fantastic Lebanese restaurant. The experience was phenomenal start to finish. Started with a chicken soup. The soup was a decent size with fresh chicken chunks.Ordered a half boneless grilled chicken as main course and it was absolutely amazing. The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection. A lean piece of meat cooked right.The servers were courteous, friendly and compotent. They were quick to respond to requests and made it seem effortless. This put the experience over the edge. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal at a reasonable price

The best lamb chops Ive ever eaten in my life. I dont eat lamb in US, but I will eat it at Automatic Cafe. All the food was great. If youre going to Dubai and dont want to spend a fortune at some upitty restaurant, check this place out. You wont regret it.

Love the grilled Fish here. My favourite kind of salad is the Fattoush and they do a very good job at that as well as the Hummus and Khubz. The food is fresh - the chicken is good, the lamb kebabs are average and the Arayes is good as well.Ambience: This place is a comfortable seating and nice atmosphere. A nice family kind of place.Service: The service was quick - the staff is friendly as well.Food: The food was great. Everything tasted amazing and the food was served beautifully.Location: The location was easy to find. Parking is plentiful in this area as well.Recommendations: Would recommend this place and also definitely be coming back here.

We visited Automatic Restaurant in Jumeirah. We were welcomed and order was taken quickly. After the food was served it was very difficult to catch the attention of staff to order additional food items. They had more than 8 staff at that time only 5 tables were occupied. Yet I had raise and wave my hand at them to catch their attention. I drove more than 20kms to have good food but their service was so poor and do not indend to visit them again.

Iftar buffet was good.. Variety of salads

Loved the food service and the complimentary tea and desserts at the end for a family of 7...great ambiance and dining experience with outstanding waiters
