We ate here like every night during our vacation. The food is great and the stuff is awesome. They are so nice and check you if you need anything. They helped my family to make a surprise for my birthday. Was the best birthday in my life. Thank you guys for everything. We recommend this restaurant 100%. We will definitely come back here soon.

Good taste, unfortunately not that special from other places around.The quality of the food was good and felt fresh. As mentioned earlier, even though it was good, I didn’t felt as unique as it could’ve been.As for the service, we waited quite a bit for our food and the communication wasn’t the greatest as they missed some parts of our order and didn’t seemed happy.

Best place to watch the fountains show and eat fresh and in style Lebanese food. Lemonade is my fav. Lentil soup warms u up and fills up stomach so gently. My fav restaurant in Dubai Mall promenade. Beat for tourists to show them the places, it well and be happy.

Favourite restaurant in Dubai. Good value, really fresh and tender meats. Just order the mixed grill if your unsure. Best hummus any where. And a super view of the fountains

We been a regular customers since the inception of this business in Wafi Mall, we used to have our lunch every Saturday at Dubai mall, We placed an order of One Grilled Hamour and One Fillet Salmon and Calamari, the waiter asked what would you like to have as a side dish? we said Salad 🥗, he refused and said either French Fries 🍟, Steamed vegetable or Rice, other than that will be new order!! the waiter wasn’t professional at all and ruined the whole experience, we paid for the water and left the restaurant I think that would be for good.

Amazing outdoor space with beautiful fountain and Burj Khalifa views. Food was tasty and in good portions, the pomegranate juice was a little off but they changed it once I told the waiter. Nice service and the apple flavored shisha at the end made me feel the authentic middle eastern experience.

All i have to say is that the service is the worst i have ever experienced. And I almost never give a negative review but i think the servers need to be trained to multitask better because anything we needed we always needed to call them a second or third time to remind and they dint check up on the table. If this was the ordeal on a weekday evening cannot imagine during the weekends.The food was alright but not for the price offered.

Disappointing experience.Didn’t expect twinnings tea at a Lebanese place.Didn’t realize that “assortment of sweets” is just one item (I mean... just call it what it is).The fish was.. okay.On top of that service is really really slow.

Had an excellent meal at Wafi Gourmet. Excellent falafels, great eggplant with tahini dish! The tabuleh was excellent too! Hommos was excellent, too! Pitas were out of the world. Will be annoyed by cold pitas in the future.Loved the food and service. Very vegan friendly.

Just delightful. One of the few restaurants with the view of both the fountain and the burj lighting up, so come at 6.30pm. Food is great but order sparingly, portions are large. Great service by Filipino staff.

An experience to call to memory. This was a business trip stopover. My guide chose this Lebanese option in the large Aquarium mall next to the the impressive Burj Kalifa.There were so many meze to choose from and the flavours put my tastebuds in turmoil ! There are gourmet take-away options. Alas next stop Japan. Thanks to Emirates for their international hub, and thanks to Ali too for showing me Dubai in one afternoon...

Amazing food, nice plating and very good taste. The service is also very good and you can’t beat the view of the Dubai Fountains and Burj Khalifa. The price is fair considering what you receive in exchange. I had lunch there on the terrace and was very happy with my choice.

Very nice place to dine. You can sit inside or outside, if the weather is not to hot. It is directly at Dubai fountain and Burj khalifa. The food is excellent. A variety of dishes and also the sweet, especially the kunafa. The prices are however a little bit high. Highly to recommend.

The shop is having a great choice of fine delicatessen from Lebanon both sweet and savory which are great to take home to enjoy later or to bring as gifts. The restaurant has interior and exterior tables and it was great to have the best place with direct view on the fountains and Burj Kalifa. Service was good and friendly and the food arrived rather fast. We had a choice of various starters and a variety of kebabs which was really nicely cooked and presented, taste was fantastic and portions more than enough. Prices on the higher side however absolutely worthwhile and with the views definitely one of the best dinners we had on this trip. Would recommend to anyone and surely will be back when in Dubai. Family friendly and offering alternative food for children as well, surrounding of course a bit noisy as area crowded in the evening but we enjoyed it so much that we will have to tell our friends and family long stories about this wonderful and memorable evening, thanks to Wafi Team

Everything in this restaurant were good only the shisha wasn’t that much, friendly staff and nice atmosphere, perfect view for Khalifa tower.

The best food in town.one can find a fusion of Lebanese food as well as other mediterranian food .The Wafi mall branch has opened a new extension with an extraordinary cooling system that lets up enjoy open terrace even in Dubai summer!

Good service and food was quality. Perfect place if you want to relax and watch the Dubai Fountain while enjoying and munching Lebanese cuisine.

Ambiance was lovely. We tried there Cheese Kunafa which was absolutely yum. However, the shisha was too strong for my taste.

This is not only a great restaurant but also somewhere where you can get the best sweets and best nuts. The Hommos here is far beyond compare. Also, you can get the best Magdoos and pickles almost always. The special small bread is always fresh and the taste is lovely.The only reason why I am rating it as four stars and five stars is because it is overpriced and mostly expensive for all products whether you will have the food dining in or take away, still it is really expensive compared to any other similar restaurants in the dubai mall.All in all, I cannot resist visiting this restaurant occasionally and having a meal, or at least take away their lovely Hommos and sweets from time to time.Highly recommended for breakfast lunch and dinner throughout the year.

If your looking for a place to eat or just have coffee and some sweets with a great view of the fountains... I would say this place is one of them. Staff are really nice and accommodating plus the food and the desserts are pretty good too.

Got the scampi for lunch, which wasn’t as expected but just assume British s sano i is different. The portions are huge we went for lunch and kind of regretted not getting just one plate and the scampi between us as we left needing to be rolled out.

The restaurant is nice and spacious. The tables are separated with huge amounts of space which makes social distancing easily manageable.The waiter took our orders in due time and we also received the food in due time.I however waited for the bill the same duration as the food which is ridiculous.I asked for it 3 times and on the 4th attempt, I got up and told the supervisor its the last time I ask otherwise I walk out of there .He was apologetic but having 3 whiny kids with, no apology can do justice.The food was decent, nothing to rave about.

The Dubai mall branch was a disappointment. All the staff were very busy & they hardly had time to service the table. We had to wait approximately 10 mins to get the bread refill, out of the served bread two were burnt (but still served). Then they took another 10 mins to take the payment. All this with the inside seating of the restaurant being empty.

Nice location to see the fountain, tasty food but the waiter was rude. It’s still worth trying.

One of the worst experiences, multiple orders didnt come and some were delayed. Whenever we call for a staff, he shuffles us to someone else. We ordered a plate that was beyond salty and when asked to replace it, it was delayed as well and they got us a different plate as they think its better to have that one! So now you cant order what you would like to order, they will pick for you!When asked for the bill, the staff said he needs to ask the supervisor, so now when you order, you need to have a permission of asking for the bill as well. Despite the fact that the dining area was poorly covered by staff and we had to wait a lot till someone comes to our area to ask for something! And despite that we tried to order 4 different items and they were all not available! Seriously, then why are you guys open in general?I was actually the one who recommended this place and I am not stepping foot in that branch!

Average restaurant!I know Wafi gourmet is very good restaurant, but when we dined in; my expectations were not met. We were offered paper plates and plastic cutlery, the service was average; the team needs training due to the fact that they register the order; yet they dont bring some of the items.In addition, the plates are over priced, qty was little and took time to come!One thing I need to mention, I come in contact with chef responsible for home type dishes; and he is so friendly and Im pretty sure that his plates will be tasty as well.

Best time to come is in the evening. The banana strawberry honey milkshake and chicken shawarma is all you need.

Ramadan service is poor, I had to wait 20 min to get a ready soup served.

Was a total.surprise. they have amazing options for some quick bites including Kebab rolls.Also they have wide variety of arabic pastry and dry fruits.Also they have a view of the Dubai dancing fou tains

The cold and hot mezze were decent, the kunafa was really disappointing, and not really meeting the expectations of a Lebanese restaurant. I tasted some kunafa prepared in some kiosk which was far superior to what was served to us here. Sadly, the dessert is the goodbye card of any restaurant, I am hence very little inclined to visit this restaurant again

I went to this restaurant for Arabic food , all of the table in smoking area was full and waiter asked to having seat on nonsmoking area and they will change our table in 15 minuets and they didn’t change the table after three times finally they changed our table to worth table that they have!And when I called waiters they didn’t reply ,and finally one of them said I’m busy as you see you have to wait! Finally we ordered a shawerma plate that was really bad and expensive! I don’t recommend this restaurant!
