Hey Everyone,So today we were invited to this cute indian/pakistani joint near the bay square in business bay!This restaurant is quite spacious inside and outside, it has a huge kitchen which is covered with glass and that allows diners watch everything thats happening in the kitchen. Kinda very cool yeah!They have variety of food inspired from indian, Pakistani and Chinese cuisine. On top of that they have good vegetarian options as well so heres what we had orange juice, watermelon juice, their signature vegetarian biryani, Achari daal, Vegetarian Handi, garlic naan, chilli naan, roghni naan. Their food was really aromatic and we couldnt wait to start. Food here is very delicious and quite affordable. Many people working in Business bay area must give this restaurant a try and also consider ordering lunch from here.

Best chicken cheese seekh kebab in town.Overall good experience.Some of the food items are not available as mentioned in the menu.Great to go for desi foods like biryani, korma, karahi, tandoori roti and naan.Chef supervisor really struggling to enhance the experience of customers.

I have been going to the restaurant since its opening. Food is good and reasonable but the level of service is pathetic and if you complain about it you are told to never come in the restaurant again. We were served over cooked food twice and we returned it, initially the managers attitude was alright but at the time of paying the bill he was charging us with the over cooked food as well, he said you have to pay for what you ordered, upon arguing the managers say it on our face that this is our standard, dont come to our resturant again if you have problems. Such a bad way to communicate to your customers when you have just opened. I am not going to the restaurant again and will tell the whole office to stop ordering and going to the restaurant. And will make sure to not let anyone of my friends ever go there.

Overall good experience......But..... personally, I dont like their SPECIAL BLACK TEA......

This is our 3rd heat in the building and have no complaints so far. The location is Fantastic and the security here is very very helpful, specially Mr Khurram who is the head of security here. We will gladly stay here for another year or two (provided the rent doesn’t go up 😀)

Bad.Really bad sound isolation. You can hear everything from your neighbors, even when they get text messages!Windows let in all the dust. you can hear the road very loud and you can hear water in the walls whenever someone uses their bathroom.Also management are extremely rude and dont treat tenants well.

Take my advice.. avoid this building.Location is good but everything else about it is horrible.Management is extremely rude and do take advantage of their residents. After being promised (and written on email) a 13 month contract, they went back on their word and demanded renewal after 12 months instead.Noise is a major issue, it’s so bad you can hear people conversing. You can hear your neighbors in every direction (above and below you as well!)The drains in my apartment constantly give off a sewage smell even though I’m on a high floor.They forced me to pay a maintenance fee and then did not do any of the maintenance.The facilities suck.Avoid.

Good food and good staff.

We leaved there for two years, the management is very poor they don’t maintain the building and gym equipment is cheap, used and incomplete. Pool maintenance is scheduled on Saturday midday as s result the pool cannot be used on a Saturday.

We moved in here hoping to stay for a while and were very disappointed. The buildings location, head of security (who manages everything) and facilities are the only positives. It has been so poorly built I can hear my neighbours getting text messages (arguments, children, parties, sexual activity) on both sides of my apartment and above me. It sounds like there is a waterfall running down the walls every time the person above me uses their water. We just went through two dust storms and there was so much sand in our apartment due to the gaps around the doors. Despite being on the 17th floor the noise from Al Khail road is very loud 24/7. If only they had taken the time to build this property well - it could have been such a great place to live.
