Food is excellent here, best pepper Chicken in dubai so far. Overall everything we ordered was full of taste and the quantity is good too. No food pics cause we were too busy enjoying it😊

Very nice restaurant with a formal ambience and big chairs , I loved the outdoors looking at the amazing Hyatt fountain and gardens, staff were helpful as I visited post C19 so they have done their best to get food for our kids, our buffet food cannot be used to judge the restaurant so will come back when they offer full menus

This Restaurant is very good , the food is excellent, the staff are extremely friendly, prices are high , We where wondering why it was so quite, but was excellent food, be aware of the prices for crab, they are priced according to the weight , Im so glad I ask questions , 🤭could of been an embarrassing situation😥😥🤭🤭

The PepperCrab restaurant is located in the lobby of Grand Hyatt Hotel.Very mice restaurant with tasty food and attentive service.Definitely on the expensive side. The crab meat fries rice does not live up to its hefty price. Recommending stay away from this dish.

Delicious large, meaty crab

Had postponed going to the Peppercrab for over year. Always had been either too busy, or not the right time. Finally, on Valentines day, took my wife and went with high expectations after having heard about it for years. The entire experience was very good and the place did not disappoint. Will come back with a bigger crowd for the seasonal crabs.

Great selection of Asian dishes, staff was very attentive and helpful, specially Iman who looked after us with great care.

The hotel is far from Dubais downtown but closer to the Intl Airport. Taxi is a little expensive, but you can reach any point of interest using the tube (subway). Rooms are plenty of space, richly decorated and perfectly quiet (soundproofing is pretty nice)!! The staff is incredibly polite and always provide you the best solution. The complex has more than 8 restaurants and the main lobby has a real forest with river and some small falls. There are many activities in the external pools which are amazing! There are also a very well equipped gym, steam rooms (sauna), and a climatized pool with jacuzzi. I really, really, really love my short, business stay at this hotel, but I certainly will return for vacation to better enjoy this wonderful place.

OMG have never tasted such delicious prawns and calamari. We perhaps ordered a wee bit too much but it was difficult to choose what we wanted but we made a really good go of it. Everything about this experience was fantastic, the waiter came and apologies for the food taking so long because they were busy but the chefs cook everything from fresh ... there is boing pre-cooked.

Love their Singapore Mud Crab as well as the butter garlic shrimp.. Jomar was the best!!!!

Nothing extraordinary, seafood was fresh but their preparation was on the sweeter side almost sugary even for pepper sauce. Service staff however was excellent

Fantastic food. We had requested and were promised a round table but upon arrival it was not available. We were also told no children but on arrival we saw many highchairs. Slightly on the expensive side. Two of our party had oysters and both subsequently ended up with sever vomiting and diarrhoea which has reduced my score to a 3.

Like much of dubia.. over priced and average. service was OK.. prawns were great in pepper sauce.. but the price is just insane.. but thats Dubai I guess..

Overpriced, lobster is very rubbery and chewy, the crabs where ok but doesnt justify its price.

Good Singaporean Cuisine

I always look forward to a meal at the Grand Hyatt, if only for the wonderful outdoor scenery at their restaurants. There’s no shortage of brunch options here, and having heard that the Peppercrab and Sushi restaurants have combined to provide this one, I certainly felt it was worth a visit.The ambience was nice and relaxed, with a live musician. This brunch is perfectly suited for those who like a chilled out, ‘sensible volume’ vibe during their dining experience.All items were buffet style, except for the crab of which there were selected choices that came to your table in a variety of sauces.In this particular buffet, the sushi options were really high quality, with salmon, tuna and hamachi (yellowtail) looking rather appealing in the nigiri section, as well as a selection of rolls. What was also pleasantly surprising and worth mentioning was the availability of fresh wasabi which they can grind for you on the spot. Whilst it’s only a minor component of the sushi experience, fresh wasabi is incomparably better to the wasabi paste that graces its way onto most sushi tables. So points scored here.The crab was also tasty, and came with a sweet bun. I do love the taste of crab meat but with the crabs being so small and having to use the variety of tools to extract it, the effort/reward may not be worth it for some.In terms of the other dishes, there were variety of Asian options including a gado gado salad, various curries and also roast duck. None of them were particularly noteworthy, with only a rather delightful spicy Aubergine in chilli being the highlight, along with decent Singapore fried noodles, and nice Satays. There was plenty of choice so that was a plus, it’s just that the rich aromas and tastes of Asian food were very much toned down; this was particularly evident in the Laksa soup noodles which were decidedly bland.The desserts themselves were also adequate, with a selection of fruit, mocha and cakes, with the highlight being the shaved ice dessert.Overall, I was impressed with the sushi which certainly is better than what you’d get at most buffets, and the ambience was nice, although the mains were a bit of a let-down.Service was friendly throughout. Apologies for the lack of focus on the photos, the lighting was a touch dim and my phone was struggling :) @ mo e

For fans of the Crab and Crab restaurant, eat it delicious, but Mo Wo and prices of Crab fire facility invoice less Shi Kilo B 500 and the most expensive Shi Ankbouti of 2500 after 5000 dirhams per kilo 😋

I would put zero stars. They sell you crab in the name of lobster, the price is not worth it, the flavors are nothing special, I just felt the pepper. We came for the advertising of the room and it completely disillusioned me.

The food is delicious, the service is good. You can smoke a hookah. There is a Russian-speaking staff, willingly advise on dishes. The prices are affordable. We liked.
