There r so many variety of restaurants to choose from, after walking 1 round & soaking in the ambience, we decided to settle at WOX (Panasia) as it opens at noon while others were only open at either 12.30pm or 1pm.I ordered Pho (Vietnamese Rice Noodle Soup), they served up a generous portion of bean sprouts.. my favorite!Sadly the broth wasnt hot enuf plus I cant fit all the bean sprout into the bowl therefore I requested half of the bean sprout to be blanched. The staff obliged however, the waiter came to me to explain tt nobody does wat I did. I believe, different ppl hv different habits of consuming their meals & this is not my first time consuming Pho 🤷‍♀️

Cozy place,5 star for food, atmosphere and nice facility.1 star for staff service, need to improve as this is 5 star hotel restaurant.Worth to visit although we will be served 1 star service cause of great food!

Wox is a small and well thought out restaurant offering fast and tasty food.We had a number of dishes all of which were excellent and served by friendly and helpful staffThe only change I would make would be to add photos of the food to the menu

Came to dine after a very long time ! Very few people, food was fresh , loved the chicken pho, sorry I cant recall the person who served us , he was very attention, in fact need to visit all the old time restaurants in grand hyatt, it isnt called grand for no reason🙂

There is a good selection of Asian dishes that is literally cooked in front of you by the staff. Service is always friendly and efficient.

Good job on Asian foods. Salt and pepper stir fried squid is recommended. It is crispy and tasty. Vietnamese beef noodle soup is nice. Soup is making fresh to you. Pad Thai noodle taste is a bit different with original. Wok fried noodle is yummy. Sauce is favoured. Mango sticky rice is recommended to end up the meal.Staff are lovely. Opened kitchen insides which you can see how your dish processes.

Overall it was okay. The atmosphere was nice but unfortunately the salt and pepper squid was very disappointing, chewy squid and just smothered in bland batter.The beef with pepper sauce wok was good. But defo Elroy not worth the price.Would recommend only for convenience. But to be honest youre better off just ordering takeaway.The items I ordered were worth 120 dirhams.

I liked the food but according to the price it wasnt amazing... I liked the walk to the restaurant and we sat in a booth which was cute but I didnt like the ambience....the chef cooked our dishes right in front of us which was impressive but smell and noise wasnt so great

Worst dinner experience at Hyatt Grand. We were sitting for almost an hour and they have only served us two fried appetizers. Service should improve big time.

The Beef Pho was Fragrant, Spicy and possessed a delicious depth of flavour... exactly what I was hoping for! Excellent Service from the Team and Good Value. The Folanari Soave wine was a lovely accompaniment but a little to pricy for a 4oz glass (free pour)

Good price and excellent taste

From the howling fire wok, to the warm and smiling staff, I was left with a feeling of being back in my hometown of Vancouver on a rainy cold night.With a dripping nose over a hot bowl of Pho, I slurped up every last drop of this Vietnamese vitamin soup. Followed up with the gluten free salt and pepper squid that satisfied the remaining empty corners of my stomach.What I enjoyed the most, is that the food was sublimely flavoured and did not leave me bursting at the seems, or the wallet for that matter... Pan Asian comfort food at its BEST!!! :))

Excellent service, great location, quality food.When I visited this place, I was warmly welcomed. I indulged into a range of Marvelous Thai signature food that nobody. Its a lovely atmosphere that everybody will enjoy. Try their awesome Pad Thai, and their Signature mesmerizing dessert: Coconut ice cream. portions are great... Just all amazing.

What can possibly go wrong here? Nothing! Every time i have been here it keeps getting better. Small restaurant with open kitchen inside grand Hyatt . Serves Amazing food. Love the beef cubes. And nasi goreng. Good value for money! Love it! Hidden gem for sure.

I was craving for a warm bowl of beef noodle soup or Pho, so I decided to drop by.It was the most expensive bowl of beef noodle soup I had ever had. Although it was made to order with very fresh ingredients, the taste was a bit lacking.The service was attentive, yet very slow.

I can say that Wox is like our first rated asian restaurant. The food is great and the staffs are very accommodating! Eating at Wox is like going to our escape gateaway from stressful City life as you will pass by a nature inspired landscape of Grand Hyatt Hotel. Try it! 👌

Great Pho in dubai, home away from home

I want to love this “hidden gem” but it’s merely average street food. Had black pepper beef, crispy noodles with chicken and tamarind prawns. Would only order the prawns again.

The wanton noodle soup and the tin flat fried noodles were quite authentic🤩, but the beef noodle pho failed to make its mark. The soup base wasn’t that tasty and neither was the beef slices. The price was reasonable seeing as though it was in a “grand” place. Overall worth going... just not for the pho.🍜

Excellent service and delicious food. One if the rare places to have authentic tasting Udon. Would definitely go back. They value their customers and it really shows.

Food was nothing to write home about , probably not even worth talking about , fish was off even though they had only 1 type , no apologies offered , just picked it up and tossed it away , again ordered a glass of wine 5Minutes before they closed , and they clearly said they can’t serve me because they were already rounding up even though I was still eating , very poor service , extremely disappointed, wondering why Grand Hyatt would even put them there.

Small little gem with a pristine combination of luxury and Vietnamese street vibes. The Vietnamese beef noodle soup (beef pho) is a must and my go to every time. One recommendation I have is to get the big spoons specifically met for these types of noodle soups as it’s hard to gather enough broth on to a normal table spoon. Also the ichiban beer is awesome!

Great food, great service

The food taste good but some others are very small in portion but expensive. And the service is slow. One Indian waiter dont even care and not suggesting. We are 3 in the group and we informed him that we will use 2 entertainer voucher but he didnt inform me that we can only use 1 as new policy. We felt insulted because we were treated not the same as white and local people.

Its one of favourite hotels in Dubai, because its totally different than the other hundreds there, the lobby has an exotic feel, water and greenery make it feel like in Malaysian forest minus the humidity.
