Bought beef chaofan today for takeaway and not really satisfied with it. Its not well mixed as you can see on the photo. Theres no condiments nor straws given to me. They even forgot to give me the iced itea I ordered eventhough the manager on duty is the one who gave me the order he didnt double check my order. Hope they will add more staffs here since they are in the foodcourt and a well known Filipino Restaurant.

Nice and new experience for me.. The main dish is so yummy, ice tea is perfect however their dessert contains harsh cubes of ice.

Almost 2 hours waiting for food, for sure my soup was already cold 😡. I ordered thru delivery because Im literally hungry but this MOE 1st floor branch made my day so bad. Im living at Barsha 1 near the said branch but still they cannot provide good services. 👎🏻👎🏻

Low cooking standards.if you ordered and you liked the dish, next order it won’t taste the same.Shank soup it’s my favorite and i never got it the same way cooked.Either overcooked or not well done .Anyway it’s still good to order.

Im so Disappointed waited for 2 hours and 30 mins for delivery to come and some of my orders is missing and i have to complaint to them then they will deliver again so how long i waited before i eat? Then the food is not packed properly!!!!!

For what it is - Chinese fast food. It was perfect!!We had beef and mushroom noodles, lomi noodles, egg fried rice, fried kangkong, fried tofu. The tofu wasnt amazing, but I added it to my soup. And there was only half a mushroom cap in my beef and mushroom soup 😅But anyway we would definitely go again.

Lapsed Chicken. Lapsed Siomai. Cold food. Not following instructions. Bland Gravy. These are the things that made my recent order HORRIBLE. The chicken was freaking lapsed.Its beyond holding time, even the siomai were so lame. Gravy was so bland like a water texture. Egg rice taste like backed up 4 hours ago. Worst chicken meal ever. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. I hope not the PC nor the COUNTER person decide to give these lapsed cold chicken. I’m thinking the Manager give the green signal to give these things even not good to serve thinking of the DAILY WASTAGE. Calling all Fried Chicken Lover don’t order here. Such a waste of money. I only enjoyed the Chicharap (that’s it) and good attitude of the delivery guy👏 Chowking Management, please check this branch selling lapsed chicken. It will affect your brand (for sure). These team dragging your brand DOWN. Choosing your brand over Popeye’s is a mistake. Better gear up Discovery Gardens CK Team. Will not definitely order again. (Never again)

Very bad experience. The delivery time and food packaging are too disappointing. Our Halo-Halo becomes SOUP the milk of halo-halo has spilled up all over in the plastic. I ordered 12:32 pm and received the foods 10 mins before 2:00 pm where our location is only 5-10 mins far from Discovery Garden to IBN Battuta Office.I will never order food in Discovery Garden Branch.

(Chowking - Discovery Gardens) Had better dining experience in a smaller cafeteria.Ordered 2pc chicken and was served leg and wings. No big deal, so I politely asked if the leg could be changed to thigh or anything but not legs. Cashier then told to his colleague on the kitchen window (in their language) sorry bro, this was just told just now. Seriously? That lad had apologized to his colleague for the trouble of changing it than to the customer? At least he shouldve made sure I wouldnt hear it. 😬 Also, isnt it a basic standard/protocol that when a customer orders a 2-pc chicken meal on a fast food chain, customers are supposed to get 1 big part and 1 small part? Again, no biggie on having been served substandard but such behaviour is just unacceptable.Manager kept on lowering down her masks while prepping up take aways, and while being behind the counter. (During this time of pandemic 🤐😪)During the time we were there, there were at least 2 people who were not wearing their uniforms (assuming theyre not staffs? If they were, arent they supposed to wear their uniforms?) who had access to the door going to their kitchen/back of the house where its believed to be for staffs only. (Again, during this time of pandemic🤯😪)

Ordered prawn thai curry and steamed rice, it was frozen prawn hence did not enjoy much.

I always ordered from this restaurant but the consistency of the food are not the sameLike now i just order fresh lumpia which is typically the sauce is thick but surprisingly the sauce its like a soup please kindly check what u are guys serving,this is not a typical chinese pilipino food like what im expecting thank you.

A decent Chinese restaurant in Discovery garden but slightly premium priced. Most of the dishes have a sweet taste not very suitable for Indian & Pakistani taste palate.

Came her with my friend on a Saturday to have lunch.We ordered the Nasi Goreng and got it in a few minutes after the waiter promised that itd take time.The food was not that hot or tasty compared to the branch in The Walk.I wouldnt come back again but Id goto The Walk branch.

One of the best options for Filipinos in Dubai, specially those living near the Jebel Ali area. Aside from the famous chowking laureat menus, you get to choose from other Filipino dishes which adds variety of the selections. Dont forget to order the halo-halo and my favorite avocado shake.

The place is a part of fillipino chain of restaurant of same name specializing in south east asian and chinese cuisine.I recommend for casual dining.The restaurant can acccommodate 30 to 40 people at their highest capacity.Recommended dishes are Kangkong, Lauriat, Nasi Goreng, and the famous Halo Halo ice cream.
