Best Ramen I have ever had.This place is very clean, the staff are very attentive and friendly. You basically build your own noodle bowl and add anything you enjoy to it. They use authentic noodles from Japan and the ingredients they add into the bowl all tastes so fresh. My husband got the egg noodles with teriyaki sauce and he loved it! They don’t over sauce and over salt the dish like many other restaurants do. You can also choose your preference/level of spice that you like.Overall wonderful choice whether you are with friends, a couple, or a big family. This restaurant is perfect for anyone hungry for amazing noodles!

The food is really, really good. I had one of the best ramens ever. The downside is the waiting time and dining experience. We had to wait for 45min to get a table and another 25min to be served. The indoor sitting area is tiny. So if youre expecting a memorable dining experience youre set for disappointment. Heads up, you have to order yourself at the counter. We sat at the table for a good 10min waiting for someone to take our order. We had to ask a staff whats going on before being told that its self service, a suggestion is to put a panel around advising your customers that they have to order themselves as having 2 guys with uniform roaming around is quite misleading. But again, the quality of the food balances it out. So still recommend the food!

5 stars is not enough to rate this place. For anyone who loves Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese, this is the place for you. Extremely friendly staff and ambience. Food was out of this world, absolutely scrumptious and insanely affordable, especially when comparing to its counterparts. Great experience overall. 100 percent would recommend it to everyone. Located beside al waslsquare safa area overlooking the safa park and Burj Khalifa is this small but amazing restaurant driving noodles with a twist , mainly seating is possible outside with fan facility fro the hot weather , regarding noodles they have stir fried version of noodles and. Rices where u can select ur noodle and protein and sauce , we went for udon and buckle wheat noodles with chicken a d tofu version in it , plus Shangai chili sauce and a teriyaki sauce , the Kpop chicken starter was excellent but unfortunately only 3-4 PCs crispy chicken in a peanut sauce , we also aOrdered kids meal , which I felt was extremely salty , overall food was good little costly and quantity is similar to Japanese style u have a less portion size

Though it is a very small place to Dine-in, if u make a booking and order .. it isna good place to be in...Good time to go is in the month would be Oct to March.. we can sit outside and enjoy the meal admist of the modern outfitted Dubai with blending minute of Europeans and Local Emirates there.

Excellent specialized restaurant in Japanese Noodlesthe problem is that it is too small for fit the many customers, both inside and outsidelost two stars because overwhelming load; although workers are dedicated and always on the move, they are overwhelmed by number of orders. Thus, they dont have time to discuss your order, and orders arrive later than expected; a very bad thing if you are dining with your children

Im very glad to discover this place. Very satisfied with the food. Staff are very helpful and they explained the menu to us before ordering so we can understand more about their dishes. Nice place and very clean. We ordered shoyu soup with soba noodles and beef and Sapporo ramen and spring rolls with plum syrup. Delicious food and huge portion. Will definitely comeback. We went to Wokyo with VERY high expectations after reading such amazing reviews. After a 30 minutes wait, we finally got a table inside. There was also a 15 minutes line to place our order. Things we ordered -Egg Noodles with Shanghai Sauce - I expected the noodles to be a little thicker than it was, and the sauce was just very average. Nothing special.Rice Noodles with Seoul Sauce - this sauce has the highest level spice, and I liked it, however my friends were dying cuz of the spice. My friends who had the chicken said that it was pretty dry and tasteless though (I had the tofu and liked it).Vegan Shoyu Ramen - this dish was delightful and the broth was light and very tasty.Crispy Lotus Root - it was light and crunchy and nice.Ebimayo - crispy fried prawns with spicy mayo that tasted nice but literally 5 small pieces.The mains were huge portion, but the sides priced at 22 DHS was super tiny!Overall, I was mildly disappointed since I expected a lot more taste-wise, since everyone has been raving about it. The service, however, is great and the people are very polite.

Wokyo is a nice and cosy Japanese restaurant. The restaurant is quite small but they have and extended outdoor seating which is pretty nice during the winters. The food is very good, delicious and the staff are also very friendly. The prices is a bit above the average but still not on the expensive side. All in all a good experience and a nice place to hang out with friends.

Great authentic Japanese and Korean. Highly recommend for all those who love Ramen and street side Japanese and Korean food. They also do have VEGAN option. And are following social distancing and Covid safety practices.

My Laksa was so salty but my husbands dish was nice. Thai tea ( which I recommended to try ) is good..You pay first then eat. The tables are outside and nice setting. Price average is 50aed/dish..Parking is there.

One of the favorites of Ramen restaurants even by most Japanese expats in Dubai is Wokyo. Main branch is one in Jumeirah Lakes Towers but this second branch which you can find in Al Wasl is also unexpectedly nice. Good quality of Ramen of course. And less flashy interior design is also favorable!

Small Japanese restaurant but clean and well managed. Outside sitting arrangements are quite nice. Love the food. Tried there Tofu with fries rice and it was amazing.

Cant get enough of that! Quality food in affordable prices. The place to be for a quick Asian noodle/Soba/Udon you name it! You can make your own mix and be inventive or try some of thier killer dishes. I always recommend to start with some fried lotus or Korean drumsticks for ultimate crunchy feeling! If you have some room left in your stomach then wash that down with some of thier unique tea blends.

Amazing flavours! Authentic noodles from Japan. This is really a noodle bar with limited space indoors but outdoor seating is available if you are willing to brace the hot weather. Food was so good that I stuffed myself. Interesting and tantalising flavour of Thai Lime Iced tea. Forehead temperature check was a bit too close and we felt uncomfortable. Waiters were friendly and explained how to order as we were first time customers. Overall a recommend for noodle lovers.

My go-to place when craving for Japanese food. I specifically love their laksa soup and Iced Thai Latte-very comforting. Staffs are so accomodating. Always greet you with the same warmth even if their place is pretty packed.

I was planning to eat in the restaurant, when I went there they told me u have to wait and there is waiting list. So I told them I will make an order for take away. So I make my order udon and it should be mixed with the soup. when I get my order the soup it was in one plate and the udon in the other plate, I don’t why they are doing this, when I ask them they said because it’s take away, and they didn’t inform me that it will not be mixed. To be honest I wasted my time and at the end I didn’t get my order as I order it. They care more about the customer in the restaurant more than takeaway

Visited the outlet for lunch over the weekend. Ordered the Sapporo Ramen and Shoyu soup. Portion sizes are more than adequate. The food is flavorful but salty. However, you can taste almost all the ingredients in the dish which really made the meal enjoyable. Pricing is average as compared to other outlets that serve similar cuisines.

Always a great place for a delicious dinner. Food is delicious, service is 10/10, always busy, the place is lovely. Can‘t be improved in my opinion.

After eating there, everyone I ate there with felt their fingers swelling and the mouth be dry and headache.For me it was the last time.
