After waiting 3 hours for my lunch, 4 phone calls to their office, still nothing and when I have the chance to management to perhaps rectify things with a voucher or something, absolutely nothing apart from a call me when you place your next order and Ill make sure it reaches you Thanks for the favour mate! Useless company, uninstalling the app right away. Zero stars

Food ordered on the website. No delivery after an hour. Rang to follow up (the link on the website is non-functional) told its 3 to 4 minutes away, 7 minutes maximum. Waited 20 more minutes and rang back, told its 7 minutes away. Informed the person that we were told the same lie 20 minutes earlier and all of a sudden, the lie changes to We tried to call you twice but you didnt answer. When called out on that lie, the lie changed AGAIN to We rang you and you cancelled the order. Well you get the picture here. These fraudsters are liars and absolutely useless. If you want to order food, ring the restaurant direct or you will die of starvation as you eat their lies. Special mention to Noran the extra bad service woman who cannot lie straight in bed. You need to get a new job where honesty and trustworthiness are not important.

Great service, food is delivered on time.. I didnt have to call customer service and love that they now have launched an app for online ordering as well.

Super convenient Service. I work in Al Quoz and apart from the usual Fast Food chains nobody comes to advertise their Food Menue with us. The option to order all types of Cuisines is awesome.

Very slow. Unreliable. Stressful and hard to use. After using for a very long time i am now going to stop using their servive, there is now far better options online.Often orders do not go through. And moore often than not i have had to wait 2 hours for food.You call their office, they tell you they will contact the restaurant. They then call you back, the driver is on his way.They never think to ask the restaurant for an appximate time of delivery.And are generally not able to offer any solution.Not for me thank you!

Great user interface. Used it over 20 times and the only issue I experienced was from the restaurants end.

Ordered burgers from the hottesh gourmet burger joint in down towm dubai for delivery to my hotel. The meal came in 1 hour, exactly as the order stated. Used customer service online chat as it was my first order and their service was perfect also, highly recommended

I used to be frequent user of this website, until they started caring about their customers and lost any authority over their providers... I ordered a pizza from Uno and after 34 mins, someone from foodonclick called me and told me that my order is cancelled and i should order from another restaurant. Then, I asked her help to request restaurant to find a solution as I had guests at home waiting for this food over half an hour. Then she said she cant do anything. I wish I were to order directly from the restaurant, they would have told me that they cannot fulfill the order right away and I wouldnt make my guests wait and order from another place. If you are not able to defend your customers rights and/or provide any other benefit, what is the point for us to use your service? I cant even rate the service or write a feedback on your platform, as seen on the picture, because you put it in cancelled status, as if I am the one who cancelled the order... Still waiting for the manager to call...

Waited 90 minutes after putting in order. Mohammad sharif from site said order was in and would take up to two hours. after two hours, called again and site said food order was cancelled as number wasnt local. Duh..even after I had put in the notes my US cell number - which they should have seen as they were delivering to a hotel!! Site is poorly developed and clearly by the other comments, not good at their customer service!! Would never use again...

Deliveroo or UberEats provide a much more reliable service with much quicker delivery times and better restaurants. Food on Click seems to work with any and all restaurants (including 1 and 2 star places) and cannot provide ANY quality assurances regarding your order. This app is out of date, download Deliveroo and/or UberEats and delete FoodonClick

I placed an order at 6 pm. The order was from Chef Lanka. Received a confirmation that the order was received. Then I waited.... Till 7.30. I decided to call the restaurant directly to enquire and I get an answer that the order was cancelled because the printer could not print !!! Its such simple logic that if an order for any stupidest reason gets cancelled, it should have been informed !!!The second part... I call the Foodonclick call centre and tell them my complaint. They investigate and tell me the same story. And ask me if I would like to place an order now. I said I will never place an order throu food click. And the answer - we are sorry. Thats it !!!!Someone teach customer service !!! Or has it disappeared ??

What a horrible service! There is absolutely no response from them. Neither them nor their restaurants are reliable.

Very slow and unreliable. Luckily there are many other alternatives.

Terrible service ordered twice in one week and orders were cancelled both times with weather excuses and still after 2 weeks we have no refunds. Will be in touch with the Dubai authorities if refunds are not processed asap.

Use this always and has let me down only couple of times, never had to make a call and the option to request cash on delivery makes sure you get the food you paid for and you dont even have to call the restaurant which is very convenient

Every restaurant say they dont have my location because Foodonclick dont provide it. Took 1 hour for them to send my order to the restaurant before too.

Third class and dont even apologize after calling people by mistake.
