Visited the Saigon Social on Thursday, it was one of my best experiences ever. The staff are super friendly. The musician there Mr Sagar is incredibly talented. The cuisine is second to none ! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special evening.

Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine in the heart of Dubai, I would say the atmosphere is exotic and some of the dishes were stunning.Must order chicken/seafood pancake, Steak Cubes and Miso Soup if you are not going for the brunch option or drunch option. I would say the value for money was not as expected but things balance.The staff team is amazing and friendly to the maximum.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton for two months and ate at Blue Jade several times. The hostess Glaiza is so warm, friendly, and helpful. Elaine the waiter who helped us several times is very good and always took good care of us. The food is delicious and tried several different dishes including the soups, rice, curries, sushi, fish, and desserts. We celebrated my fiancé’s birthday there and the entire went out of their way to make it extra special. The service is on par with the entire fantastic service across the entire hotel. We sat our on the balcony a couple nights ago and it was very relaxing and has great views. You will not be disappointed if you try this great restaurant, with the delicious food, and lovely service team!!!

Im a resident in Dubai for 6 months and this has been THE best brunch weve done. The whole experience from beginning to end was superb!! I celebrated my birthday here. We were greeted and shown our table that had a card written on by all the staff. It was a very nice personal touch. The staff explained the food and checked regularly everything was ok. The head chef himself came and checked the food was good. Elaine, our server was incredible. We cannot fault the experience, it was top quality and value for money (350 AED) for cocktails and bubbly included. The food was a journey through Asia and quite honestly was some of the best Asian food weve had in Dubai. Excellent Blue Jade 👍🏻

Went for the dim sum dinner.you get a steam selection a fried selection and dessert...the banana sojo was brilliant. Nice service and tasty food.

Went for lunch, and were amazingly treated! It’s safe to say this restaurant truly deserves its hype. The food was amazing, the staff are so friendly & helpful and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Definitely recommend stopping here whenever on business in town.

Tried this restaurant on a recommendation and so glad I did. The service was excellent and the food impeccable. Of special note, the Vietnamese spring rolls, the coconut prawns, and the signature Ginger Lotus sea bass that had a light and refreshing texture and a unique flavour that has to be tried!

5 years in Dubai, have been to many restaurants but this is my absolute number 1. A combination of phenomenal food, great and authentic service, wonderful setting and reasonable pricing for this standard. We have a membership in RC, so we come back there almost every weekend and have never been disappointed. Actually, we notice their constant improvement, which is most likely due to great work of the restaurants manager. Hats off, this place is beyond amazing.

I went there for a Sushi-licious night and it was one of the best!!!I have to say it was incredible value for the quality and quantity of food in a 5-star hotel. Miso soup had lots of seaweed in it; sashimi, nigiri and maki rolls were very fresh, beautifully cut and prepared. I got the chance to have Vietnamese noodle soup, ‘pho’ which included in menu, and it was top!!! With full of aroma and balanced broth, it brought me all memories back in Vietnam. Now every time craving for Pho I know where to go 😍😍😍Needless to say, the service was great and professional as well. We were warmly greeted from the door to the table, all the staff I had nothing to complain about, they were very attentive, they brought our orders in no time.Big thanks to Chef Huong, Hoang, Elaine and all the staff for such a great dining experience! Definitely will come back again for more!

Blue Jade, 3 words to sum up: Great chef, amazing food and beautiful presentation.

So far the best Pan Asian restaurant I’ve tried in Dubai. Superb food to try here is their Grilled mix Satay (beef and chicken, Ginger lotus seabass and Wok fried lobster). Servings are real good for sharing and good value for money a must-try food for happy belly ☺️

So, this was the last meal I had with my wife before departing Dubai. We chose the restaurant as we both love Asian food, having lived in Asia for a number of years. So we know our Asian food.We started with the soft shell crab and papaya salad which was acceptable. For main course my wife chose the Blackened Cod which is a personal favourite of hers and I the duck with orange sauce also a personal favourite of mine. Both dishes were bitterly disappointing. If youre going to charge a premium price then make sure the quality of the cooking matches it.

Food is great, but the service is fantastic. All the servers are very polite, accommodating and helpful.By a clear margin one of the better restaurants in dubai with regards to customer service.Ill definitely be back.

We had a dinner last week there ,we were group of 10 people got a perfect sitting and enjoy alot with soft music. Food is also tasty and people are so friendly to serve the food which make us feel like home.

Amazing food and great service, one of the best Asian restaurants in Dubai, the sushi was tasty, the duck curry was full of flavor without being spicy, the pepper beef was delicious and the side rice was a beautiful complement to the lovely and fulfilling dishes. The staff are polite and the ambience was nice and romantic.

The Blue Jade Restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton in Dubai is definitely worth visiting. The cuisine, presentation and ambiance is one that pays tribute to the food origins while remaining contemporary Asian. I had my birthday dinner with my family there. Prior to placing our order, the executive chef, Eric Meloche came to our table to meet us and discuss the meal. He asked my young niece and nephew what theyd like to have and created a lovely kids menu for them. The Sous-Chef, Ta Van Huong also came round to meet us . I was impressed with how warm and friendly the staff were; the hostess, Molly, gave us good suggestions on what to order . The food was impressive. The highlight of the meal was when my birthday cake was brought to the table by the staff (kitchen and restaurant). They also presented me with a birthday card signed by the entire staff. Ill definitely dine there again.

... what used to be one of the best Sushi Sundays in town, with the nicest female manager, has become a place were you are served hours old tasteless sushi and sashimi, by a slow, helpless and clueless waiter. It is sad, because I really liked the place a lot

I have been to Blue Jade on a Sunday for their Sushi-licious all you can eat sushi. Simple tasty selection of sushi, sashimi and nigiri on the first round, for my second round I asked for the sashimi, the unagi and the california, and trying to do the best of the deal I ordered one last round of Unagi. The people are very welcoming and very friendly, well organized and on time.

Incredibly good food, a real treat for the eyes and the palate. The service is very friendly and competent. Very interesting offer with booked half board in the hotel. You can choose a starter and main course as well as a dessert at no extra charge. A great restaurant at the JBR.
