Last night, I visited Zafran for dinner with my parents and it was an amazing experience as the atmosphere was friendly and very enlightening. The staff are really helpful and guide you with the best food on their menu.The view of Marina is beautiful; must visit and sit and enjoy the ambiance.

The restaurant is inside the Dubai Marina Mall and occupies a well-furnished space with good well-placed tables. The staff is polite, friendly and willing to give directions and advice. The cuisine is Indian and the dishes are well prepared and with generous portions. The prices are good considering the location.

We have been visiting Zafran Indian Bistro from many years and the food has been consistently good. They’ve two outlets- one in Dubai Marina Mall and the second one in Mirdif City Center. I love their Marina Mall location for the al fresco dining area and stunning views. Zafran Indian Bistro offers delicious and authentic Indian food and it is definitely worth visiting.

Very pleasant Indian cuisine restaurant located in Marina Mall. Not too greasy and elegantly made curry and other Indian cuisine can be enjoyed here. What we loved the best here is butter chicken and appetizer papadum which comes to each and every table. Nicely done!

Food isnt that great. Biriyani tasted like tomatto rice. The restaurant is placed near the zip line so the outside view is good. But the food is average.

First of all the experience was so nice and staff was excellent in their service. Food and the ambience is so good not that crowded but would be better if u could book a table. And better to go during night time to enjoy the scenic ambience of marina.Food is a bit overpriced will suggest you to choose platter. No5 to dry dish is dal zafran and mushroom pulaoo just because it is not worth it.

We visited this restaurant in Marina Mall, Dubai. They have another one in Mirdiff City Center Dubai also.In Marina mall, best part is when you sit outside with amazing view of Marina and JBR skylines.We ordered Papdi Chaat, veg Kebab, kadhai paneer, Dal zafran, mix veg Raita, butter naan, garlic naan, tandoori roti and in beverages we ordered Lemon & Mint, Watermelon & Mint Smash.Everything was perfect to taste and it’s must visit place.

Nice food. Please dont order in plenty at once as dish sizes are optimum for 2 people and you may not be able to eat all if order too much. Try vegetarian its mouth watering

Its okay as the Restaurant Location is very good you can set and enjoy the view of Dubai Marina but the food was not as expected I ordered chicken 🐔 tandoori and beef 🍖 briany

Perfect Indian food

We got the Zafran briyani, mix kebab and tikka masala. We were extremely impressed by all of it my favourite was the tikka masala!

There are many Indian restaurants in Dubai but very few who can build a loyal following over the years and attract people with their food and service.Zaftan in Marina Mall has been a part of Marina Mall since a while, they have a outdoor terrace area which I love to dine at during the winter.The food here is divine especially the desserts and the curries, I took my family here as well and after that visit they have ordered takeaway more then a couple of times but if you do have time I would highly suggest you visit either two of their branches for a more profound experiences.Some of the must try dishes here are Dahi Kebab, Seekh Kebab, and the heavenly Hyderabadi Biryani. After a pleasant tour in Marina Mall- Dubai , I decided to stop in a restaurant lounge and chose one with a charming view, an excellent location for dinner that a visitor deserves from this magical place.My attention was pointed to the name of the restaurant Zafran.The resturant was celebrating winter season with a new menu to satisfy all Indian food lovers. I advise everyone to try the famus Biryani meal and to try the chicken curry.. I can’t speak for authenticity as I’m not Indian, but I have eaten enough Indian food to know that this place is top notch. The food was very good and didn’t take long to prepare. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I believe the during colder months they have a very nice outside seating.

Today we had our lunch in zafran indian bistro which is located in the heart of marina. I loved the ambiance and the food was delicious. I would like to mention Our Host Javed who helped us through out the time. Thanks.

Chicken biryani was superb, we had a great time inzafran. Its a must visit place if you are in dubai marina and If you are also looking for some north Indian dishes. Staff was very helpful especially javed.

Delicious Indian food at very reasonable prices. I recommend outdoor seating to get a nice view of Dubai Marina. This restaurant inspired me to learn to cook Indian food when I returned home.

Lovely food...and knowledgeable about gluten intolerance...service is superb and the complimentary pappadums with the take-away was a great touch...definitely going back...

Bengali styled prawn coconut curry with mustard and coconut was just one of the many delicacies that we had here. With stunning marina views, the terrace area combined with some unique Indian delicacies is all we could ask for from this award winning premium Indian cuisine destination. Another must try dish is the dahi kabab & theyre even on Entertainer so you can get great value for money when you visit. We also had chicken tikka(4/5), raan zafran(5/5), kashmir dew(4/5), biryani rice(5/5), chicken tikka masala(4/5) and a lovely chocolate fondant (5/5). We are definitely headed back here.

Bistro with reasonable price..been there with my clients from Singapore, zafran platter was yummy with tender chicken kebabs and lamb. Breads were bit crisp to the liking . Zafran spcl curry was good. Decent service.good ambience and outdoor seating available over looking marina . However a zilch was asked to pay for glass of hot water !

Amazing Indian food! I have never been a fan of Indian food but this place totally changed my thoughts. Tried butter chicken and coconut prawn curry. The biryani had enough taste even by itself. Every bite was delicious!

Very disappointed with the quality of food! Ordered the Zafran Feast Platter and could tell the chicken wasnt hormone free and was told it came all the way from South America!Why cant local, organic & hormone free chicken be used instead?The flavours fell flat and Ive relayed the same to the manager.

Following my brothers review as after 5 years we finally try it! Nice place in terms of view of the Marina with a very friendly staff. The food is good with a nice variety and the staff explains all, even if it’s the first time to have Indian food.Make sure to try some of the breads, like Naan, with the variety of flavors! It was really good as I forgot to take pictures except for the view :-)

This place offering Indian cuisine in a modern place. If possible/available prefer the table in the outer area where you get spectacular marina view. Decent menu with good amount of Starters, Main course - both Vegetarian as well as Meat dishes, Mocktails and Deserts. We had Tomato Soup, Vegetable Kebab Platter, Chat Platter and Vegetable Biryani. While the Biryani was okie dokie, other dishes were good. Service was Good. Excellent ambiance and we had some good time out here.

The restaurant is located within the shopping centre and has nice views across the marina. The food and service was very good. Its more of a family orientated place rather than for a date as its part of the shopping centre but overall a very nice place, with good service and a good menu.Takeaway also available if you order too much.Also, no alcohol is available, so in case you wanted a beer with your curry it isnt possible.

Scrumptious blend of onion,tomatoes and deeply falvoured with whole spices.🍚Chicken Zafrani Biryani..It truly depicts the perfect amalgamation of flavours and aromatic spices ;the saffron,coriander and mint leaves can easily be sensed in this zesty zafrani biryani.🍞Naan and tandoori rotis were equally freshed.🍧Rasmali ..the malai with rus was awesumly dipped in the flavours of pistachio milk and sweet enough to bring you to the nostalgic Indian shahi food.

We went to zafran to celebrate our sons 4th birthday, and I must say its a great place to enjoy authentic Indian food at reasonable price, we ordered chaat platter Dal zafran, kebab platter, ghost keema and couple of garlic naan. We enjoyed our food alot, am sure we will visit again. I also want highlight the quality of service which was served by Javed, it was excellent, he was very calm, and holding a good knowledge of menu, he helped us really well while ordering. We are really impressed with his recommendations and service.

We tried Veg and the starters were just average.. very average ,the drinks were decent.. however in the main course their malai kofta was really nice.. I could actully taste the flavours of zafraan in it ..And yes.. if u want a picture make sure u contact the food servers as the manager denied and when he saw the astonishment and our buzz... he called a server !! Who was indeed very courteous to click some for us :)So yeah... make sure u dont hurt his ego.. Cheers !

Today we planned our team lunch in zafran indian restaurant, i must say food was beyond our ecpectations, food was really good every spices were hitting our tastebuds. We were also very happy with the prompt service of Javed and deepak, they were serving us very professionally. This a must visit place. Will surely come back.😊😉

It was the best North Indian food Ive eaten in Dubai. And it is not greasy and I loved everything that was ordered. I dont like Chaat but man, eating the Chaat made me feel so good. The zafran platter was good and the prawns were the best in the platter. The Biryanis were so flavourful and the dessert platter, I just couldnt make up my mind what dessert I liked the most. If I had one qualm, it would be that service was a bit slow. Apart from that, loved it

The biryani is definitely worth the try.... The butter chicken has a really distinct taste but the chef can alter it to your palate... The service team will make sure you get what what you came for.

Safran has improved over the years 🥳. I went there few days ago and the resto offers the same standard service and food as it did many years ago, if not even better 🙌🏻. Staff were helpful and kind. Food was simply amazing ❤. I remember I once left a comment complaining about the bad service of one of their waiters, many years ago. I was happy how fast they replied and the improvement they did. Great food, the sauces were succulent and delicious. Also i really liked the tasting platter and the butter chicken.The service is great, the outside is very nice with a great view over the Marina. Also the presentation of all dishes were good and quite inviting.
