Visited this lovely restaurant located in Ibn battuta Mall for lunch. The Ambience & furniture is top notch. Service is fast and excellent with well trained staff who understands & recommends the right dish. The taste is one of the best you can get in town for whatever you order, the presentation is very impressive too. They have a nice seating area both inside as well as outside the restaurant. We had visited this restaurant for the Biryani festival, they serves different variety of Chicken, Lamb, Prawn & Veg Biryani apart from the regular biryanis in the menu. We started with the delicious Mulligatawny Shorba & Malai Shorba. Starters we tried is Tarah Tarah ke kebab, its a platter of amazing assorted kebabs, a must try. Amritsari Macchi is another dish which should not be missed. Rara Gosht in mains went very well with the rotis. Lucknowi Murgh Biryani, juicy & very moist chicken pieces cooked in rich, thick and nutty gravy topped with long grain aromatic biryani. A perfect combo enjoyed with the raita. The desserts were Rasmalai & Falooda, both were exquisite & comforting. Service was exceptionally good. All the staff right from the servers to the manager, they all know their food & drinks well & seem so extremely passionate about it. Special shout out to our main server Waseem Khan, very polite & quick in his work.Overall we had a splendid time here. The visit here exceeded my expectations & I honestly can not wait to go back.
Great food, great value for money, perfect for family. Thank you to Sadiksha who did a great job looking after us. We will come back again !
A very elite indian restaurant situated near china court of ibn batuta mall.Very good taste and greatest hospitality.Suitable for get-togethers and families day out.Pricing is a bit high.Cash and card acceptable. One of the very few places where American express is also acceptable.Connectivity via bus and metro.A must try spot.Desserts are awesome.
I ordered mutton biryani which didnt taste great - it was full of tomatto masala , many pieces of mutton with full of bones and rice quantity is very less. The biriyani didnt tasted like biriyani. I also ordered tandoori chicken which didnt taste great either. It was missing smokiness of tandoori. Overall my experience wasnt that great. Regarding the waiters they were friendly and were quick to take up the order. Food was the issue !
Used to be one of my favourite Indian restaurant but not anymore. Was very disappointed with my last visit.Onion salad was way too spicy. Not edible.Kebab tasted totally different from last time. Meat was so dry and no flavour. I felt like eating rubber.I think they changed the quality of the ingredients.Even I came to same restaurant, same branch and ordered same dish they tasted totally different.Service was slow. Saw many delivery guys waiting so I guess that’s the reason.I don’t think it will be my choice for Indian food anymore.
Good food, nice ambience, superb hospitality.Papad were served as appetizers along with various chutneys.Tried Chicken Xakoti (coconut based n spicy) and mutton seekh kebabs for main. Sizzling kebab plate but Xakoti was delicious with tender chicken pieces. Naan were so so not very soft.Them came the sweet dish: Shahi Turkey. Amazing taste. Less quantity as I would have liked but what a taste. Amazing.and the presentation. The whole experience was great but wouldnt have been possible without the staff, particularly our server Sadiksha. Amazing talent. Took care of everything and was available at the right time. Super courteous.A definite go to place. And yes, they have entertainer and Zomato gold offers too.
Waseem great man to serve us.Thank you Waseem!
Food is okay in taste but please bring your chess and ludo to play while you ordered food for dine in. Normal time to serve food on table is 45 mins to 1 hour. Running breads take minimum 20-25 mins one after another. Best place if you want to enjoy food for whole evening. To be honest not worth of 1 rating due to poor hospitality and slow serving. Pls go if you have lot of leisure time to waste.
While ordering online once you move away from gravy screen, impossible to order Indian breads separately. On Track order tab, it shows Food ready, but your delivery staff was at my door. Biryani overall was sumptuous not sure if Rice was fully cooked. I will reorder.
The restaurant has a very good menu and good service. Thank you Wasim for assisting us, appreciate the warm hospitality.
Amazing food and customer service - especially our waitress Sadiksha who was extremely helpful and polite. Will return again and recommend to a friend.
Sadiksha dealing with teh customer with professionalism and always accommodate the needs of the guest. Keep it up.. im very happy on her service well done.
The restaurant did not reach out to me, even after they promised to reach out and remedy the disappointing experience.
Good mango lassi. Good service from Sadiksha as well.
Amazing resturant and stuff is very helpful and kindness specially Sadiksha she is very kind.thank you.
Very nice service by Sadiksha at the IBN branch! Food was lovely too
Too good! My wife wanted to try some Indian food so I took her to India Palace in Ibn Battuta mall. We had chicken Tikka, butter chicken and she ordered samosa on the side and butter Nan to go with her main. The food was beyond delicious and the quantities were generous. Ive never been disappointed eating here
The restaurant is good and I have been to the one in Abu Dhabi. The staff was polite and attentive. The only thing I would criticize is that when you order a meal such as chicken curry , it must come with at least rice.Like how would you eat a curry without rice or bread.
The food was tasty, our waitress Sadiksha was humbled and friendly and made our Friday lunch better today
I like their Biryani and butter chicken a lot, very friendly staff, Sadiksha especially
Very good service and delicious food. Thank you Sadiksha very much
Visited the restaurant with my wife 16.04. The food was delicious. The staff are attentive. Especially Samina. Very pleased. We can recommend it.
Ordered onion salad, meat kebab and Dal. First two were really bad. The Kebab was so mixed with spices that you could tell the taste of the meat. The onion salad was big but we couldn’t eat it. They used red onions not white onions so it was too spicy. The Dal came way too late. Used to a be a good restaurant but not anymore.
Long waiting time (45 minutes). Cold biryani, not very good taste. Small portions. Better you go to Gazebo for a better experience and taste. 1 star is for the butter naan. Never again.
Classic Indian Mugalai Food at the Ibn Battutas China food court. If you would like to try Indian food and dont like spicy, then you must try India Palace. Ask for chicken biryani with breast pieces only, black dal, some BBQed spicy potatoes (cant remember the name) and few nan pieces. This restaurant deserves an outdoor area and shouldnt be inside the
Do not ever order the Vegetarian kebab platter . It is horrible. Stale, hard paneer pieces without any flavour. Other kebabs are all hard pieces of bread mixed with something which they try to pass it off as vegetable kebabs. Chewing on card board will be better and more flavourful. Had lunch on 26th Apr at IBN branch.Giving it one rating as no provision for Negative.
Sadiksha was a great waiter, looked after us and served us some yummy tikkas and chicken biryani! Recommended
Nice food and perfect hospitality specially Mrs. Sadiksha she did a very good job
Service was great (especially girl, who worked 16.04). Food also very delicious. Strongly recommend!!!
Sadiksha she give us very good service wish her all the best and thanks very much.
Nepalese waitors. Horrible service. No reselect for Asians. Not recommended. Terrible management for ibn mall. Avoid neppalese dont give a shot to Asians. Boycotting india palace for there racist behavior
Samira she had a great service and always she smiled , thank you for the great experience Samria sure we will come back again
Very good food vegan and no salt. the way i like it. delicious and health. the staff very friendly and helpful especially Sadiksha and Promod. thanks. will come back soon
Very poor service and staff is very rude, waiting for food from long time after curry naan came after 45 minutes of curry, really very poor service, dont visit this restaurant. And there is no response from their side
I ordered food worth AED 200+ from this restaurant and the quantity was unbelievably small and the taste was not at all good... I ordered for some guests and was really embarrassed in front of them... The non veg mix platter worth AED 85 was such a disaster quantity and taste wise....
It was great environment for dinner and I went with my friends for a dinner I really like the chicken tikka which was awesome and tasty I am sure chef make it with love and passion and for the service part sadiksha was very friendly a she took very good care of us we really impressed and will come soon.
Food is average but 5 stars to Sadikshas service is awesome. She is very polite and fast !

Sadiksha was very kind and helpful to choose our meal
Good and nice food also good price
Ordered 10 Naans - order came as expected 45 minutes to 1 hour. Opened the Naans they were like a frisbee and hard as a rock. Called the location at IBN battuta and spoke toe mr DinkeSham ( apologies for the spelling) said it’s busy so he cannot send it. He then agreed to send it in 30 minutes. After 40 minutes I called to ask what’s the status. Answer I got from the same gentleman rider already left (is that not a common reply!!) will be there in 2 minutes. I live literally 7 minutes from IBN battuta. It’s been over 30 minutes since that call and there is no sign of the rider. Maybe he stopped to have a cigarette and tea!!.India palace - sorry to say your quality and service / service recovery is awful. Will never again bother to order home delivery again. You all need to pull up your socks !!
Food was really good, service Ms.Aarti is friendly and very polite. Highly recommended
The real taste of India food.. A very good ambience and Staff are very polite and good at service. Clean and well maintained.. followed all safety measures.. One should definitely try the food here..
Samira have good food and good service and all how work with her
Don’t like at all very small portions and bad service
Excellent service and good food, waitress Sadiksha gave us excellent service.
Great service with Sadiksha we will come back
Sadiksha was excellent service and the food is so delicious
One of the best North Indian food,100%recommended, staff were super friendly and service was great
Wastage of time and money, expensive also, you will never find the taste.
One of the best restaurant for Indian cuisine. Their paneer gravies are to die for!
Food quantity is really very small.. Quality isnt excellent just normal.. Price is super high for what the restaurant serves.
Sadiksha was very helpful and the food was good, thanks!
Food was really good, service (Sadiksha) is friendly and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended
Perfect food and serviceSadiksha is excellent
Absolutely unsatisfied with the food portion. We stopped by for a late lunch and just wanted to go straight to main course without wasting too much time. We ordered for the mutton biryani and were terrified when the portion looked less for even one person. The management needs to relook at the same. The food quality was good but portion size is too little for the price they charge. Its a rip off for the money you pay, definitely not going back.
We visited Indian palace restaurant at Ibn battuta mall. The taste of the food was good but the quantity is too low for the rate. I ordered chicken biryani and asked the waiter if the quantity is sufficient then they replied it would be sufficient for two but unfortunately when the dish was served it was not sufficient for even one person and it was too less. I would prefer not to try their rice item hereafter.
The quality of food used to be excellent but not anymore.the portions use to be greater but now it look like kids meal.
Used to be a good restaurant! NOT anymore and here is why :1- the biryani chicken was recommended by the waitress so I placed an order and when it was served the chicken inside the biryani smelled liked the chicken was not cooked at all ( raw!)2- I asked the waiter to replace it and told them exactly what i didn’t like , they changed it and it tasted even worse !!3- I left the food pretty much untouched and asked for the bill and THEY CHARGED ME FULL AMOUNT!avoid going there
I ordered using UberEats, I chose the option that I need utensils and they still didnt put utensils. The food packaging was poor as the boxes were tapped using a cello tape which is annoying to remove. Moreover the food quality was normal, nothing special.
Visit to India Palace (Ibn Battuta Mall) was very disappointing in terms of both, service and food. The same Sultan-e-gosht biryani at the restaurant near Ggico metro station was mind blowing, while at battuta mall, it was very very disappointing. Looked like the whole place was run by interns who had no idea how to manage crowd.
Service little slow. Baingan bartha could have been prepared better by reducing masala and onion.
Best Indian Food at this mall...!!! Service can be improved as the staff needs much training in service and hospitality.
Food okay but service 👎
Seems ok for delights but peesonally i did not find it amazing but an ordinary restaurant with ordinary food
Good food. I went for a takeaway but there was some confusion in between me and the lady at the front desk, Surekha, if I remember correctly, I read about a dish and confirmed if it was the same but ended up with something else when I reached home. It was good though. Not her fault, just miscommunication as the dish was too typical from Rajasthan, India.
Awesome place for the people of subcontinent. Excellent sitting place. Very friendly and cooperative staff.
Not great. I went to the one in Ibn Battua mall. It was just ok. But the one in Al Garhoud Id the best!!!!
Food is tasty and good...but costly
I visited ibn batuta with my family so we decided to go for dinner at this place, ambience was good. We ordered north indian specially veg platter a paneer preparation with breads and all tasted good but the mango lassi was amazing and it made my day.people going there just try mango lassi once.
The quality over the years is going down. Been their customer since 2008 (Abu dhabi) and have tried at various outlets in Dubai as well but of late the standard has been compromised.
Great place !Great food !Great Menu !Great Ambience with live music ( certain days only I think )!Great authentic Indian woodworker interiors !Great service !Love the place
Just about okay. Too pricey for too less. Their quantity sucks. Food is okay but other Indian restaurants like Gazebo, Bhojan(Motorcity) are much better!
Food was very tasty. Service was very good. Nice welcome. Price a bit high as compared to the other similar restaurant.
The worst Indian food Ive ever had, coming from an Indian. The roti was uncooked and the fish was stale. I would never recommend this place. But staff were apologetic and nice, doesnt make up for the lousy food though.
Cleanliness of chairs is not good. Food is amazing
Amazing food! Great taste and atmosphere and great service!
Super food and marvelous service
Good Indian food, worth of money you pay, daal makhni was especially good
We checked review of this place before coming.MOst reviews were positive, but our experience was negative.tasteless food(butter chicken).nanbread was hard and tasteless as well.paneer was okay.it is a waste of money to eat here.in addition, all of the staff have a morose mood.
WOW Fantastic. Nice to come here for Indian Traditional Food. Very nice and tasty food. People here welcome you so nicely. Papad, Chutney and Pickles were complimentary and nice to start with especially when you are hungry and waiting for the food to come. Apart from Mouth-Watering Food, I also enjoyed Mango Lassi and Gulab Jamoon. Wasim and Pramod Nairs Serive was Superb. Overall Awesome Experience.
Excellent ambience, excellent service and most importantly excellent food.
My favorite low budget Indian food..
