Highly recommend avoiding this Centre at all costs. Required an urgent ultrasound but they declined as the concerned doctor was unavailable during working hours in the middle of the day.When I mentioned that I have called multiple times and have never received a response, they demanded that I show them my phone as proof and still blatantly asked me to leave.

Poor management.Poor services.If you need to have an emergency, they don’t consider it at all.Highly recommend not to go this center.IRIS diagnostic al nahda is far better than this.

Very very poor service and very disappointed. I am sure that all the positive reviews here are either paid or written by the staff them selves. The receptionists especially the lady claim to be the branch incharge is so rude and not even interested to serve the patients. And i really wonder how the management managed to recruit such arrogant staff. The management should be more careful while recruiting these kind of people. They dont even know how to talk to patients.

Pathetic service, receptionist so rude, they gave me only one slot to choose and even after confining the slot and reaching before time, had to wait for 1 hr 30 min before my test could be done…. The three ladies at the receptionist has not etiquettes to talk to specially the lady who speaks Hindi. Never ever would recommend this center…

They dont answer phone calls. Clinics are suppose to be reachable for people who have health related issues.

They forcing to get the appointment during week and giving false information on the insurance approval, I spoke to insurance where they confirmed the test approval is valid for 30 days and the diagnostic centrer claimed its valid for 7 days only. And the staff is not friendly at all.

I will give 4 star. clean area. friendly environment. and the insurance coordinator is very nice. she process for my approval appointment. but due to fully book i get my appointment 2 days after my approval. but its fine. receptionist all are very good.

I like the service and place. adc supervisor is very good & so kind, she has immense knowledge of insurance. she handle my mom approval case and get back to me very fast for the appointment. im very happy with the service

I advise to all people NOT go to this center however they not kind with client and very bad service .after i get approval from my insurance ,they give me appointment after one week however my case is urgent ,finally they offered me to cancel my request and I don’t know how to be easy to lost clients

I had to an ultra sound scan and I was waiting for appointment from this center. No one contacted me. When I called the center for an update, they told they will check and get back to me. No one contacted me again. I called again. There was some clarification required from insurance side. They did not inform me. When I questioned why I was not informed , they were arguing with me, put my call on hold, instead of acknowledging they missed to update me.Rude and irresponsible behavior from staff. Highly advisable to avoid choosing this center for any service. Worst experience.

Excellent Service !!!Brilliant Insurance Coordination.The entire crew were supportive and quick. As there is only appointment system, there is no waiting time and as a patient I felt comfortable and happy. The doctor is so sweet and welcoming; also presentable and explained everything we need to know. I would recommend all my friends to Advanced Diagnostic Center.Really your team is doing a great job.

We did the MRI on Monday and we on Saturday and still we did not get the report! It takes from them 6 days! And there is one radiologist thereI called them today million times and they did not pick up the phone and they did that intentionally because they know my number

Thanks GOD she replied i thought she will be nice read our conversation:she asked my request receipt and i sent she told i can come at 11am as walk in because my doctor she’s fully book today so asked her if i can come tomorrow to avoid waiting for how many hours because its fully book. Worst ever experience, this place must be rated in negative. My wife had to wait for more than 90 minutes and still waiting despite having a prior appointment.after we got our turn They made a mistake and registered someone else for ultrasound.The staff is not supportive at all and never communicate professionally. My wifes appointment was confirmed after 3 visits and took more than one week. The receptionists are even worst than the clinic. Dubai Authorities need to ban this place as these people are dealing with serious patients in the most pathetic way.To all the patients: please stay away from this place.

I swear I will say the truth without any toppings from my sideMy sister had an appointment today for CT KUB that was referred from NMC medical center in deiraThe appointment was 8:30 and it was just done at 11:30! She has been waiting for 3 hoursIn addition to that they are not organised in the process itself! They gave her the injection of the dye then they asked her to wear the special gown and change her clothes! It should be the opposite! I am a medical student and I know how it is doneI wanted to compare this centre with international radiology center in Sharjah. That one that is beside Arab mall ! There is a big difference between this center and the other one ! They are committed with their appointments and they are lovely and organizedIf you want to be referred to a diagnostic center, I am advising you to ask your insurance to refer you to international radiology centre in SharjahAnd that is the bottom line cause I said so !
