I have visited here for my MRI. Very good response from reception. Great cooperation and help from the technician and nurse. Explained well about the procedure what they are going to do. Great experience. 6 parking slots available inside the compound but you will get RTA parking outside.

Just had an MRI and was fairly anxious due to the size of the gantry , but they have a large one and I can not praise enough the professionalism , kindness and patience of the team including Mss. Kavya , Siney and Lyn !! Keep it up

Good location, easy to find with parking. Welcoming receptionist. I had there MRI examination, Lady Technician and nurse Diana very nice and professional. They informed me how the procedure looks like and what should I expect. Punctual and professional.Interior needs to be redecorated.

A very irresponsible company. As an imaging company, they are expected to have a proper archive of every image of the patients. When I asked them to provide me with a copy pf my image which was done in 2016, they proudly responded that they have lost it in transition of the softwares, and they can not retrieve it anymore. it took them a week to give me such reply which by itself is not acceptable.

Horrible. Fancy villa but cheap equipment & unprofessional services. Appointment/customer management system doesnt exist i believe, I assume they manage patients from notebooks. I did 20 weeks pregnancy abnormality scan - the room was small, screen not visible. Felt like in a cheap karama clinic. Doctor rushed, wasnt interested in me or my baby. Would never go back & recommend others to stay away.

I came 30 minutes before my appointment and i waited for more than 1 hour after my appointment Time ..they told me to wait just for just 10 minutes and after 45 minutes of waiting , they asked me again to wait for another 5 minutes ...they wasted my Time waiting for more than hour ..no respect to the Time .. and i decided to refund and leave ..

The location on map is accurate and the staff are very professional and quite helpful! One advice to the management is tone the decoration a bit as it can across as tacky!

They have wrong map location on their forms. The staff lies about location and claim that the are beside Iranian poly clinic while they are 2 km away. I had foot injury and I had to walk 45 minutes to find their place. Never ever will use their services
