Good staff, and procedure was done perfeclty.But had to wait for some time to get the procedure done.. except waiting time rest all is good..

You have wait for your turn for 2 to 3 hours, even after you are going there with appointment and proper preparation.

Best customer service and friendly staff.....

Today will make one week and 4 days ever waiting to get services from this clinic but all in vain. Whenever I call to book an appointment, I am asked if I am an Insurance card holder and then told that I cant be booked in because their system is down. Wonder if this problem will ever get fixed or I should just be informed that they prefer cash. And to make matters worse, they still ask you to call a day or 2 after but still get the same response with no hope of when they will ever put their system together. How disappointing!!!

Hi There !!! its been a great pleasure dealing with mega scan staff yesterday for an MRI scan, basically i was afraid of machines to undergo with but the radiographer at the center explained me in detailed about that fear and told that its called claustrophobia and he has eliminated that from my mind .... I cant stop writing this -- thanks to the most helping reception staff also, as wherever i go in clinics and medical centers reception staff usually make lot of mess but in mega scan case it was a great experience. thank you keep the good work up

I appreciated their fast high quality service. I also appreciated the Doctors integrity in letting me know that there was a better procedure than what my physician has asked for. The place is accessible. It is close to Burjuman and there is parking available. I highly recommend it.

Dr. Afifi has been very accommodating in his approach of diagnosing my gallstone condition. He comes across very open mind and collaborates his findings with great assurance. His staff also very kind and friendly indeed. I wish the whole team great success.

Mega Scan Radiology Centre was the best experience I could have hoped for. The equipment is top-notch and the service is extremely professional. Dr Afifi was friendly and thorough, and he accurately diagnosed a benign tumor that other doctors had previously mis-diagnosed. Im highly impressed with Mega Scan, would recommend to all.

I must say this is one of the best Medical Centre in Dubai.. Dr. Afifi is very hands on with his patient. Each staff will make you comfortable, especially when I told them that I am scared with the MRI procedure since i have Titanium in my leg due to an accident months ago. They made sure and explained that they have the safest machine for an MRI. They do care, excellent medical service with a heart..Thanks for everything.

Dr Afifi correctly diagnosed a rare type of tumour. My prognosis is good, and I am very grateful! He looked after me very carefully and explained everything well. Highly recommended.

Went in for a second opinion on a CT scan. The doctor was extremely thorough and took plenty of time examining all of the information presented. His mannerism was calm, patient and very kind and it gave me confidence in his assessment. Overall would highly recommend Dr. Afifis services to anyone as he is very experienced.

I had a troubling exam that led me to search out a clinic that could provide definitive results. Megascan Dubai was the answer! I communicated primarily via email, they were quick to respond, accommodating, and sincere. I showed up for my appointment and had almost no wait time. The staff was courteous, prompt, and professional. They explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. I had two different types of procedures to ensure everything was ok (mammogram and ultrasound). Results were swift. They quickly worked out issues with my insurance and I received the answers I wanted (to great relief!!). I was also provided the images/scans on a disk in case I need them later. Was very sceptical about visiting this clinic for a Ultrasound. The doctor spoke to me about my problem, he was very interested and explained what would be best for me to establish the problem and any treatment and causes. After 1 hour, one X-ray and an MRI which all came back normal, this was a great relief. I was then given some advise. Thank you Mega scan.

The staff and the doctor are all approachable. They are following the appointment time of the patient and they are all professionals. Im grateful that I had been referred there for my FNAC test because I was having a second opinion that made me relieve from a stressful condition thinking too much that I have a lump in my breast. It was a marvelous experience working with Dr Hani Afifi who is a well know, highly experienced, superbly tallented, optimistic, hard working interventional Radiologist. He is always helpful to people including staff, he has strong academic background.Dr Afifi is an all-rounder, he has in-depth knowledge in Radiology including MRI, CT scan, Ultrasound scan, general Radiology and also interventional radiology.
