The place is horrible, very dirty. I found a dead cockroach in the changing room. The toilets are nasty. The reception guy was OK but super slow. I had to wait 20 minutes although I had an appointment, then after the MRI and CT Scan I waited 40 mins to get the CDs while the receptionist kept telling me: Sorry, just another 5 minutes. The nurse though was nice. But I wouldnt go there ever again!

Hi, extremely disappointing. My appointment was at 10 and the technician came in at 11, and even bother to provide any explanation.After 20 mins of the procedure I was informed to come back after EID break as there is a technical issue with the MRI machine.Wanted to share my feedback with the manager but she refused to come on the phone.I couldn’t get my MRI done on time and had wait for the treatment for 5 days.Not recommended at all

The worst hospital Ive ever visitedThe slowest service!They never reply to your call or WhatsApp msg or Email!Even if you have appointment, you have to wait at least 2 hours there.The result they promised that they will send same day or maximum next day before 12PM but they didnt send.Everywhere ants, insects (toilet, reception etc)

So bad ... 2 days Im trying to call them and no one pickup the phone .. no mobile no landline and no email... At the end on man picked the phone and told me wait I will transfer you then no ones again answer...

I would like thank the guy is the reception of global hawk jumeirah, Mr.Zakaria who convinced my claustrophobic wife who was refusing to do her mri for the head, i has to stay out side cause we have 2 kids with as, he just requested if he can stay inside to take her out from the machine at any point she will not feel ok, and she finished her scan successfully.highly commanded , very good service

Very bad behaviour from the global hawk reception. When I entered to reception the guy was talking to someone standing beside him, looks like staff, and he is not even giving a glance. I remain seated for hours and the bald headed man came and asked me why I have been waiting here. I spoke to him my visit is for MRI and he was asking me some other strange things, asking me to contact doctor Sena (someone) to get my payments. I thought he is kidding. I told him very distinctly that I am a patient, not a vendor. One philippine lady standing beside was laughing and asking bald headed man to order some food. I am really scared if this is the way they treat customers coming for treatment! I have decided never go to pleace like this. Felt really disappointed on the service.

Went to this branch for my MRI, the staff and technician are very friendly and accomodating plus the environment of the the diagnostic centre is good and not crowded. It feels like you are a VIP patient. Thanks global hawk for nice experience.

I left after 1hr waiting. Waste of time. Reception is doing a terrible job scheduling appointments. The place also feels dirty.

I would like to just take a moment and praise Imen, I visited Global Hawk about a week or so ago, I have severe claustrophobia, I was dreading even going to get an MRI, I was absolutely petrified, it took about 6 attempts to get me under, Imen was unbelievable with me, she understood what I was feeling although I felt stupid, she stayed with me in the room and held onto my arm for the full time I was under, she made me feel like I could get out if I wanted to, I had the open MRI and not the closed one, which is way better but by having someone so amazing by your side, I got through it. I cant thank her enough. Zakaria on reception was also amazing, he helped me too. I recommend this place a million percent. Thank you

Ive been referred to them by my physician as they have an open MRI machine that accommodates claustrophobic patients like myself. My previous experience experience with a traditional MRI was horrific and i couldnt stay 30 seconds inside it.With golden hawk however ; I think I might have even NAPPED a bit during the procedure !! (Yup despite the MRI noise!)Thanks to Dr. Iman - might I say a brilliant humane person; who put me at ease for the procedure taking me step by step till I could finally relax and manage the 20 minutes . Hats off to this lady !Got my CD instantly and report should be ready in 48 hours which is reasonable.It was a breath of fresh air to see a compassionate and empathetic person in the healthcare industry these days !

I have a great experience with the all staff in the center , doctor is also very patient and give good information and explanation during the procedure and make you feel comfort . Nice environment and happy for being here .

Jumeirah branch - DOCTOR was amazing and very thorough. This was the best scan we have had so far, so a huge thank you to the DOCTOR for being so precise and for explaining everything and being helpful. The only area for improvement is that the appointment started 35 minutes late. Huge thanks again to the DOCTOR.

I went with my friend to do her mri cause she is scared, the center does not have any area for kids but many thanks to the receptionist zakaria was very helpfull, he kept my kids with him gave them paper and pen for a drawing challange. While im in with my friend for 30 min, even though was busy, great service.

It is our third time in Global Hawk Imaging and Diagnostics Jumeirah branch and we got an excellent service from the receptionist, nurses . Dr Shaloo our attending radiologist is so nice and attentive. Overall, two thumbs up for this clinic.

Jumeirah Branch provides awesome and professionnal service and treatment. 100%RECOMMENDED.

For moms to be absolutely no go destination of you want 3 or 4d scan. Neither jumeirah branch, nor deira taking care of this procedure, but they will be first to charge you money. They wouldnt bother to make video(and its not first pregnancy in our family so we have been to other venters and for the same price got videos of 1 minute) but Irvin a decent picture will not be taken! They wont even try! After complaining there guess what- you want even receive an apology and of course no one will try to fix that for you! Awful!
