The covid test done at Aster Clinic was a terrible experience. The nurse wasn’t professional & so rough she caused me to bleed.

Pediatrician  Dr Manosh was warm, friendly and concise. Long waiting hour but was happy with him. No staff to help ,sad to see Aster leaving doctors to do everything on their own. Doctor was apologetic but management should look in to it. Will go again for the doctor but scared about waiting hours and lack of direction.

Staff very helpful and Mr Hamid Ashraf helped me with everything. Keep up the good work.

Yesterday I had very bad experience in the clinic. I got my appointment at 6:45 pm but to my surprise I was able to meet the doctor at 8:25 pm when I complaint about it. Patient who came after me were able to meet doctor but I had to wait for more than one and a half hour.Very poor service

The receptionist lady he name is Leo extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming creating issue in order not yo enter the patient .Trying all her best to know what is the reason of the visit and when I refuse to till her she call the ENT Dr and try to convince the ENT not to see us .Come back to me saying if it’s not ENT case the dr will return you and refuse to see you .When I ask for a manager the man next to her answer politely he is in lunch breach and she replied in the same moment he is in emergency leave to show that she is not saying the truth.Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Shruthi handled the PCR very well gently putting the swab in my nostril without hurting me...it was my least painful experience.

Aster staff was helpful when I consulted and Dr vinod gave me good treatment. Special mention for guest relation staff Hamid

The doctor I visit is great, Ill give the doctor 5 stars. The issue remains with the front desk, not the people..theyre nice but theyre slow and ......aster come on stop being stingy get adequate staff...long queues of sick people (the kind that visit hospitals and clinics) is not conducive to anyone

Made a blood test yesterday. Was painful and bruises left. Maybe because free tests.Gynecologist is nice.Fast results.Sometimes they call and ask to bring medicine to home, referring to the results.

I went here for post covid treatment, i consulted with Dr Bijumon . Such a nice person and had some investigations also, there were a Radiographer, I remember his name Anshid, very good guy for helping me to understanding and guided as well from his side.But i faced a little bit problems there by the shortage of man power, It would be a better service if theres enough staff patternThank you

Aster clinics are usually known for their good staff and quality healthcare, but this branch fails to deliver. The front desk is the main problem as they are extremely unprofessional, the nurses as well just waste time chatting and making the patient wait. It took me 4-5 hours just to get a COVID PCR test, which is quite ridiculous .When the waiting became unbearable, I went and asked the front desk about my appointment, and they just , without any consent or notice, said they canceled my appointment because it was a rush hour. They instead let patients who had no appointments in first which is quite preposterous. This stupid place wasted my precious 4-5 hours, I DONT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Its a good clinic to do pcr and for any consultation, all staff are really proffesional for doing there task perfectly. I went for Covid test and within 5minutes everything done without any delay. Dermatologist woman is so lazy. Explained her about my problems with skin, she didnt even hear me properly. 10 times i told her that skin is itching but she didnt want to do anything because it is not peeling. Nonsense!!! With my premium insurance she gave a medicine as an optional, i had to pay for it. Doesnt matter if you go to Dermatology, result will be 0. I went there because it is next to my apartment and now I dont know if I will visit again.

Worst clinic and managment ever! If there is less then a star i will give it to them. Cant believe that this kind of service exists in dubai in 2021! So random not organized you take an appointment you pass after 2 h and no communication. Never again

Have been trying to get ultrasound done but there are only 3 lady doctors in the Aster (hospital & Clinic). The customer service don’t have visibility of the bookings and you have to rely on call back from the aster. No one is picking up calls on the numbers given by customer service.For ultrasound, especially for ladies, if you want to do it within a week, Aster is not the right place for you.

Best Dr Manush Karun really super,but the front office is not at all satisfied unprofessional way.Totally confusing the patient.Three board named In three counters Billing, Appointment & walk Ins but only one counter working and no one to guide the patients also.

Went for PCR test and its fast only. They are very accommodating and all staff are very helpful and all smiling especially the girl in the reception and Ajman who is in the covid pcr station in the clinic. We will definitely be back here for any consultations.

One of worst customer service in dubai,did a covid test for travel. The promise was to deliver results in 24 hrs. After 24hrs no results nor an info on delayed results.When enquired with customer service simple answer is it is delayed with no indication of when it will be received. We are at verge of missing our flights and customer service just keeps saying we forwarded your request to clinic for results.

Dr. Sunil Kumar one of the best family physician in Dubai, highly recommended. Done PCR test, result came within 24 hours and the staffs are very friendly.

I was planning to go there for Covid-19 test for Pakistan because i stay i DSO, but luckily i read all reviews about Covid-19 test, and changed my plan to go for other options even it will cost me more..... I went to Aster Clinic DSO on 04/05/2021 as I was having diarrhea. Dr. there did not treated me well and the medicine given to me was not good.So I went again there at 09:30am and met another Dr. Shahzia Wajahat.She treated me well and recommended me medicines but from the counter I came to know that I cannot have the medicines as there is some IT issue in there syetems.They informed me that they will deliver the medicines to me. The time was 10:50am.I came home and waited till 12pm and then when I called them, I couldnt reach them as there is no way to contact the clinic. Helpline agent gave me a number (043332122) but no one attend that number.I made a complaint and the agent said that you will receive a call from us..Now its 03:55pm and no one has called and also I havent received any medicine.I called on their helpline and they are saying the same that the IT issue is still there and someone will call you back.I am a patient and because I did not get the medicines on time, I am having fever now.I am going to make complaint to DHA also.

The worst receptionist I ever met. I went there for emergency treatment and they gave me lot of excuses regarding insurance and all . Philippine guy ( receptionist) he act so weird. And they don’t even smile.

We met the Dr on 2nd March and we were advised to undergo sonography tests. After repeated followups with the DSO team and Aster customer care, finally they give appointment on 7th night for scanning on 10th March 2021. Imagine this being the case as my wife has persisitent stomach pain.Worst experience ever.Never would like to use their service again nor recommend this place to anyone else. Go to a proper hospital which has all facilities. This place is a waste of time.Aster Customer care should be renamed as Aster Customer Nightmare!!

Been here multiple times, good service however Last Friday I had given a throat swab test and was informed that result will come in 3 days. However no bothered to inform me of the result. In fact today a week later I had to go and ask for the result only then they gave it to me. Bit disappointed.

I dont want to write again here but very disappointed. I have 3 months old baby. Last week i visited this crowded and congested branch of aster clinic for dr.seema gynaecologists. We requested to the prescription as what doctor mentioned the medicines all were not covered by the insurance and it was too expensive to buy.One phillipine lady came to us and said you can go home we will send you in email doctor is busy now.I have some test as well . After three days my husband called to helpline to get the test reports. They had sent the test reports upon calling but no prescription. Even they dont know we have to inform the patient either i need to visit again after reports or no. May b doctor dont bother to check her regular patient reports or call her at least once. Even they dont have any contact number for the clinic to contact.. all the time we need to go through by their help line... no facility to talk with doctor or her assistant for next appointment if required. Even they should called to the patient ny themselves.Sadaf Inayat

How funny it is that i’m waiting for the insurance approval for almost 2days.If i’ dying then i passed away already. 🤭 i went on Monday to resubmit the referral and to be approve by insuranceIm waiting for the whole tuesday no one call me if approved or notI called monday morning the hotline she just told me she will follow up and i will receive a call before 2pm.What kind of services it is? They dont have initiative to follow up in the insurance they will wait for thepatient from time to time to remind them.They are always saying you can go home and wait for the msgs from the insurance, what ifyour home is far from the location?I understand u let the patient go home because u dont like your area to be crowded because of covid.But pls the patient u sent home you follow up also what there pending issue!I’m very very disappointed! This happened twice to me!

I wrote a bad review about Aster clinic in DSO, but I am updating it now from one to four stars. After the bad experience that I had last February, I had to visit this clinic for doing an urgent PCR test and I noticed a drastic change in the service, safety and hygiene measures. They also hired more employees to improve the service and serve the patients faster. The smell is also nice as well as the ambiance. You really feel you’re in a clinic now. This is why the pharmacy is always crowded:)In Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are always under the influence that clinics are clean and sterilized all the time. Thank you aster for achieving the DHO standards.

The registration always takes really long and hope changes are made to crowd management at the clinic. Would help if they have separate reception for COVID test customers.Nonetheless, there are really good doctors at this clinic - Dr. Manosh is a wonderful pediatrician and so is Dr. Vinod. Sister Priyanka goes extra miles to take care of both adults and children alike. Always joyful, interactive and full of enthusiasm even at the end of her shift. She was very patient and waited for me until all the procedures were taken care of.Good luck!

Jan 23 , 2021 I have a appointment with orthopaedic doctor at 4. I arrive and see a long queue people for covid test plus regular patient. I ask the staff he says skip the line and speak to the counter. Counter says go back to queue. Another nurse takes my name and disappears. Doctor prescribes a xray and I am asked to stand again in the queue by the front staff . I mean what kind of management is this . If I could stand why would I see a orthopaedician . How can u mix covid line with other billing and appointments. Came out onever to return.

Aster Management Please do something about the slowmotion process in Reception ,Nursing, Billing, its extremily slow. So many people waiting for Covid tests with no social distancing. Went for vaccinating my child with Pediatrician Dr Manosh and liked his cool approach and simple explanation. He asked us to come next day afternoon for vaccination without waiting for insurance approval noticing the crowd outside . I feel healthy children should be shown at noon when clinic is less crowded and you can finish the whole process faster.Sorry to say but after 5 pm its like a Market.

IF U HAVE CASH IN UR POCKET THEY GONNA GIVE U ALL THE APPROVALS IN SECONDS.IF U HAVE INSURANCE MAKE SURE U HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO WASTE.

I don’t what to add for all bad reviews. There where 4 registrations officers and there are 4 queues and I was taking my queue at second officer and after waiting till I reached to the officer and request COVID 19 test she said no just go to the next 2 queues for COVID 19 test . I asked why there is no signed or board saying that and you don’t Inform that to the patients since mainly they came for COVID test ... the employee even she didn’t apologize just mentioned to go take and again queue .I told her you have a printer pls print label and put on the glass to not waste patients time.And no response ...Anyhow I don’t recommended this clinic especially when I saw all these bad reviews and all about bad service and bad management and aster management they read these reviews and the never tried to improve

Very poor service, 1 counter open 20 patients waiting, patients are shouting at the counter... chaos at this clinic. Please do not visit this clinic.Manager adhir arguing with patients. Saw it with my eyes, there was a conplete ruckus at this clinic along with very annoying and disturbing construction sound which is going on in the clinic. Cannot imagine this as a clinc. It was more of a fish market.

Poor service. Was promised a call back within 7 days regarding my blood tests. But no call received.I had to follow up. Which means after 7 days they can charge another consultation fee. This is not right. Be aware of this.

Well I came here to tell my experience but came across a review which I happen to be present at the incident....the review of Mr Sahil Narang is just like judging a book by its cover. Mr Sahil Narang has posted that the manager was arguing with the patients its like a fish market and stuff well he did not see the whole incident just saw few scenes and dropped a review it was so easy Right?. The patient both husband and wife happen to be positive and came to get retested. As per their insurance over only a call they informed the couple no need approval for test to which the patient and his wife create a scene, the manager tried to sort it out and the front desk staff while coordinating with the Insurance. I believe Mr Sahil and other Patients just saw that and left but it turned out in the end the test for the couple was rejected from the insurance and that the person over call did not verify and just informed the couple that no need of approval ,finally the husband apologized to the manager after creating such intolerable scene for hours and left. Why you need to scream and talk to someone I do not understand? In the end the couple made a fool out of themselves. They called the MOH and Cops and complained and what not. Used terms like the staffs are harassing us by not letting us do the test and also we will make a video of this and post.....really?This is the harm of knowing only one side of the story. I hope Mr Sahil Narang or others putting review know the full details before posting any reviews. And the couple yelling at the manager and front staff was more annoying then the construction sound!!!My experience overall with the staffs is really good thats why I visit often.And I think you guys should not entertain such patients in the clinic. Have a security and just let him drag the patients out for creating unnecessary scenes and never allow them to visit again.

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT & UNPROFESSIONAL ATTIUTUDE....Not recommended at all...I had appointment for my 2.5Y son with Pediatric Doc. in Dubailand Aster Clinic and after all the registration and initial checkup and after waiting 45min we were informed that the Doctor is not well and not able to come to the clinic!!! they referred us to the nearest Dubai Silicon Oasis Aster and the staff called the Manager Mr. Abhir to give priority to us. We went there and registered again, we have observed that one family came after us from dubailand clinic as well was sent to Doctor before us. The Manager has asked us to wait and once this family will come out from Doctors room you can proceed then. We waited and entered the Doctors Room after this family left, the Doctor Manosh Karun asked us to wait outside I have my own Patient appointments!!! Dr. Manosh was very rude and his attitude was not professional to talk to the patients at all. I told the Dr. that your Clinic Manager has asked to proceed to you he was not listening to us and asked the staff to take us out! we then left the Clinic. There was no apology from Clinic Manager or Doctor they seems very unprofessional and DHA should monitor these professionals and should take appropriate action. DHA must provide complaint box in each Clinic or Hospitals to review any such incident.

Poor service. Very slow.I visited the place on Friday.Only one person is at the reception.For the entire clinic only one or two nurses are allocated.Despite of having an appointment I had to wait for more than an hour just to get a blood test done.Not sure why they treat people in such ways

Bit busy, apparently lots of walk ins. Registration and billing might take a while, but waiting time overal fine. Was in and out in 40 minutes. Dr Manosh, pediatrician, was great and friendly, his instructions were easy to follow. The room was nicely decorated, with a big window facing outside - good to keep kids at ease. Dont let the first - messy - impression put you off. Will be coming to him from now on.

Aster DSO is extremily understaffed, waiting time needs to be reduced . Extremily happy with Pediatrician Dr Manosh, liked his approach as he takes time with the child and tells the risks /options clearly so we understand clearly.Unlike other doctors he doesnt jump in to antibiotics or blood tests unless if its really needed. I belive they are extending the clinic and staffing issues and waiting time will be shorter.

Extremely Worst Experience with dr manosh karun. Child put particle in mouth and according to doctor’s theory it will not go inside nose. We discovered it from nose and took out through procedure with the help of dr prasanth prabhu.

I would not recommend this clinic for COVID test.As you cannot reach out to clinic directly the centralized customer care team contacts the respective clinic who are being told that they will call the customer back. Trust me I have been promised 10 times since last 7 days that I will receive a call but haven’t received any.Tried messaging on messenger. No reply.I am stepping out and getting myself tested somewhere else. So you think before visiting Aster again. I am giving up.They cannot blame the current situation for their poor customer service since this is not the first time I have faced this. Faced it last year and last to last year.

It was a good experience for me. Clinic is very clean, everybody was friendly. Doctor Liny Jose was very good, she suggested several tests to check if there is any issues and she called me same day to update about results. Also lady who took blood test was very professional- I didnt feel anything and there is even no any mark left.

Very poor service, the contact number provided doesnt work and when it does directs you to the wrong option.I was not informed about the insurance related person being absent when I walked in due it which my covid test is getting delayed. I was promised a call back but nothing on that too..

Amazing nursing staffs!

No one knows the job behind the counters. Everyone is asking 1-2 people who knows what needs to be done and this is all causing huge queues.All the patients seems frustrated. I came here just because it was near my place but for sure won’t come back. Better to go to some better place which is far.

Very poor management, we took the token and waited for more than two hours while people just keep entering doc room without anything.If you are not following the token system why bother having it.Really pathetic
