Just let me know one thing, A hernia patient with swear pain how can he wait for 52 minutes even with appointment.Person on cashier counter have really bad behaviour with patients. Kindly send him first to training.

I went for an MRI and the lady was asking and answering the questions for me, like “ there no surgery before, right? There’s no metal implants, right?” Without making any eye contact, going over the questions so fast and with a thick, hard to understand accent... I was Noooo, there’s been multiple surgeries before. Yes, I do have metals... she was rough in handling me and cutting me off every time I was trying to say or ask something. anyways, the entire experience lacked professionalism and it was so disappointing. On top of that experience, I’ve been waiting for 3 days now to get my report and still haven’t got it. When we tried contacting the ( both my dr and myself) no one answers. Terrible and definitely not recommended.

Dr. Kavita and Dr. Riyaz are excellent! They made my son feel so comfortable and relaxed before a procedure which he was scared about. They are both so professional, and genuinely care for the patient - which is rare to find.

Dianne, radiology assistant, has been so attentive and very helpful on my ultrasound exam. Waiting time was down to zero and even with my full bladder, she put my mind off the matter. Good job to premiere diagnostic for hiring great people!!!

Plz do not visit here. Except for one, staff is too rude (specially at the reception). There is no room for accommodating any with emergency inspite of Dr. recommendation. Inspite of confirming of walkin time by their own staff, even after one hour u can be told there are 3 more patients ahead of u. Try to avoid visiting here as much as possible.

Ive been visiting (me and my husband) Premier Diagnostic for almost 4 years now with Dr. Mohammed Tarik Saeed. Provider is really fast with applying approvals (consulatation/medicine/lab test) to our insurance companies, making sure that we dont take time waiting. With the Dr, we are so grateful that we knew him, for each of our illnesses he made sure that hell treat us to be well immediately by letting us undergo lab tests and provide us with the right medicines. And his nurses are accommodating and very attentive to patients like us and very attentioned to details with Dr. Tarik insturction, to name, one of them is Nurse leona paola , where she is really helping us by all means. Other nurses of Dr. Tarik are doing the same:) I will always suggest Premier Diagnostic to anyone I know. Its not only convinient, no time waiting, but most importantly, Dr. treats all our illnesses, fast.

My friend and I just came to this clinic today to meet the doctor for the laboratory test result only and for vitamin injection but we have waited for more than 2 hours. The guy in the reception asked us to wait for us to be called and after 2 hours of waiting I asked again if he entered the patients name and he told us go directly to the nurse. Its just lab test result reading and injection and I have noticed that there are less patient today and when I go to the nurse she thought that it is for injection only so again I explained that we came here also fo the lab test result! Our time were totally wasted! Very poor service of staff!

We visited the place for an anomaly scan, instead we got an experience of a lifetime to meet our little one. Dr. Mohammed Riyaz, highly recommended by 2 patients who also happen to be Drs. Thank you sir :)

I have visited Dr. Mohd Tarik (internal medicine),i would highly recommend his service, i really appreciate his help together with his nurse Ms. Pao they are a great tandem.

I went for scanning as I am preg, when the nurse informed the doctor that my husband is outside,the doctor said husband will not see anything,because she cannot understand anything on screen.. I was telling myself ,is she a real doctor or fake, not even wearing her white coat nothing plus saying she cannot understand n refused to call my husband..

Appointment time slots are not maintained well.Delays are not informed in advance to the patient .Giving unconvincing reason for the delay.
