I dont recommend Chiro therapy to someone who has sever lower back pain, and spine related issue... from my experience with DISC after taking 7 sessions over a period of 2 months. First of all you will not get appointments as per your need and where 2-3 sessions required in a week you will harldy get one appointment sometimes 2 weeks which is totally waste of time and money. They dont follow-up on patients health condition. I am in worst situation and on bed rest completely after my 7 sessions and couldnt walk. Very disappointed with the clinic when i have raised my issue with thier random answers and excuses. No ones is willing to take any responsibility.i wish theres an option of giving minus rating as they dont deserve even 1 star.

Jena is absolutely the best chiropractor there is. She is awesome she is knowledgeable she is super caring and she is super good at her job. I had so much pain in my neck and back before meeting Jena. With her amazing technique and awesome instructions I am feeling much much better. I totally recommend Dr Jena Barnawi she is amazing

Couldnt be happier with the treatment Ive been getting at DISC. The therapists are very knowledgeable (especially in sports therapy), hospitable and constantly ensure you feel better after your treatment. Theyve fixed me several times and for that I highly recommend them.

Visited DISC for the first time and their service is absolutely fantastic. Dr. Daniele is very friendly and professional. Additionally, Marian from patient support is very helpful and accommodating. Its very rare to see such good service with healthcare in Dubai.Highly recommended.

A true 5 star experience.I’ve just been to the second branch at JLT as it’s more convenient for me to reach.. lovely team and very knowledgeable doctors.Beautiful clinic.. very cozy and inviting.I had a proper consultation with Dr Tamara where we could find out and discuss my problem.I am from the medical field as well and I appreciate how professionally the treatment plan was addressed.Didn’t expect any treatment as I was booked for the consultation only,but we had a few minutes left and I could even snoop into couple of movements helping me to improve the situation till my first appointment to start the treatment next week.Thank you guys.. keep it up

DISC and specifically Dr. Kristian Frantzen was recommended to me by a friend. I suffer from back/ neck problems and have seen a few Chiropractors over the years, with limited success. This was different, as he did far more treatment than I have received before from others, and his methods of adjustment were very effective. Im feeling great, and very happy with the experience ! Highly recommend Dr. Frantzen, and I will be a regular customer for sure.

Dr. James Boyle is BRILLIANT! Would highly recommend him & Dr. Hassan Zaidi! Unfortunately one hardly ever responds to the telephone call despite several attempts & voice messages

Beautifully decorated with exceptional, tentative staff who have world class knowledge and provide excellent service. The clinic actually understand athletes and want to fix you. Genuinely the best sports clinic I’ve ever been to. Would highly recommend going here over any other sports injury clinic in Dubai.

If there’s a Zero start I would definitely give them.Very BAD with timing, Appointment scheduled for a specific time but priorities goes for people they know only.Wasted my time here.

I have a serious neck and shoulder issue from too many horse riding accidents as a kid compounded by too much time spent behind a desk as an adult.DISC offers the perfect mix of chiropractic care and deep tissue massage to help treat the problem and I always feel so much better after a visit. Combined with the beautiful decor, highly professional staff and ease of access and parking I cant recommend this clinic highly enough.

What can I say about this place?? I absolutely love it! The second you walk in the door, you feel at peace. The staff is professional, skilled and knowledgeable, passionate about what they do and fun to be around! Theyve nursed me back from injuries and over the course of the last few months, have carried me through my pregnancy aches and pains. It is truly unique and, in my opinion, the best of its kind in Dubai!

Bad organization. I had an appointment at 3:30 and called the reception telling them that ill be 20 mins late. They confirmed with Dr Arthur and he agreed to let me in. When I arrived they told me rudely that sorry we have another appointment and you’ll have to wait for 40 mins. Seriously unprofessional clinic.

The level of professionalism and treatments that this facility provides is beyond words! The entire clinic and staff are amazing! Extremely helpful for whatever injury you might have! Ive been going to DISC since it first opened its doors. Dr. Tamara and her entire team are top-notch professionals and are the elite in their industry. Ive visited DISC for multiple sports-related injuries and everything was resolved without fail. Ive tried chiro, physio, sports massage, and rehab and every members attention to detail and personalised approach is second to none. As long as Im in the UAE, DISC is my go-to sports clinic.

My session with Tamara was absolutely fantastic, she is a genius. Tamaras talented work took me to deeper levels of releasing old stored emotions which had become knots in my muscles and she knew intuitively knew where the tigger points were. The clinic is nice . I saw fitness folks visiting DISC and decided to try them. Went there to see Dr. Redmond Clancy for an injury, which i had from skiing . The pain was relieved on first visit , on second visit the pain was relieved as well, however , not completely gone. I wanted to visit third time but got late and called them , informing them about my being late by 30 minutes. I was hoping that may be they reschedule me on the same or coming day but no such thing was mentioned , so I told them to cancel.Regarding doctors, they are good and seem to know what they are doing.... however dont expect magic. I dont know whether it was from last visit to doc or the exercise in gym ... but now my neck started having issues. Charges are quite high 550 AED on first visit and 450 on each followup visit.There is one thing that I really did not like i.e. no record of physio / diagnosis / treatment / therapy or exercise is given to patients. This record is helpful for next doctor or another clinic. The new doc might have to start from scratch in absence of such record.

I have suffered acute lower-back spasms in the recent past from sports injuries where i was unable to practice basic mobility, having consulted several other chiropractors in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. I was recommended by a friend to visit DISC for a check-up & treatment.The check-up involved seeing 2 specialists(chiropractor and physio) and allowed me to get back to simple exercises within days and more rigorous activities within a week.Fortunately, i felt 70% better within hours of my first visit.I have not had to visit since then!Thank you DISC!

Thiqa will not rembourse your money although my therapist (Arthur William) told me it was possible to get a remboursement once my treatment is all finished and if I submit my paid bills to Thiqa,but once you email them (disc clinic) to complain about it later on,no one will have the courtesy to email you back with an explanation. So be aware of that!!!. My experience with them was exactly that.

I suffered a grade 2 ankle sprain playing soccer - the level of sports specific expertise that you will find at DISC is unmatched in the UAE. The structured nature of rehabilitation program I was put under has me on the road to recovery much quicker than I was expecting. Clean facility, excellent staff and well managed operation with a strong level of devotion and ability.
