***Dermatology center***Any Dermatology problem has to visit Al safa for those go thru DHA**

Now i understand why there is not at all rush.Please mention it outside that its open not for expats, we people approach with a hope in such centers, and the lady who sits at the lecture room please be polite and humble to the people who approaches to your room, even though you wear face mask we do understand.The security team behaves much better and friendly than the lady who sits in the registration room who approaches for any help.

Bad experience from the nursing service.The customer has the right to choose the center for vaccinating their child either in DHA or private sector .The nurse dosnt have any right to question the client for choosing the center.If they are providing it free of cost ,it does not mean they can be rude and showing unprofessional attitude!!! The nurse was talking in a rude way and didnt even care that she was dealing the procedure with a baby.The security staffs behave well...

This is just sad to experience the treatment as we did today. It is a childs health for God sake, you cant play with that and be rude and dont care about your job. The lady in the registration room for the babys vaccine seriously need to think of changing profession, its just horrible. Never have I experience anyone calling me in the room and than ask What do you want ? What do i want ???? I want to vaccinate my child..i cant get over it. After waiting for the to prioritize however she thinks its more suitable ( not who came first), i just took the vaccine card and walk away. I am scared of giving my childs health in their hands, with the hygiene that is practiced, professionalism and in general mentality of the hospital. I know its for free, which we all opt for the moment with this situation, but you can book for small amount somewhere else where they take babies health seriously! I have missed my childs vaccine, and just pray that is not a problem!

Been there for many reasons, visa renewal, my daughters vaccination, and various medical registrations that needed to be done, and every single time Ive been there, the staff were great, nurses and doctors not only proffesional, but also very well mannered.As for queues and waiting, it was always well organized and pretty quick.As for the safety, after covid period, its one of the best, all safety regulations were in place and well executed.Im an expat, and as an expat, whenever I went there, I was always well recieved.

Dubai health authority primary health center and medical fitness center Well organised place with lot of health care facilities available here. Experienced doctors nurses and other staffs giving good care with patients. Dental treatment available here

Worst service on vaccination, cant handle really well. I came here and wait about 4 hours still not finish

One of the worst clinics Ive been too. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. The nurses are bad. The lab staff are bad. The doctors are good or bad depending on your luck that day. One doctor was so rude and judgmental and made my mother feel so bad about her illness. Dubai always strives to be the best and I hope DHA starts getting these clinics to match UAE high standards, specially for this clinic which is populated with not only Emiratis but expats and tourists.

Worst vaccination service, cant handle really well

So much waiting for child vaccination..

I went for Covid-19 Vaccine my appointment was 3:10 pm I got the vaccine at 4.30.!

Professional and informed

The nurse who was in room 1 today morning ( around 8:40 to 8:55 took the blood test very fast although there was no rush at all . It was done in a very casual way with no preparation . I could feel the pain instantly and the area still pains for long and is bruised . I have seen a similar feedback before and it is surprising the center has not taken any action against this . A medical center that is not able to take a basic blood test !!!

Some Staff members don’t know how to do their jobs! Slowest service you can get! I went to this clinic many times ever since they opened as I live in the same neighborhood! Changed to private sector cause they’re more professional.

Professional, Polite and very quick. I had come here for medical assessment for Visa renewal. The staff here are very friendly and very quick and efficient. My in and out time, was 7 minutes. They might not have enough parking in the Visitor parking area (however, dont worry), if you exit the facility and take the next right, you will have other parking places (you will just need to walk few minutes).

The medical fitness center is amazing, I didn’t wait at all. So fast and so kind. Just wow

Stay away from this Clinic if youre a tourist, youll have bad treatment as soon as you contact registration. Worst clinic Ive ever visited, super rude ladies at the front desk. Definitely not for international travellers.

The new system of entering the clinic and the way of admitting patients with the lab and the pharmacy as well is a developed process and more convenient

The blood test nurse unfortunately injected the needle so fast in very deep vein which caused horrible pain and big bruise .. as the place is not crowded at all what is the harm in taking the appropriate time for blood test injection!

I wish that for once they would answer my phone and my calls... unfortunate... I call from morning until the last hour of work and no one answers. Excuse me, where can I complain about the miserable clinic reception ... You are supposed to hire people who care and respond ... It is true that the priority is given to the references, but the caller is important

The building is a bit old, but the people who built it made it classy

One of the best medical centers in Dubai. Effortless efforts and services.One of the most important features that have disappeared in recent times is the separation between the sections of men and women and this begins with registration upon admission to the hospital.His only problem is few parking spaces and the clinic entrance for the car is a bit tight and currently the work of the Dubai Water Canal project is continuing and causing a lot of conversions around the clinic.

Their treatment is very bad, especially when registering ...

It is a good clinic, but I noticed a great delay when registering the file and entering the doctor more than before because of my unfortunately tect machine
