The right health medical center is in the new building and new name, earlier it was in a nearby building by the name of Karama medical center.The doctors in this clinic are very experienced and cater to almost all medical needs at affordable cost.If one doctor has to be mentioned then it is Dr.Sujaya Rajashekar who is very thorough in her diagnosis and always recommends the right treatment, no unnecessary tests or medicines. Always had a pleasant experience as she identifies the correct issues in the first instance and she is very considerate towards patients who cannot afford certain medicines or treatment.

I had a surgery 2 weeks back, Dr Yogesh Agarwal (orthopedic) and Nurse Sheena were the people incharge. They were very supportive and informed us properly about the procedure.The staff including other nurses were cooperative and very nice. They took care of me and made sure that I did not feel scared.I would recommend this clinic for their excellent service.

Inefficient management of appointments. My doctors appointment was rescheduled 3 times by the call center to the 3 different branches and when I finally reached the clinic for the appointment at 2:30pm, I was told that the doctor was not available until 5:30. I immediately raised complained by calling the call center who did not do anything about it!!! Incorrect information conveyed by the call center who again have no idea about their own clinics doctors and timings! Very disappointed!!!

Wrong diagnosis, insufficient lab test, and incorrect antibiotic given to my child by the inexperienced paediatrician here which only worsen the condition. I went to another doctor and found the real issue later.

I went to Right Health, JVC clinic. My Emirates ID didnt show the insurance company linked with it in the clinic system, so I was ready to pay 100 dhr (instead of 6 dhr) for the doctor consultation fee, but thanks to Krish for suggesting me to check with my office regarding my insurance policy. I checked and it turned out I was telling the wrong insurance company to the clinic reception. Thanks a lot Krish! you are truly a professional and you have a very positive attitude :)

Orthopedics doctor is one of the most experienced doctor I have ever met. He closely and properly examines the patient and makes sure that all the issues of the patient are addressed in great detail. Prices are also very affordable. Would highly recommend 👍

Visited the place. The insurance approval is still pending because of clinic clarification pending since one month.Followed up with multiple phone calls. Always say they will call back but never do.Bad service so far.

This Centre is closed for medical service’s and they don’t pickup phone so I landed up going there and it was closed

Please be communicative with the patients when be bp was high for the first time in my life doctor prescribed medicine without telling me that the medication cannot be stopped.He should have tell me before prescribing long time medication as i am 35 years old only.If he would have told me i could have reduce bp by doing exercise and food control as it was beginning stage.So please be communicative with patients ..

I been al karama medical centre deira this morning with my wife 1st time for checkup. I search on net and though for best medical clinic for family. I was shocked and surprised after around 10am morning one of reception took my wifes emirates id and told us to Waite and. 11:30 am still waiting.I notice lots waiting people were called and after completed checkup leaving as well. new people coming and were asked for new or old patient or phone number, insurance etc and after few minute waiting they were called to checkup. I was not asked any things by them and still waiting till 11:30am. receptionist was replaced by new one I went to get information either register or not yet cz waiting more than hour but she told me that i didnt take your card and i dont know if your card registered to Waite and will call when registered. 11:30 still waiting and not even registered yet and dont know how long for doctor to chekup and the way receptionist answer me was umpolite and rude saying Waite and when we finished we call you and she was most of time on mobile talking with family which i understand her language speaking. And new old all people are coming going but my wifea id still lying on desk and every time I asked we are doing and Waite for it. 1:30 hrs still not registeed yet. i was not happy totally wasted my time and I took back my card and decided to leave after wasting 1:30hrs to find another clinic. Very worst customer service and out of system and no any token number and not enough space and chairs to Waite. Lots people and me standing while waiting. Not recommended to anyone who expeceting better comfort place to visit and customer service.

They have the best gyno Dr Anjali.. shes extremely supportive and practical.. and shes knows exactly how to take care of her patients.. shes my to go person. Even rest of the staff is great. I took my son with me to see dr anjali and theu gave me a free pediatician check up for my son.. everyone is helpful and kind.. they understand the value of money and importance of a patient.

Policy supposed to be first come first serve basis as what they told me when I called to book an appointment, they refused. When I reached the clinic and waited for my turn, patients who came before me got in first just because they knew the Indian handling the registrar. I asked her and she replied they need to see the doctor urgently. Well, what about my daughter who waited more than an hour and feeling dizzy coz of the endless kids running around screaming. This clinic should mentioned for Indians only so we dont need to waste our time waiting until all patients are done! You dont have the best clinic/doctors neither. Disgusting!

This is the worse ever clinic in dubai i could say. They are giving you a very rude service. Those who seating in the reception area, registration and laboratory staff is really ridiculous. Dunno why the clinic is keeping this kind of attendant.
