I have visited this Covid19 test centre a number before. The staff are well organised, courteous and efficient if not friendly. The test centre is located adjacent to IKEA & The Holiday Inn Hotel.I arrived to the test centre at about 19:30 last night 4 September 2021 the drive through process was finished within 25 minutes (there were about 30 vehicles ahead of me on the queue and the results reached my email box this morning 5 September at 03:31 (Negative). The cost was 150 AED for the rapid test.This was not my first visit which means I was already registered and did not need to fill in a registration form (which can be filled out online by scanning QR code to speed things up). If one needs to register the process may take a little longer. I have used this service about 5 or 6 times before and the longest I ever had to wait was about 35 mins (when I had to register) and the fastest visit was about 10 mins.

It was first PCR test for me. HealthHub Drive Thru Screaning is very systematic amd well orginized. I could pass PCR tes very quickly. I guess it took less than 30 min. Cost was AED150.According to official website, pre registration is required. Hence, I registered before visiting. But in fact, registration was not mandatory. I had to mention same things on paper.

V poor service . Take more than a hour for test . Process is too slow 😑. Better to visit other center or hospital . Only PCR test is available .

So I drove to this place in my car and there were long ques I was in row 7 of cars and each row was about 7 cars deep. It was a long wait I arrived at about 2pm and my row did not move for a long time. It was 2 hrs to been seen in my car 4pm finished. But the process was 1 minute once it was my turn.You have two options 135 dhm result in 12 - 36 hrsOr fast track 150 dhm result in 6- 12 hrsI went for the 135dhm option and still got my result via email in 6 hrsHowever the results are not showing up on the Al Hosn app I think there is a glitch but the email pdf result is sent to you

If you are first time, they will ask to fill a small form, fill it and do the payment straight away. Fast result is 12hours and normal one is 24hours.

Complete and utter waste of your time. Go elsewhere for testing if you want decent service

We waited about 40 mins to register 6 people. We registered ourselves through scan barcode fill in form through our mobiles. It was to long to wait . Then we recieved messages on registered numbers . Its just too slow process . My mother is old in age and didnt know how to fill in the form. I just wished we can fill them ahead before coming and that someone would explain to us procedures of this screen pcr center at arrival .

Absolutely not recommended. Takes ages. The whole point of a driveway is that it should be quick. Been waiting for 40 mins and the cars are not even moving.

A very organized drive through not void of limitations offers excellent service to clients. With the rush well managed and the waiting time limited to the nearest minimum. Recommended for all

One of the worst center.. In other center all what you need is an emirates ID and the test completed..They do business on the amount of data you need to share with them, I reached to question #28 yet to finish my registration for just a quick test, if you do a surgery you will never asked that much of information.. After two years of pandamic and a lot of opportunities to improve, still they are the worse..

Bad organized, lane for pre-registered customers is slower than the lane for the non register customers, at the end only there’s a sign for fast track for families with children, no one tells you in the beginning of the process. Not recommended!

Under HUMANITY FIRTST I would to share my experience with HealthHub staff in Festival city.The story started when my friends Mom died in Syria , he booked a flight in next day at 10 am and it was not enough time to get PCR result less than 10 hours as we did the PCR 11 PM but with strong support of the heros who are working in Healthhub in Festival city It was no imposible, they did the best to get the result and we got it before flight time.I and on behalf of my friend I wlould to thank all staff of Healthhub in Fitival city and special big thanks for Mr. Bapu who did the best and Al Moaz in call center .

One of the worst, registered Online they asked for so many information Still when I got there There was no difference between the ones who registered online and the ones who did not register all in one long line for so long, the procedure is very very very slow And if you need a receipt for what you paid youll have to go somewhere else to get it. If you value your time I advice you not to go there.

It takes a while but it gets the job done, and no appointments needed.Staff is nice and gentle.Paid for express and got it on time.

Worst screening center ever! They will not tell you immediately that the result will not be uploaded to al hosn app once the result come out! Whats the purpose of taking fast track service if you will delay uploading it to al hosn app! There are so many small labs that offer swab test and can upload it simultaneously while sending the sms to clients and a multinational conglomerate like al futtaim cannot do it like how small clinics do?? Unbelievable! Blaming al hosn as the one who is slow on uploading results is just ridiculous!

Good experience. Arrived at 12 pm and out by 1:15 pm. Queues managed with the least fuss. Friendly and professional staff. Took the fast track and results in less than 8 hours. Great service! Thanks very much.Just one point to note, we followed the signs for the testing centre from the road and ended up at the Festival City parking. We had to get out and refollow another set of signs. Have been there twice. Both times waiting more than 3 hours to go. 2 people testing for hundreds of cars, really? Even tough people are kind and very professional waiting 3 hours.Also, paid for express it’s been 12 hours and still no result. Go to emirates hospital you will receive the result in 6 hours and no 3hour wait...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Couldn’t fly and lost money because of this irresponsible people and gave my test 21hrs back and paid extra for their ‘fast track service’ for quick results (6-8hrs as per them) all they say is system is down. How is that a justification? It was an emergency. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

They promised report within 8-10 hours for the AED 150 test but its been well over 24 hours and I have not yet got my report, even after repeated calls to them.If this has been the case I could have gone for the cheaper options.Advice to everyone, dont completly trust the timelines as you may end up missing your flight.The 2 stars is because the process of testing etc was fairly quick and convinent.

Avoid them if you cant wait for several hours. One person or at most 2 are testing thousands of people in a long queue of cars. I am sure they have important limitations, so they are unable to manage a scalable system to accommodate high load? Why not have multiple testing points with a proper queueing system and some technology to optimize the operation? Hope to see some improvements or Covid to go away.

You have to wait for 3 hours at least so better come prepared or download something on netflix to watch.Better to go to Aster medical Center and get it done in 25 mins max.I waited for 1 and a half hour and left for Aster where I got the test done quickly.

Too long a wait, beats the purpose of drive through. Cashier didnt ask the option and just punched AED 150/-,what is 135/-annouounced then?However the nursing staff are hardworking and honest. Service was really nice.Results received in about 10hrs.excellent!

They never answer the call or even call backYesterday i did my PCR test and till the moment (22 hrs) i didnt get the results!!!!!How do you call that fast ?!!!

I believe this is my first ever review on Google.. we took our baby with us since me and wife had to take the test.. They said at the entrance it will take one hour. So I parked the car but its been 2 hours and we are still waiting. our baby is also crying continously.. they have already took the payment.. we are gonna wait for another 30 mins if still its getting delayed we will leave.. pls dont go if you cant wait for several hours. It can be managed better, the bottle neck is the nurses doing the PCR test, they have to prepare the swab (new gloves, check with the customer the details, stick the stickers to the sample box, open the swab stick etc...) all this can be prepared by an assistant, while the nurse can perform the PCR in less than 10sec, but instead they are doing preparation which are taking around 2 to 3 min per swab.In my opinion if they put assistants to help the nurse, the productivity will jump by 60%.

Worst place to get a covid test to enter abu dhabi. I have taken the test for AED 150 the results came in 12 hours but the results wont get upated in Al Hosn. This happend to my other colleagues as well.The customer service was of no help as they kept on asking for 30 minutes wait each time I call them

Great service for drive through. Dont know why people complain, yes it takes time because its walkin and you have to go with an expectation that it will take 2 or 3 hours. It took 2 hours for me, or if you want to save time then go with appointments in any other DHA approved centers.

Do not communicate wrong opening hours.It says till midnight, we went there at 10h30 and they told us they are closed. Cars were still there, and when we asked them what time do they stop doing the tests, their answer was we dont know

The wait is long due to many people doing test ; you will be in a que and it is well organized; do prepare yourself for 2 hours though! Results came super quick and thats awesome !

I reached here even before the center open.after it open at 7 still the waiting time is more than 2hrs.the test cost 150aed and the taxi another 150aed.its better u pay the extra and go somewhere with less hassle.health hud I think u can do a better Job.for the amount of money u are getting this waiting time is just not acceptable. Came here at 7am and not it is 9:30 am and I’m still waiting. 2 people only screening thousands of cars. No organization whatsoever, no logic followed for first in first serve or how the queue works. The employees know nothing about how the line goes... complete waste of time! Go get checked at a trusted healthcare provider and not these commercial hubs with zero professionalism!!!

Just update: the Quality manager on site called me apologizing about this day, and promised me to increase the staff to facilitate the process and make it faster. Thanks.Over capacity not prepared well for PCR,I took 3 hrs now and nothing happened just collect the money

What an awful experience. Pulled up with only a few cars ahead of us and thought great we wont be long. 1 hour 10 mins later we still werent tested. The other queue moved much faster and people who joined the queue after us left way before us. The people in the car beside us had a great laugh at me when I got out to complain. We had a crying sweaty toddler in the car and no one seemed to care. Avoid this testing centre, its unorganised and the staff didnt seem to care.

Very bad experience, they are not Clear from beginning, security said only 20 mins waiting in quque after you queue they collect money and ID , then wait for you luck . One and half hour or more . I don’t advise to go here

Terrible. Slow and unprofessional. 5 hours waiting. People keep cutting the line because they are fast track even though there are no appointments. People waiting in line - 5 hours. People cutting can’t wait 10min. Disgusting.

No complaints, process very straight forward and staff were alert to speed up the process. A big thank you to the front line staff without them this would not be possible.

The most unorganised place to do the test, I officially got sick before I reached my turn, I thought by paying extra money more than the national stations I would have a unique service, but 2 narrow lines is not really reflecting the amed quality...fix that

Im very happy with the service here. Waiting time is less than 15 minutes and we don’t have to get down from the car. They have iso accredited test results. They also have express service giving report within 6-8 hours which is very good for people who need to travel for emergencies. Thank you healthub staff. Keep up the good work!

I used to go there for the PCR test but nowadays its Horrible, i entered the area and the number of cars waiting was unbelievable and not moving at all, the staff there said it will take around 2 hours to finish, what??? Made a U turn and left the place.

Very slow process and expect to wait around 1 hour to get tested and aint no cheap @150 aed.

The wait is long and messy at the entrance, however the results come within the promised time. Paid 150 AED and got the results in 8 hrs.

The testing queue was short and didnt spend too long to get tested. However, I paid for express, had my test just before 6pm and my results still havent come through and its been 13.5hr since the test.

Pathetic management. Waited for more Than 4 hours. In the end they lost our Emirates ids as well. Very badly managed. Dont ever go here.

Contrary to what it is posted here, this screening center closes at 10 pm. Arrive after and you will be turned away rather rudely by security.
