Terrible service! wasted money, nerves, and time! at registration you fill out a form, but then this form is simply thrown away! since you have already paid for the appointment and tests. then you need to call several times and ask to send the result by mail. cannot find what time you came, although you name your data and time. the doctor and the staff dont care about you! the main thing is come and pay again! advice: look for a clinic with doctors and staff treat you with respect. I have serious health problems, it took me 10 days to get my tests done. Although it was possible to start treatment earlier and do not suffer

Disappointed. Wasted my time. Booked appointment, came 15 minutes before it, said my name, administrator said me wait. After 25 minutes i asked what the reason of delay, doctor had another patient, need wait 15 minutes more. Without sorry. Ok, i waited. After 15 minutes, they called another patient and said that Im next. Why didnt tell me that before? When i just came. Notify if you have some changes in schedule. If i knew in the beginning that i need wait more than 30 minutes, i just go away and maybe postpone appointment. Very strange service

No point in making an appointment - waiting for an hour now. Clinic doesn’t care. Take your business to a clinic that cares about its patients and customers - and yes we are customers and can choose who we give our business to - goodbye GMC.

Very upset with the service of GMC clinics and doctors attitude to the patient.Pregnant woman with complain for pain have to wait for a standard urine analyze for 5 days. Normally result will be informed in 1-2 hours in such situation.After that you have to call to the clinic multiply times and ask for doctor to find time to inform you resultsIf you are the last patient in a working day of your doctor, you will be served during 10-15 min maximum, because they are very hurry to go home. And nobody care that you are paying full price for such appointment!Unfortunately Dr. Aseel Abdul Razzaq has no time to explain their pregnant patients results of ultrasound not by phone, not after the treatment TOO MUCH BUSY doctor!

Dr. Salwa Badie Elkholy (Cardiologist) is well experienced heart specialist. She is very kind and friendly doctor. She gives proper attention at every visit. Five star rating for the doctor.

I have been to Dr.Aseel Abdulrazzaq the specialist gynaecologist the clinic has 3 months ago & ever since didnt visit any Other gynaecologist.. she is very polite, very informative & very professional. I advice every woman who is in search of a real doctor who cares about her patients & follow up with them even after treatments to pay her a visit. Lovely doctor and the clinic is very lucky to have her.

The staff was very rude, there is a lack of organization. They made me sit in the waiting area for an hour only later to tell me the doctor wasn’t even there. Very unprofessional. Also they are under renovation so there is a hygiene problem. Highly recommend to go to a different clinic
