This clinic has worst operating service. I called the clinic to share my xray report over email three time and confirmed my contact details everytime and they dint share. After 24 hrs I called them again the operator is pathetic and rude, I called them to follow up on my request to share report and she said I will check and confirm after 10 min.. 10 min after I called again and with politely I asked that after confirming on details still you are unable to share us there a problem and with out replying anything she dropped my call. Again when I called the operator put my call on voice note and when I called again thats whats the issue of dropping call with out answer and her reply was we are busy and when I asked her name she drops the call again. I mean really gear up your services first.

This clinic should never have the option of appointment.As they dont care of know the meaning of appointment.Wasted my time waiting for 2 hrs after taking an appointment.Only to find myself waiting till the very end or closing time...after more than 10 people have finished their turn.Was informed 15 min, 10 min, 5 min, 2 min etc.Finally 2 hrs in vein and frustration I have to leave.Respect everyone time. I will never recommend this place. Wish I can be compensated for the loss of time , as I had travelled from far also...

Terrible experience with doctor Ashwin. He recommended my mother inlaw to take a blood test of dhs199/- package , which was not required. And he gave medicines antibiotics which was not required according to a second opinion. This was all marketing. I dont recommend dr ashwin porwal. Its better to pay more and go to a better reliable honeat doctor.

We thank Harley clinic team for introducing Dr. Namratha to us, we had a previous miscarriage condition and symptoms was active during all the time.Irrespective to all those issues , Dr. Namratha took challange to handle our case with the help of Dr.Vandana & Dr. Namratha we finally had our baby in good health .Handling pregnancy is not about load of tests or medicins , its about doing correct test , in correct time and provide medicine only when needed. May be that is another reason we get insurance approvals in most of the requested (even some approvals require correct justification and diagnosis, where many other doctors faild to justify in our case).This is a very well handled active toxoplasmosis case , where so far we had no side effects on medication or post delivery.. we had a early delivery. But baby was very good on health in 34weeks because of the instructions followed by both of us.Dr.Namratha attended to our delivery happen in Aster Hospital in mankhool branch, she came on time for delivery and mother was very comfortable with her support on delivery.Thank you Harly management for keeping such good talanted doctors in under your roof.We will come back very soon for our next baby .. and we are eager to share that story of success again with everyone.Also I want to thank for Dubai Health Authority for maintaining policies and flexibility to select best options for patients and allowing us to have a safe and comfortable and happy baby delivery in dubai.Thanks again for all your support , please keep up good work .

Every time I have visited the clinic , I have experienced very professional staff at the reception, and Dr. Nitin Gulabani has always been very friendly and attentive.

Im not so comfortable with how they handle their patients. Apart that weve waited for an hour after the appointment time before we see the doctor, I didnt see them practicing proper hygiene before handling patients. They didnt sanitize before touching my baby. I will not consider coming back to this clinic ever again.

Good service and good treatment It was a good overall experience for me, prompt service with very less waiting time. From the receptionist to the technician to the doctor to the manager, all were very courteous and precise. Dr. Namrata jadhav, You are such an amazing doctor.Highly recommended for pregnant womed as she is very smart and professional in terms of her work, My wife delivered a baby on 12th Nov, we were assuming it would be a normal delivery but after so much of labour pain it was observed that the baby heartbeat was going down in between and that time Doctor Namrata advised for a c section and we followed what she suggested. It was so quick that in no time i got a call from operation theatre that my wife and daughter both are fine. I know its her job to give right advice but she give that on personal level. For anyone who is expecting to deliver a baby - I recommend them to see Dr. Namrata Jadhav (gynaecologist). Our experience is as follows -My wife was 36 week pregnant when we met Dr. Namrata for the first time. Before that we took consultation with other doctor. We switched doctor as our insurance covered Harley Medical Center - and that turned out to be a blessing. Since the first visit to Dr. Namrata, its been a very swift experience in terms of processes. Our insurance was taking longer to approve the request but since we had a 4 year old with us - Dr. Namrata showed courtesy and saw my wife without waiting for the approval. She helped us prepare for the delivery ahead of time so when the time actually came - we were ready for it. As far as guidance is concerned - Dr. Namrata guided us very well at all stages and transparently told us about the possibilities. We trust this doctor and just followed the direction she offered and that was the best thing. We delivered a baby under normal delivery in 4 hours. Truly thankful to Dr. Namrata for her selfless service.

Had visited this clinic at Mankhool branch, Wanted to meet the Dermatologist. This was my second time visiting the doctor,Thought ill go exactly a week after and not have additional charges for followup check-up.The doctors attitude toward me was so unprofessional, dint like the idea of me visiting doctor early and said because i wanted to save money and not heal my scars. Meeting and having a conversation with doctor should make you feel safe and comfortable, but that moment i was very uncomfortable and wanted to leave as soon as possible. Doctor all over the world given the stature next to God & If you would ask me the name I would say Dr. Namrata.Im a working lady I stay in Qatar. Due to COVID 19 I left Qatar & came to Dubai as my husband is here. I was 20 weeks pregnant when i came to Dubai. My husband took me to Harley clinic for my check up. There I met Dr. Namrata. When I met her the first time I kept speaking about her with my husband because her behaviour was very humble, very caring, & understanding. In Qatar the gynecologists behaviour were horrible.All throughout my pregnancy she stood by me. Every check up of hers satisfied me. She always motivated me for normal delivery.My expected delivery date was on the 5th of August 2020. On the 24th of July my water broke. I was admitted in Aster Hospital. Everytime she updated about my condition & even came to check me. I got my labour pain but baby passed motion inside so she immediately took the decision of C section. I was blessed with a baby boy. Dr. Namrata is an expert when it comes to handling complicated issues. She will go out of her way to ensure that all matters are tactfully handled proactively. I would like to share the worst experience of my visit on 18th June 2020. I Visited clinic in the morning 10.00am , despite of current situation where people get scared to visit the hospital due to COVID 19 . i visit the clinic due to some infection on my face suffering past 4 month. i have taken the appointment also still they made me waited 1 hour 45 min for nothing . the behavior of staff is bad and so causal its seem like a kinder garden not a hospital. please be careful before you go there.

I wouldn’t even give this horrible place 1 star!!!! Horrible service. The doctors don’t even seem qualified. The staff is absolutely rude. They charge you for things that you didn’t do to rip your insurance off. DO NOT GO HERE! The nurses don’t even want to help the doctors because that’s how bad the doctors must be. In front of my eyes, Dr. Ram (also not professional) called out to 2 nurses and they ignored him, laughed and walked away in front of me!! This is a joke of the hospital. DO NOT TRUST THEM

The biggest problem about this place is the reception. The people dealing on reception are not at all professionals. First thing they never answer the phone no matter how many times you try to call them.Off course of a patient or costumer calls he must have some important or urgent inquiry so if the callers get unanswered then the costumer gets frustrated at the first place..The doctors on the other hand are decent with good knowledge and skills.. Doctor NITIN and doctor ashok just to make a few I have met for myself or my children ..I request the management to have training conducted for the reception people so that you can have better reviews

My experience with Harley Clinic has been a wonderful journey.I had consulted Dr.Namrata Jadhav for my 2nd pregnancy and was apprehensive about trying for a normal delivery after a C-Section.But to my surprise,Dr Namratas warm and friendly approach helped me get rid of my confusions and misconceptions about V-BAC.She was the one who supported me through out my journey and was always ready to give replies and attended calls whenever i had queries.I delivered my second bundle of joy on 1.1.2020 and the delivery process has been a beautiful experience with Dr Namratas help.Thank you doctor,and i thank the entire team of harley ,including the staff and other doctors for the whole hearted support.

Motherhood is an absolute blessing, filled with pain and happiness. And the presence of a great doctor through this journey is PRICELESS. I found my priceless treasure at Harley Medical Clinic in Dr Namrata Jhadhav. In my 32yrs, Ive never met a doctor who could understand my fear of pain. From the first time I consulted with Dr Namrata, her empathy, followed by a gentle guide to conception, was enough to let me know that Im in great hands. 4 months later when I found out Im pregnant, it was a no brainer that Dr Namrata will be my consulting doctor. From the required diet to busting myths to being available on call 24/7, she was extremely helpful during every trimester. I am a VERY DIFFICULT patient and, like me, if you are scared, nervous or worried, you need to meet Dr Namrata. Basically, with her, youre in great hands.The 9 months of detailed attention given to me to ensure the baby and me are in excellent health was amplified when I went ahead for the delivery to Aster Hospital and although I was very apprehensive, I was delighted to be in the hands of nurses who also understood my lack of pain tolerance. From being extremely gentle to holding my hand to easing my mind with their soothing consolation before giving me an injection, the staff at Aster Hospital Mankhool took complete care of me and my baby.
