Dr Linda such a rude lady. Last 10 years am staying in dubai and I had met a lot of dr but in my life first time am seeing a doctor like her. She is shouting to my kid (6 year-old),when he shake his head at the time of checking his power.

Dr Abdulrahman - An experienced and compassionate ENT doctor who has excellent diagnosis. His medication is also spot on. He is very dedicated to his patients.

Very bad call service. The receiving call is very unprofessional. Clinic timing till 9pm. Im trying to call 30mins before 9pm to just follow up for the 3rd time my result, no one answer. And its not good that the patient will do the follow up. From the start staff asked our emails for the result to be send. Again nothing even calls initiative from the clinic side nothing, which is very different compare from the rest of the clinics in uae. Totally upset.

I had a bad fall and rushed to the clinic....Dr. Sajeev from the clinic was very thorough and perfect with the diagnosis.His treatment was perfect and I am recovering well.Thank you Dr. Sajeev & staff for being very professional at the same time compassionate.Plus when you visit the complex, you feel you are in a resort due to beautiful trees and greenery + peaceful environment. It is difficult to believe you are still in Karama....

We visited for gynaecology. Our first pregnancy. We were left disappointed.Dr. Anitha Deve - not recommended at all.Reasons -1. No smile at all. No welcoming approach.2. When we asked is the baby healthy. The response was yes upto now is that upto now not weird?3. The doc never speaks. Her assistant does the 90% talking and explaining. Whats the point paying huge doctor fees.4.for each and everything they ask to do tests. Motive is grabbing money.5. After the blood tests my wife fainted. The Dr never bothered to even come and see if she was OK.6.they give you a whats app number to message if any concerns. You message they dont respond at all.A gynecologist should be welcoming their patients with a positive approach and smile. Should be caring as pregnancy is hope for everyone. This clinic lacks it entirely.

Not recommended for Gynocology. They do unnecessary tests and charge you.Dr Anita Dinesh (Gynocologist) not recommended at all.Receptionists need to learn customer service not to be rude.

Very bad experience with the staff, arrogent non supportive staffs, visited the clinic on last week of april 2021, meet 3 persons in reception and 1 insurance cordinator to take an appoinment and know my insurance card have coverage on clinic. They not consider about patients , Insurance coordinater browsing news, talking with family, planing party event, not evening taking one step to address the problems of patients.make me waiting for almost 35 minutes to tell thay my insurance card is accepted over their clinic.Dear Hospital Management, kindly monitor your team, this type of attitude is very bad, unpleasant and it will ruin clinics prestige too.

The medical center is really nice it has two blocks one at left and one at the right side,The left block is about dental and general doctors, and the right block is speciality medical center.We go to Jupiter medical center whenever we are sick because its really close to our house and the place is not very crowded, i love the way the staff take care of their patients and satisfy them in a best possible way they can, and the good thing is if they do not have the right doctor for you or if they want any diagnostics then they will refer you to the nearest medical centers or diagnostics which is really good.In the evening time there is problem with the parking and make sure to park your car outside if there is no parking inside and pay for outside parking as its rta parking.I would love if they provide a free Wi-Fi for the visitors and their patients. Anyway I would suggest everyone to visit for their illness.

Absolutely dreadful! We have been waiting for over one hour while the doctor is fighting with the clients. Homeopathy Practitioner has taken mulitple appointments at the same time. Inefficient and incompetent staff at reception. Do not recommend

Dear Management, One thing i want to notify you guys that recently i have visited the hospital (Jupiter clinic karama) for my wife, we have met Dr Anitha ( Gynecologist). I am not at all satisfied with her attitude. The first thing i din like is when we entered she sent me out ( I am her husband and we came to know the problem , there is nothing to hide from husband) She told so much unnecessary tests and she was forcing my wife to do all those tests, apart from that she even told my wife that she want to take my tests( Husbands tests). I dont understand one thing we went to the hospital for my wife and doctor want to do my test??? Can you believe that? she even told that she might end up in infertility etc etc . Is that really necessary to tell a patient about such things before the test / Result? why she is making the patients to feel the fear? is that really necessary? She was not a doctor who solve the problems or make the patients comfortable, she is the one who say lots of things and make patients fear about their problems. I really din like her attitude towards the patients. For the insurance approval we had waited one week to get one medical report from the doctor, We had to follow up everyday for that. Very irresponsible doctor. Kindly look into this matter seriously. I personally have a good experience in Jupiter but this doctor really made us think about visiting again to Jupiter. We come to doctors by thinking that this doctor will solve our problem or they will cure us . We come with a respect and fear to doctors. We need doctors who are patient friendly not like this doctors who are money minded. I am really worried about her other patients. What would be their experience. Sad to know that we have got such a money minded doctors who ask patients so many test unnecessarily in such a great country. I feel like reporting her to DHA.

I given this 2 star due to non polite behaviour and observation from eye specialist Dr. Linda. Rest is fine.

The worst experience in my life... Visited gynocologyst anitha devi/dinesh with my wife..her attitude was worst than kerala police interogation.. She ruined our day.. What an arrogant lady..... The clinic and other staffs was good in their service

We had consulted Dr. Abdul Rahman , ENT Specialist sevaral times for my family members. He is very professional and perfect in diagonosing. We felt very much satisfied about his receptiveness. We highly recommend him for consultation.

When ever you call no one is answering, poor quality

Visited many timesWalking distance from metro station.Registration is bit busy and sometimes become very crowded in the evening. No prior appointment system available for GP visit.Parking is limited and sometimes get tricky .General physician are very rude (No greetings , no rapport building) and most of the time,they do not even listen to your complain fully. They already typing something or doing something in computer while patient telling his/her complain. They just want to get rid of patient. But they will do what you have requested.Dr Saji (Ortho) is very nice and welcoming person. A person with great professional ethics. He listen to you patiently , examine you carefully and do not order unnecessary tests. he gives us the best advise possible and try to help in each possible way. Highly recommended for expert opinion.Lab and X ray staff also co -operative and provides fast service with minimal waiting.

The service is the most horrendous possible. I absolutely advise against this Clinic- poorly maintained.They never communicate the right info in terms of appointment / or doctor show and failed to inform patient about rescheduling. They do not know where medical files are and do not release medical data to their owner.Will never go again and advise against this clinic

Never go to this clinic if you are elderly.Doctors are not punctual, especially dr sajeev, even though he’s a good doctor, but he’s always late and never seen him on the scheduled duty time.

Based on my last visit in this hospital on JUNE 2019, actually the doctors especially General Practitioner are very afraid to give a referral letter to other hospital, you know why? they might have an issue with insurance companies, if they issue referral letter twice in a month the insurance companies will not approve the same in a month, actually they dont have much knowledge in insurance dealings, as you know the referral letter is only valid for 7 days. There is not much treatment on neurology then they should refer to the other better hospital. So in case any emergencies better to go for a good specialty hospital in Dubai, if you choose JUPITER hospital karama you may suffer like this. So my suggestion is go for another better hospital.

Not good hospital. Went to doctor for shoulder pain. They asked to take RA test. Their blood test report came as RA positive & was referred to RA specialist too. When checked with family doctor in home country, they clearly told based on symptoms itself that I am not having such disease & suggested some exercises. Now after following that, am back to normal. For the illness that I didnt have, spent 800 AED(includes RA specialist ) !

I am filipino but my experience having an Indian Doctor is so amazing Dr. Sanobar Sather ease the pain I had when I experienced injury in my lower back and shoulder blades due to prolong standing and pacing.She is not only talking or advising to me as a Doctor but like a mother who knows what is best for her child.Shes so accomodating and so friendly.The second visit I had when i had tonsillitis and she was concerned about me without insurance but still she helps. I recently visited Dr. Sanobar Sathar. Such a suffocating approach from the doctor. She is very arrogant and is not at least interested to listen the patients’ difficulties. She’s prescribing the medicines even before getting the actual problem of the patient. Please try not to visit such irresponsible doctors. Totally disappointed.

Doctors are not punctual. I accompanied one of my friend who had an appointment with endocrinologist Dr Aswin Prasad. His timing were 6:30-8 pm. However, he did not even reach until 8 pm. All patients kept waiting and some of them left. This is highly irresponsible behaviour and not at all expected from a person that belongs to such respectful profession. No value and complete disregard for patients.Highly disappointed.

I had visited Jupiter medical centre a few times and I found their doctors very efficient especially Dr M J George who is the best doctor I have consulted so far in Dubai. He explains to us in detail about our conditions and also explains to us in detail about the medicine which he is prescribing. The hospital is near the other exit of karama metro station which opens to mankhool.

Very bad experience... asked me to see the GP, when I asked to meet the dermatologist. GP had no idea what I had and mentioned to insurance company that it was a case of acne... which I did not have and was not covered by the insurance! This meant I could not see the dermatologist! Very frustrating experience. Planning to go to another hospital.

Dentist at jupiter is one of the best i have consulted. May be you visited some other clinic.

Unprofessional clinic staff , I visit yesterday they do not give me invoice, prescriptions.I saw invoice they charge me of unproved medical test. Doctor confuse what I should do with this case. Does not know how to take blood sample. Only money making clinic.
