Given how busy the clinic is the team of nurses and doctors have always ensured that we are taken care of, and even a follow up call after our appointment.

Aster al warqa is a very convenient location. The doctors and nurses are very humble and experienced. Specially Sister Raaji, she is always helpful, really Appreciate.

I visited al warqa branch yesterday for Dr.Mohamed KM and that time its a very rush time also . In the reception only two staff is there at that time . Patients waiting for registration almost 20 mins . Then i got my turn that time one male staff jumeesh helped me for the registration process and he guide me the next process to consult dr. He is very nice gentle man . Once he is doing his job with standing , i asked him why your standing and doing, His reply is wondered me Sir , We are here to treat you well so why i need to sit and talk you, we respect our patients and serving good experience in aster . I spend more than 2 hours in those time i didnt saw he is sit . I thought He is doing his job with a good professional passion and respect. These types of staff is an asset for aster . And all the staffs especially Nurses and all of al warqa is an example of a hospitality industry.Dr.Mohamed also a very nice person,his care feels me so happy and courage .I hope i will recommend Aster al warqa to my friends and relatives for a careful place .Thank you ,MD Mohamed

If there is 0 I will not hesitate to put, worse experience I have, no one knows what hes doing waiting in reception area for more than 1 hour even that I booked for appointment everyone trough you to the other one they dont care at all. Worst administration. I saw one doctor she was like having many patients doing consultations fast without nurse, i only waste my time .

There is no Covid 19 precaution taken at all , no sanitation after each patient is taken care of in any room , in some area there are crowds of patients opposite of the doctors rooms

Dear Aster team, this Aster branchs Token system is totally mess!!!! very very confused. try to solve it please please.. here lots ppl wrote about the same issue!. why you are not taking an action???? its too weird!!! you should sort it out the token system ASAP. and need to improve front counter staff to handle the patients... jz givg a token taking 20 minutes? hah??! come on we are living in smarts world.... very bad...experience. very shame on ASTER!!!!!!!!

Total mess and chaos, very slow at registration followed by very slow treatment room taking for temp and weigh followed by a very very very slow specialist waiting, truly will never visit aster alwarqa. Such a shame having to wait 2 hours just to see specialist

Total mess in the clinic the nurses are lost just staring in your faces not knowing what is to be done. The reception is a disaster they are just confused with everything waiting time is too long .specially this token message over the phone is crazy what if I have forgotten my phone at home or dont have one how do I know whats my number seriously you need to do something. I always visit dr depali for my daughter she is wonderful and great and Dr Ahmed for myself both the doctors are really good but the management is not good at all.

Dr. DEEPALI (PAEDIATRICIAN) IS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR. ONLY PROBLEM IN ASTER IS OT TAKES LKNG TIME FOR DOCTORS TO INPUT ALL THE INFORMATION. ASTWR GROUP SHOULD DO SOMETHING.

Disappointing , I suggest never ever take your kid to get her ears pierced here. The doctor (dermatologist) was impatient... felt rushed and ontop of it pierced her ears so badly, one side was actually crooked...no idea why she would pierce ears if shes that bad at it. i had to remove her earing. SO disappointing, will have to take my baby somewhere else to get RE-PIERCED. Wasted my money aswell.

Wish I could give a 0 in the reviews. Highly unorganized, made me crazy for 40 mins just to register (in covid situation) as the system was new. Lack of knowledge about the insurances and how get approval. Really suffered going to Aster Al Warqaa.Just what they care is about money and insurance , irrespective of what the problem the patient is coming with.Really hopeless!! Would never visit there again.

Pathetic services, waited for 25 minutes just for token and finally left without token. Visiting doctor is far away from getting token.

Very unorganized, they are keep taking patient in even they dont have enough rooms for treatment, just to get an injection you have to wait for one hour at least,,,,,,,, they dont care of the patient if he is really sick or not,,,,, they just keep taking people in to make money,,,,I have experienced same 2nd time, even last time I had to leave without injection because I couldnt wait, I was so sick.I recommend international city or But Dubai.Dr. are good but treatment staff have no clue what are they doing,,,,

Went to get some blood tests done. All the staff members were very friendly and efficient. Was out soon and the reports reached in a few hours. Also received a call confirming that the report was sent to my email. Great service!

I will speak for my experience:I visited the clinic 4 years back, it took long time for registration and to see the specialist.The first doctor didnt proceed a proper investigation which leaded to delay of treatment.Saw another doctor who prescribed low quality medicines resulted in me admitted in hospital fot two days, as I returned back to him suffering from severe medicines side effects symptoms which he didnt handle well..The nurses are below average when it comes to professionalism and cleverness..Its cheap, true but low quality.I will never go back and I dont think I can trust them again!They might improved?Have no ideaIt might help if you catch a cold or have some minor illnesses otherwise.. There is better choices..Just be careful, health is so valuable and precious and it wont kill you to always have second and third opinions if you arent feeling better for long period of time in one place.

Horrible!!That’s the only word that suits them.This is not the first time I’ve come across such horrendous service from them.No proper system to manage patients effectively.The counter staff will tell you that you are standing in the wrong queue after your turn comes up - thanks to the extremely general sign boards that won’t give you any clue.I had to sit with my 6 year old daughter having 39.5 degrees of fever for over 1:30 hours just to consult a doctor!And then it took another half an hour just to know that I need to wait for someone to take her blood samples!!Seriously???I really wish I should never go again to any of their clinics or hospitals.

The star is for good doctors, but the q systems is the worst experience i have ever had. Setting with a fever in a very low temperature A/C for two hours to get an injection.

I want to thank 2 persons specially in Warqa, my insurance doesnt work anymore in clinic I visited Dr qasim he was such a kind person after he came to know my insurance doesnt work there and I am a cash patient he is so kind he have given me some medicine for free, very professional and caring doctor after I finish doctor I proceed to cashier counter the cashier ussama same thing after he came to know my insurance doesnt work he have given me discount I had sick leave he informed me to come later upon my request for sickleave he went himself to reception with me and requested staff to issue sick leave same time both doctor and cashier very helpfully thanks a lot both of you I am very very thankfully to you. Best and helpfully experience

No appointment system. You have to wait for a.long time to meet any doctor . Be ready to spend at least 90 mins.Overall not a well managed clinic. Even on a normal weekday you can identify in efficiency .

Today, I wanted to visit Al warqa branch. It is hell lot of difficult experience. I could not get the phone number of clinic from call centre as they donot have and as a policy they will note down my cell phone and send an email to Warqa clinic to call me back. Very poor procedure . and believe you me Warqa clinic did not call me back for the past 20 minutes.i called the call centre again but invain. Unfortunately, I have shifted to Al Warqa and Aster seemed me to a worth visiting a clinic for my ailing wife. But Now I will take her to another hospital/clinic
