Had a very bad experience. Even though i had a appointment i was still seen after more then an hour. some of the staff had a strange attitude. what is the point of making appointments on phone when the staff is not competent enough to manage the scenario on time.we were told on the call that for visitors (non residence) we can also do a walk through but when at the registration counter the person refused.A lot of waiting time and slow process.
Very hygienic healthcare facility under Dubai Healthcare Authority. Its well maintained. The staffs are quite supportive and helpful. All the places including restrooms are very hygienic and clean. All the areas are properly sanitized and disinfected. The hand sanitizer are available all the areas. The nursing staffs are very helpful and kind hearted. Totally satisfied with the services provided by this facility
Excellent experience, I am really impressed with the customer services..I heard its too difficult to get vaccination at health centre, but I was surprised when staff made my sons health card in 5 minutes
Appointment here for covid is useless. Zero management. Its been more than 1 hour now and am still waiting. No system at all just a guy with half mask shouting at numbers and no one knows anything. No waiting period. Other branches ur in and out in 10 mins. Its big disappointment from management, with all the effort dubai smart government is doing the management here should appreciate that!
One of the worst and most unorganized clinics !!Appointments are not respected they don’t care to call patients when there is a rescheduling from their side , very crowded , simply a mess !!
The reception staff at Child health clinic seems to be in need of more training in dealing with computers because they take too much time to take action, but the nurses there are very experienced and professional in dealing with kids and they give you all the necessary informations you need about your childs health status and schedules.

Staff at reception so incompetent. All the documents they asked for was in a file but this lady is too lazy to look inside. Please train them to be human. Atleast they should be able to treat people with respect. No human is above the other.

The most terrible service, always wait 2 hour from the time of appoitment, always some problems : or they lost documents or electronic numbers not work people dont know who after who should come laboratory and after they bring those who come more late inside more early, real chaos there... they change appointments without asking you is it comfortable date and time for you, they should give medicine but after change appointment more then 1 week front, what should I took?? really stupid place
Poor service provided in gynecology department. Appointments are after 1 month and doctors dont even bother to give proper information about the patient. Just want to finish their job. They dont even check the patient properly. Very unprofessional gyn doctors.
Unbelievable waiting timeIt is flooded with patient, so u will wait for long so bring along a book to read.It is Dubai government hospital.One of the best clinics in Dubai.It is better than all private hospitals.
Very bad experienceCalled the customer service to enquire about availability of hygienist and was informed that hygienist is available on 24.7.2018 from 3 pm to 9 pm. According to the info I left from office and it was a straight 45 mins drive to mizhar health centre. Upon reaching there at 3:15 pm to my disappointment and surprise , the dental appointment desk staff informed me that the hygienist is available only from 1:30 - 3:00 pm and all appointments are closed till 3 pm. I explained to her that I was informed by the DHA customer service online that the hygienist is available till 9 pm according to which I have come to the clinic. She only answered sorry I cannot help you. I asked her when I could come back, she said you can come back at 1 pm next day and every day the hygienist is available only till 3 pm.I myself is a staff of DHA and was very disappointed with the service I got from the Mizhar clinic.Today I called the customer service again to confirm on this, however they still insist hygienist are available till 9 pm every day.I do not think my experience would again want me to go back to that clinic again and urge the authorities to look into this matter.
Maintains the standard...clean and well facilitated with good doctors and attenders. Might be crowded due to shift of qusais clinic patients and staffs to here as it is being renovated. Expecting to be sorted out sooner.
After the appointment is made, the procedure ahead is very fast and smooth!

One of the worst outpatient clinics in the Dubai Health Authority.
