Appointment was ten minutes but wait time for check in, wait time to see doctor, wait time to get prescription was 1.5 hours!!! So unbelievably slow! Doctor was available to see me but left me waiting 25 minutes with my 6 months old son to go somewhere. The nurse had to call him and ask him to come back. Also the Doctor kept touching his mask, his beard, tissue box, pen, then proceeded to touch my eye without even changing his gloves! Absolutely shocking and disgusting! This is why covid is never ending. Even a doctor does not practice basic health and safety rules!

I am delighted to express my appreciation for Dr.Kaddoura. He is knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. Its rare to find a doctor who combines personal care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care, specially with my kids. Terrible organization, and not patient-oriented, this brunch of the clinic has serious issues. Last time i went for dermatologist appointment and needed to waste 8 hours in the clinic to get my prescription, coz every person in that clinic doesn’t care to make his job right away, they’ve send all necessary papers with a huge delay so my insurance couldn’t approve it faster. Doctor Danya just went on a break and then took another patient instead of filling in the info for insurance. Her nurse is even rude and doesn’t care about anything. Other clinics are much better.

Ive been to Mediclinic Dubai Mall for an Adult Routine Check package and It was my first time to visit in this branch.Waiting area - feels like a hotel lobby :) there are sets of couches so that you feel more safe and a lot of space to practice social distancing.Location -very good since its inside Dubai Mall so you can reach there by metro plus its easy to locate.Nurses & Doctor - very friendly and very attentive with my concerns.Customer Service / Client Service Coordinator - from the time I booked appointment until I reached there and finished all the tests and checks Mr. Angel Leo & Ms. Anne Ogawa had been very very patient in answering in all my concerns and requests.They also deliver my prescription after the results of my test came after some days which is very very helpful so I didnt need to go back to the clinic just to get the medicine. Additional note as well for getting their routine check-ups, it also comes with a meal from their cafe.

Highly recommend Dr. Chandan Tickoo if you are looking for the best gynaecologist in town. Shes absolutely wonderful, vigilant and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I was lucky to get referred by a friend. My personal experience and journey with her was refreshing after having met so many Gynaecologists & Obstetricians and vouch for her any day. I had been looking for the perfect cosmetic dentist for my veneers for over a year. My case wasnt simple; I had a massive gap in my front teeth and if that wasnt enough, one of them was replaced with an implant. I also needed to replace a few fillings to white before placing the veneers. I met with many cosmetic dentists. Some told me that it wouldn’t be possible as the gap is too big. Some said that its possible but warned me that my front veneers will be huge and disproportional. I did a few wax samples in but didnt like the result and didn’t get a good feeling that you get once you know that you’re at the right place with the right man for the task, so I kept searching. In the end, I met with Dr. Ritul Agarwal. Dr. Ritul Agarwal is absolutely amazing. The artist Ive been searching for so long. He is very professional, pleasant, patient and has a gentle touch when he is dealing with your teeth. Yes, I used the word gentle. If you are terrified of dental treatments, you’ll understand what I’m talking about once you meet him. From the beginning, I felt that I’m in the right place, and every treatment strengthened my confidence in my decision even more. I’m happy to say that the result is better than I ever dare to wish. I saw Dr. Nourallah yesterday because of theres sand in my eye, he removed it with a cotton swab. But I was shocked when I saw the bill, I was charged for 2 procedure as if it was a big surgery to remove a grain of sand from my eye. The total gross amount was over AED 1700! I wasnt informed of these before at all and if I didnt have insurance I am sure they wouldnt charge so much or at least they would inform me first. This is an unethical practice and totally unacceptable!!

The reception area feels like a hotel lobby. Its relaxing and quite. I loved every interaction I had with all employees, starting with the security guard, receptionist, nurses, and the doctor. The doctor is very knowledgeable and gave me all details I needed. 10/10 experience.

Doctor requested a physical therapy, which will be arranged after my insurance approval which came same or next day of my appointment, but no one called me or arranged any of my physical therapy instead i have reached them and no one took action. Based on that I requested my full report to move to other hospital to see a doctor again and arrange for physical therapy. We had regular tests and consultations done at the Mediclinic Dubai Mall branch. The communication and process were efficient and effective with quick follow ups and reports by staff including the doctors. A special shout out to Anne and Angel who were very helpful and quick to respond to all of our queries and assisted us in every step.

The first worst experience I ever had in Dubai like today. I’ll never advice to anyone this specific branch. I called to make an appointment and informed which insurance I have. The appointment was scheduled and I waited for few days. I came today while being also sick, I get response that I’m not covered in this specific branch. I would not wait for this day if they did not confirm that my insurance covers. You need to learn your staff how to work professionally as it’s not a joke for person to wait for the appointment and they just show up for nothing.

I wanted to share my experience with Dr Gordon, he is so professional and attentive. He called personally to go through my blood test results and he was so positive, and simplified things instead of stressing on the negatives.I highly recommend him and Mediclinic dubai mall.

Although I used to go this branch quite often w/o problem then recently I had a very bad experience. Although my insurance has approved all tests requested by the doctor, the doctor nurse informed that some of them not approved. And then moreover laboratory front desk firstly confirmed insurance approval and after I gave samples called me telling that there was a mistake and I need to pay for some tests!! I called and confirmed again with my insurance that my tests are still approved !!! SO If you go this branch and they tell you that insurance not approved requests double check with your insurance !!!

I have been visiting Mediclinic for last 1 month and I had a real rough journey and you guys made sure its unpleasant. To start with, all your supoort staff nurses need to understand that they are in service industry as they lack courtesy & respect. Drs here try to make more visits just to make consultations fee rather than seeing patients. More surprisingly mediclinic wants me to use services as pay and claim when I have Gold Insurance. They always blame my Insurance for being late in approvals whereas after few findings & proofs, I found that you guys deliberately delay sending for approval.Never recommend

My friend had to undergo an MIR procedure at the hospital, her appointment was booked one day before and the nurse insured her that the insurance had already approved the procedure. We reached at 9 am, appointment was at 9.30 and at 9.40 they’ve informed us that the insurance did not yet approve the procedure and that they needed previous MIR report to finalize the approval and it would take only take 10 minutes.. after 50 minutes they’ve informed us that the insurance has rejected the request without providing any reason. This is not the first time when something like this happens, my friend came for some blood test, they took 7 blood samples to be then informed that there is no approval!! My friend chose to go to another hospital to consult with another specialist!! I’m really surprised by the lack of professionalism especially by a such a clinic in the Dubai Mall!

Booked a dental appointment and specifically mentioned that I also want to do cleaning. I was 1 hr early and waited patiently only to be informed 5 mins before that I can only do dental consultation. Also I was wrongly advised that I had to pay 20% copayment when I am covered 100% Tried talking to a senior staff M. A. M and still the same answer. They did not even attempt to send the approval to my insurance. What a waste of my time.

Doctors are generally good. Dr. John, the dentist is probably the best dentist I’ve been to anywhere. The processing and wait times at Dubai mall aren’t great.

Generally Ive had good experiences here but today was the exception. Not only was the consultation a couple.plete waste of time as the doctor disnt give me a diagnosis but just said it was nothing to be scared about, but I was also called in order to pay and reminded once more even though I was right there standing for billing. Whether it was impatience on the side of the cashier or perhaps they thought I was escaping the payment, their actions were unacceptable.

I had a dental appointment with dr zahra , I was a bit late for my appointment until they finished my registration as it’s my first time at Med clinic , it was a minor cosmetic filling in one of the frontal teeth , first she kept on saying we need to reschedule you , u were late , then the nurse said next appointment she had was in 40 mins , then she did the filling and now my frontal teeth are not identical I told her they don’t look the same at least just polish the second one so they look the same she kept on saying let’s reschedule , I don’t believe how can doctors be so materialistic all about booking another appointment it would took her literally 2 mins to even the teeth and and make me happy but she only cared about rescheduling

I flew all the way from across the country for an emergency consult with the specialist urologist. I confirmed my appointment twice before getting on my flight. As I arrive Im told my appoointment is cancelled! Heartless and completely unprofessional! Who would fly across the country if it wasnt incredibly important!

Great personal, overall.Make sure you have minimum 1 hour + if you are visiting- time management between different points needs improvement.

Dentist Dr. Zara Arezu Akhavan helped me with 13 fillings (yes thirteen). She has a special eye for cavities, even though they don’t appear in the xrays. She is well educated in McGill and University of Maryland. She is very thorough, careful and clear in her communication. She explains the treatment in detail, shows photos, which gave comfort for me to go for 13 fillings. My wife and daughter are also her patients and we are happy with her as family. Strongly recommended to all expats, who are looking for a family dentist.

I had messaged the clinic online last week asking about flu vaccination. The guy on the chat said it was out of stock and assured that the new stock will come this week. He offered to book me an appointment so I did for tomorrow. Today I called the clinic to ensure the stock is available. To my dismay, it was out of stock. The clinic or anyone from the medical centre did not bother to call or let me know!! What happen if I am there tomorrow? I will just be wasting my time! Good thing i gave them a call to check.With the current COVID, I try very much not to be outside too often. This is because I am suffering from severe anxiety since last Feb. It takes a big deal of courage for me to venture to places with crowds of people. But this clinic seems not to care to check their upcoming appointments and updating their customers. For a medical centre, it is very unfortunate. Good thing this was going to be my 1st visit.... and definitely will not go there anytime soon or at all! Appalling and do not respect the time of others!

Poorly Managed place. Waited 45 minutes to pay and get my medecine for a 10 minutes consultation. I cant imagine the wait if the place was crowded.

Extremely disappointed with the service level. After several attempts I was forced to take an appointment on a working weekday as the specialist was unavailable during the weekend or after office hours - which I understand & respect. Planned my schedule for the day accordingly - rescheduling an important meet, leaving work early, toiling through busy traffic - only to get an infuriating call just when I was a couple of minutes away from the clinic informing my appointment is cancelled without prior notice!!!! And the staff could not help with further appointments (literally clueless when and which hospital the specialist would be available at). At least a couple of hours advance notification would be highly appreciated and kindly respect your patients time as well!

I would like to highly recommend dr Ritul at the mediclinic. We came from Tanzania and had very little time and Dr Ritul was soo amazing and accommodating. My wife and I went to Mediclinic Dubai Mall to book our Covid-19 test, mandatory for travel. Once we entered the premises we were impressed by its size, set up, cleanliness and the way it was organised. The young lady who booked our appointment was very friendly and efficient. We got our requested appointment for 5pm two days later. On arrival at the clinic at the appointed time we were directed to a very friendly young administrator, Ali Haddad. He asisted us with the required form filling and directed us to the testing room. Test samples were taken by a friendly nurse within under two minutes for each of us. Next morning by 11am the result was forwarded by email. Since we needed printouts we returned to the clinic in the afternoon and once again Ali Haddad happily obliged us without any hesitation. On the whole it was a pleasant experience. I can certainly recommend this clinic without any hesitation.

Good Clinic; Im seeing Dr Zara Akhavan and she is nice, friendly and professional. She takes to time to explain things and looks after the best for the patient and not for the most treatments she could possibly give.I have also seen other doctors and I received always a good and professional treatment.
